Ok location, nice fully equipped condo. Nice pool area.
Too much restriction, too crowded, not enough beach chairs, not enough pool chairs, not a good service at the reception because it’s too crowded

the assigned place for public beach is too far from resort..

The whole place, really nice building and amenities. The apartment was excellent, very comfortable and clean and had everything we could have wanted.
Some people have complained about marks on the wall, silly stuff like that, but it certainly doesn't detract from the experience.
Love the balcony and views!
Only downside was the large pool was out of service, but we knew that anyway prior to booking, so not really a big deal.

amazing location and large balcony with beautiful views. overall the apartment was nice and spacious. the apartment was clean and updated
there was a high “resort” fee but they had nothing but a small pool with tons of rules and the other pool was not even operational. basically a resort fee with no type of resort. there were no rags to clean with and one knife for cutting things, which wasn’t even sharp. the staff charged me another $250 deposit after I had already paid a $500 deposit through booking. so I better get both back. the lady couldn’t even explain why I had two deposits.

There was an awful smell as soon as we entered apartment. Customer service was not helpful. The door knob was missing and we were left with only enough towels and wash cloths for one day. My mother is allergic to dogs and cats so her eyes were swollen . I asked them to switch are room Natalie states she couldn’t. So I was asking them to refund us and we go somewhere else but they wouldn’t. We had an itinerary for our vacation trip and we stated they could come in a clean but we can’t wait In the apartment for them to clean because we had other plans. That cleaning service should have been done before we arrived. I work for healthcare and will report this to public health department. There were also miscommunication in regards to floor we would be on as well as the type of apartment it was. I knew the floor levels were owned by booking but did not know this was an Airbnb.

In the accommodation everything went well
in the apartment everything was fine but the hotel had only one pool and it was small and the hotel was almost full

It was our forth time at the Hyde. the unit is clean and spacious. It’s on 27 the floor with a nice view of the ocean and the city looking south. The balconyis large and has sun throughout the day, I wish there was a lounge chair not just chairs and a table. The kitchen/ living room is spacious with large island but missing bar stools.
The elevators are terrible, the wait time can be up to 30 minutes during busy hours. part of the problem that the service staff doesn’t have a separate elevator and using all elevators. this has been a problem for a while and doesn’t seem like it’s being fixed.

It was an exceptional building, very clean and pristine.
The condo was great.
Beds were so comfortable.
The valet department was fantastic.
The view was amazing.
Nice little store in the main area.

We went down to the beach only to be told we couldn’t re-enter the building without shoes. One of us had to go buy a pair of sandals at the boutique, to go up and get everyone’s shoes and bring them down.
Kids weren’t allowed in the hot tub, even with their parents right there.
Kids weren’t allowed pool toys at the pool.
A family was told that they couldn’t take a beach ball to the beach, bc of security purposes.
The provided beach chairs are 3 buildings down the beach.
The kitchen was fully stocked, minus dish rag and hand towel. Had to use face cloths to clean dishes.

The condo was great but there was no hot water.
I didn't like the fact that nothing could be done to turn on the hot water. We even asked if the gym or spa had a shower, or could we use another room to shower, but management said they couldn't do anything and we finally found a different place to stay.

The balcony view, the pool, and the ability to walk from lobby to the beach in less than a minute, made the stay exactly what we needed.
Yards away from beach exit it’s worth the resort fee to have been provided with beach chairs and umbrellas set up by professionals.
When we came into our room after 4pm check-in housecleaning was still there . We waited on the balcony for about two hours for her to finish. It put a damper on the excited peaceful welcome feeling 😔

The worst part was the long wait for elevators during check-in and checkout. We waited 15 minutes for check-in and about 25 minutes for check-out- we arrived on Thursday but those people who had arrived Saturday really had the elevators delayed. My husband actually climbed the stairs from the first floor to the 27th with our beach bags. The room could have been tidier. We noticed hair on the toilet in the master bath and guest bath. The tiles in the guest bath has some mold. The tile in the guest bath is raised causing a trip hazard. Overall, the room and view was nice. Also, we had a bad experience at the bar on the 9th floor. We arrived during happy hour and tried to order drinks for our table. We were told by the bar that we had to wait for someone to come to our table for service. We waited but it was taking long so we went back to the bar. We were allowed to order, however, the bartender tried to take advantage of us by charging me $100 for 3 well drinks (margaritas, no extra shots) and 2 so-called premium margaritas($16 each). Then noticed that he did not use Grand Marnier for the premium margarita but instead used Grand Gala. I let that go thinking it might work. I tried paying with a debit card but was told they only accept cards with a chip instead of a swipe so I ended up paying cash. When I looked at my receipt I noticed that he charged me $16 each for all 5 drinks and added an automatic gratuity. I found this sketchy but I decided to let that go also. It wasn’t until my guests and I tasted those nasty drinks did I realize that something was awry. I asked someone to get me the manager who happens to be someone named Nelson who gratiously reimbursed me along with the drinks (we all refused the drinks).
