Location was great!

The first night of our stay after my husband had showered I noticed the bottom of his feet were black. We washed his feet and then I literally mopped our floor with a towel. The towel was black. I feel that the floors are not actually mopped!

Only complaint is housekeeping banging on the door at 10am and I was sleeping so good had to get up and get on the road

Staff were great! Very friendly and helpful. We had to leave for a family issue and they were very helpful with the details.

The floor was more comfortable than the bed. The door didn't seal shut.

Ok for an overnight stay but wouldn’t stay there again

There was no breakfast available even though the website said there would be.

No microwave in room. Bath & shower were difficult to get into.

Very nice place to stay for a quick getaway

Perfect location and price for an overnight stay. Desk employees were so friendly and helpful as was the housekeeping staff 💜

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and the sound on the tv was messed up.

I enjoyed everything. Breakfast could have had more variety . Sink had a leak in it at the faucet area. Easy fix. If you used it a certain way it worked. Great spot!

Comfortable except when I asked for a receipt for payment. I paid cash, got no receipt

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom stool had some marks and discoloration due to age.

Affordable and clean, NO CARPET.

It has a large, well lit, parking lot. It’s on the backside of 76 with an access road so you can bypass all the traffic on 76. It was quiet, beds were comfortable.

Overall our stay was very pleasant with comfortable room!

In a good location, close to shops and eating places. it’s clean!

These do not have to be of a necessity but would be nice to have: ice machines on 2nd floor, microwave in rooms!

Always love staying at serenity only issue was our sheets to the beds weren't changed the whole 4 days we were there but other than that it was great

Great value!

Location was great! Right by the imax. Close enough to the strip but not the crazy traffic. Value was nice! There was grab & go breakfast, we never ate. The pool was nice.

The beds were super low to the floor & very springy, not comfy at all! Bathrooms were outdated.

Overall we had an amazing time! The rooms were very clean, staff was amazing and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool.

The fact that we knew they had a problem with their planning when we pulled in because we could tell because of the leak in the drive parking lot and later that evening we had to move out into another motel which totally sucked made them look really bad because of the plumbing

Exceptional

The staff was really nice and respectable. We were originally booked at the motel 6 but they said they did accommodate family of 5 so we switched to the Serenity Inn and no problems at all. Booking.com automatically put us in a smoking room but the lady who worked at the front desk(didnt catch her name) had caught it and asked if that is what I wanted since I had children, when I told her no, she switched me to a nonsmoking with no problems. Our room was right by the pool so that was definitely a plus. Overall, our experience was excellent and we'll definitely go back to stay.

The breakfast. It just says free breakfast, but the free breakfast consists just cereal bars and muffins with coffee and juice. We ended up buying cereal and milk for our room for the kids to eat breakfast.

Both mattresses in our room were uncomfortable. Mattress by bathroom had a spring poking through the mattress and was not comfortable at all.
