About this villa rental
This fantastic villa is bright and spacious with four double bedrooms and a heated private salt water pool.
The villa is set in its own grounds with a private heated pool, off street parking, satellite tv, Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, table tennis and fully equipped in an excellent location close to the vibrant Vilamoura Marina.
The modern open plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining, and gives a great feeling of spaciousness. The breakfast bar seats 4 people and the large dining table seats 10. Doors lead onto the pool area and the ground floor terrace is perfect for lazy afternoon drinks, alfresco dining and BBQs.
The lounge area has an extremely comfortable L shaped sofa with wall mounted smart tv streaming English channels, sports and movies. The Wi-Fi is fiber optic and there are range extenders throughout the villa so coverage is not a problem. There is also a portable JBL speaker that can be connected to via Bluetooth.
On the ground floor you’ll find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, this bedroom can be configured as two single beds or a king size bed. Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms share a bathroom. One is a fixed king size bed, the other can be configured as two single beds or a king size bed. The fourth bedroom is a fixed king size bed with en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning , hair dryers, bath and pool towels with sliding doors opening up onto terraces overlooking the garden and pool area.
Kick back, relax and soak up the sun on one of the luxurious sunbeds by the salt water pool, or escape to one of the many terraces in the villa, including a fab roof terrace which is a real sun trap. The outside areas have both natural shade and covered terraces.
A car is not essential as Vilamoura Marina and local amenities including supermarket, bank and pharmacy are only a 10 minute walk away. The nearest beach (Falesia) is approx 2km and the beach at Quarteira is the same distance.
In the surrounding area there are numerous sports and activities to enjoy, including 5 golf courses, mini golf, deep sea fishing, sailing, water sports, paddle boarding, all year round water park, tennis, lawn bowls, go-karting, football, horse riding, bike tours and a local leisure centre.

We were initially concerned about the salt water pool, we needn’t have been as you could hardly tell. The villa is lovely, it was perfect for what we wanted. 4 good sized bedrooms all with air conditioning. Kitchen was adequately equipped. And walking distance to local shop and the marina with great restaurants. The host was excellent he responded to my messages quickly and the 1 issue I had (regarding the safe) was dealt with within half hour. I would highly recommend this villa and I’m certain we’ll be back.

I would recommend this villa to everyone. Its even better than the listing suggests.
1 Host communication was first class. From the questions we asked before we booked, through the other queries leading up to our holiday, and the reports we made of minor issues while we were there, Dermot always responded very quickly- usually within 10 minutes .
2 Villa was immaculately clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very well equiped and had everything we needed.
3 we were a family group of 8, from 70 down to 5 and 2 years old. Stayed for 7 days June 2024. Kids (of all ages!) loved the pool.
Was great to eat outside all the time in peaceful garden.
4 Location is good - about 20 minutes walk down to marina. Cab back about 3 to 4 euros if you dont like the walk!

We had a lovely stay at the property. Even though the pictures on the website look amazing, on arrival the villa, garden and pool exceeded expectations.
The Villa was spotless on arrival and is fully equipped which meant a relaxing and enjoyable 1 week stay. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Vilamoura.

We travelled as a family of 8 (6 adults & 2 young children) and this villa had everything we needed! Pictures shown are exactly what you get when you arrive. The villa is spotless and comes with all the mod cons you would expect. Approx a 10 mins walk to local spar which has everything you need. Marina is approx 15 mins walk but took us slightly longer with two small children. Host was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries we had, both before travelling and when we were there. Would happily recommend to anyone and would also return. The only bad thing was having to leave to come back home.

Me and my family visited this villa for our summer holiday. The villa is amazing, so much space all the bedrooms are a really good size and living/kitchen area is great too and all clean. Pool size was great and bigger than expected. Spar located around a 10 minutes walk away. We used uber mostly which we found great 4 euros for a 4 seater taxi. Would highly recommend if your thinking of going to Vilamoura.

We stayed at the Villa for 5 nights recently and everything about the Villa was perfect. The villa was roughly 25mins in a taxi from the airport, a ten min walk to the Marina, 20 or so minutes to VDL and similar to Albufeira - as a location - it is excellent. Inside the Villa, it is very modern, a lovely (we paid for heated) pool, Granite work tops and very modern. I highly recommend the villa and Dermot the host was excellent, offering clear instructructions and on hand at any point with any queries we had. Fantastic villa - will be returning.

This villa was spacious, clean, beds comfortable and perfect for 3 families. 3 bathrooms and 5 toilets. Enough sun beds for everyone and table tennis a bonus which isn’t photographed in VRBO. Didn’t hire cars as Marina only 25 mins walk. Supermarkets about 15 mins so walked and got taxis back with heavy bags at 5 euros. Supermarket staff rang taxis for us too. Plenty of break out seating areas too. We called the rattan furniture outdoor area the VIP lounge! We paid extra for pool heating which was worth it in April even with fab weather. Would definitely recommend this place to other families. We were 6 adults and 2 kids but would easily take 8 adults.

This villa is was amazing, very open plan and roomy making it very sociable for a group to stay in. It was nicely decorated and comfortable.The salt water pool was lovely and clean much better than a chlorinated one! Would definitely recommend this villa!

Family holiday
We are regular visitors to Vilamoura and picked this villa due to its location. It is a comfortable 10-15 minute walk to the marina.
Everything about the villa is exactly as advertised. The communication with the villa owner prior to travel was excellent.
Our travelling group was 6 adults and 2 children (3 and 1) and the villa was easily large enough for us. We had no need to contact the villa owner during our stay as everything was in such good condition, however we did have a conversation during the 2nd week of our stay just to check that things were ok.
The pool heating was great and there were 8 really comfortable sun loungers with parasols which allowed us to spend a lot of time around the pool.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to any families looking for a fantastic place for their holiday.

Fabulous
The photos don’t do this lovely villa enough justice. Just returned from a 4 night stay with 5 ladies. The house was immaculate and furnished to a luxury standard, was fully equipped and added finishing touches completed it. Host super accommodating and housekeeping first class. It was a nice pleasant 15-20 minute walk into Vilamoura or the Old Village where there is an abundance of fabulous restaurants, many of which deliver if you want to make the most of this amazing villa.

Beautiful, spacious, modern villa.
Upon arrival we were very excited to be staying in such a lovely villa. The rooms were all spacious and modern, and the villa was very clean. The heated pool was perfect for swimming and relaxing in. The host was always quick to respond to any enquiries we had, which made the booking feel seamless and safe. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely week in October!
Fabulous villa in a great location, approximately 15mins walk to the centre.
The villa was extremely clean with good amenities.
Dermot was very helpful and always replied promptly to messages both running up to and during our stay.
The only slight negative for us is the mattresses are very firm and we prefer something a little softer.
Overall, fantastic!

Vilamoura stay
The property is great. Dealing with Dermot the owner is a pleasure and easy. Jose the property manager is excellent and allowed us to store our cases in the basement on leaving day for a few hours. Downside is not many utensils and things I would expect and the cleaners were there when we first arrived after the time of check in and after a long day of traveling which was disappointing at the time. However overall a great holiday.

Hidden costs and charged for damage that was already there
When we arrived at the property the key in the safe did not work, we had to wait 30 minutes outside with all our luggage before the property manager arrived with another fob to allow us access!
When we asked the host to increase the temperature of the heated pool to allow my nine month old son, we were told it would be another £300 on top of the £4.5k we had already paid! They said it was written in the description, on review it did mention it in a foot note, but in the booking process on VRBO is stated there were no additional charges and that the total cost which included a heated pool would be £4.5k!
Lastly, when arriving at the property, the villa itself was very clean and was as stated, a beautiful setting. However, when we went to sit by the pool, the sun loungers had clearly not been cleaned, they were covered in bird poo! and when sitting on one of the sun loungers, it was clear the netting below was broken! we then got charged a further £225 because they thought we had broken it! they charged my credit without authorisation even after I reported it first to VRBO. They said they were going to investigate it, two weeks later, still not response from them and suddenly my credit card had been charged!
In summary, awful host... the way we were spoken to was disgraceful, and then to be charged for a broken sun lounger without warning... no response from VRBO... I will never be using them again.

Villa was very nice, good area within walking distance to marina. We had a few issues with the villa on arrival which the management company dragged there heels to get fix, I got In touch with the owner and he got them all sorted very fast. We would definitely stay at this villa again, we had a great holiday after a testing year.

What a wonderful villa!
This is such a wonderful villa. We were a party of 7 adults staying at the villa in August. On arrival we were very impressed with the appearance of the villa from the outside. It is set on a quiet cul de sac of luxury villas and is an imposing building. Dermot, the owner, had previously given us full instructions on how to gain entry and everything went smoothly. First of all the villa feels extremely safe due to the area and also the security features of electric gates and electric door and window screens. On entering we were not disappointed. The villa is stunning with a lovely entrance hall leading into an enormous open plan living area with kitchen, seating area and huge 10 seater dining table. It is beautifully kept and well appointed. The bedrooms and bathrooms didn’t disappoint either. The outside area is perfect. A large swimming pool in a beautifully kept garden surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and a couple of parasols. There’s a large grass area too perfect for ball games etc, a terrace with dining table and bbq and comfy sofas and a roof terrace. The table tennis table at the front was a bonus and had a lot of use. The villa is approximately a 10/15 minute walk away from the marina where there’s enough bars and restaurants to try a different one every night. If you don’t fancy the walk Uber will take you for €5. There’s a small supermarket 0.6km away and a Lidl a short Uber ride away. Dermot was very accommodating and responsive and answered all emails pretty much immediately, not that we had any problems. All in all, if you’re looking for a villa with a luxurious feel with plenty of space inside and out, in a quiet and safe area but close enough to bars restaurants and shops then you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Villa
Absolutely fabulous two weeks at this villa. It was beautifully presented and well equipped. The location is amazing. Quiet when you are at the villa but takes 10minutes to walk to the Marina to enjoy the nightlife. The maids and pool cleaner were efficient but kept in the background. The villa is surprisingly spacious which is super with a large group as you all have your own space. I would not hesitate to revisit.

Great villa for our girlie holiday
Seven of us ladies stayed at this villa and celebrated one of our groups significant birthdays.
Was an excellent choice for us.
Lovely spacious villa with plenty of bathrooms and a great outdoors for sunbathing, eating or just relaxing. Pool was a bonus and choosing to have it heated was a great decision.
The marina at Vilamoura is only a 10-15min stroll away where there are a plethora of restaurants, shops and bars. If like us you do not want to hire a car then this an ideal location.
Only had one small issue whilst we were there when one of the a/c units was not working properly. We alerted this to the owner and it was fixed the following day.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend.
