Ok. But could be better.

Breakfast was good. Room was great when room was taken care of.

The last day/night our room wasn’t refreshed and our used towels were folded and put back for us to reuse. Pool was really small.

Clean, safe, beautiful location.

The location was safe and within walking distance of dining and grocery stores. I loved that the room had a fridge and microwave since I have to eat a special diet. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Fun and good facilities.

The pool was fun. A little chilly but was ok. We loved the trail out behind the hotel that led to the sensory park. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a mess. LONG line for the single toaster and for the fruit bowl. Maybe add an additional toaster and more fruit. When i can for a drink there was only milk and no staff around to ask for anything else

Funcionários super gentis. Restaurante dentro do hotel que foi ótimo pro dia que chegamos tarde. Café da manhã bem diversificado, com frutas, pães, ovo, etc. Boa localização.

O quarto era 1 cama com um sofá cama, extremamente desconfortável, não era nem um colchão de tão fino, tinha ferros de sustentação no sofá que machucaram meus filhos. Entrei em contato com a Booking para mudar de quarto, sem solução. No dia em que chegamos estávamos cansados, o sofá cama não estava montado, não tinha lençol, nem coberta suficiente, tivemos que descer na recepção para pedir. Em nenhum dos dias foi reposto toalha com a quantidade suficiente, serviço de quarto deixou a desejar.

Great hotel, great price. Will book again.

The breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out wasn’t bad. Quiet, elevators were fast, rooms were clean. Breakfast until 10 on the weekends so we didn’t have to rush the teenage boys to get up. Or was great.

Very Pleasant! Would definitely return if we ever come back to Denver.

I loved that it was in a great location and near pretty much everything we needed. The staff was friendly, cleaning staff was pleasant and officiant, and it was just a great place to stay.

Now don’t get me wrong the breakfast was good and healthy, but I wish they would switch up the breakfast options. We ate burritos and fruit everyday. Got tired of it after the second and third day.

Great weekend spent visiting family

We liked everything about the establishment.

We did have some troubles at the breakfast, for example the waffle station was not working properly, there was no eggs the next morning. Other than that it was good.

Pet charged extra despite email detailing opposite

Prompt service. Ease of check in and out.

Asked in advance regarding pet. Was informed via email of NO extra charge. Once at the establishment I was charged $75.00. When I informed of the email and showed the front desk the email and No charge was simply ignored.

Great location and exceptional staff.

This is our 3rd stay at this location. We love everything about it. The breakfast is great. The staff is exceptional. The location is great. We plan of coming back and staying here every time we visit.

Bad Bed

Mostly clean except our couch and carpets were stained; modern but not fully uo-to-date i.e. no USB ports.

Mattress was worn completely out and was poor quality to begin with. They had tried to fix it with a thick top pad. Didn't work and we sank deep into the mattress, bad news for my arthritic neck and back. Obviously didn't sleep well. I asked if they could swap it out and was told we could switch rooms. So I asked if that room had a newer mattress. He told me "no", that they were all the same.

The sliding bathroom door wasn't my favorite but it did have a lock.

My room was very quiet and comfortable and clean. The bed was also really comfortable. My contacts with the staff was always easy. They were friendly and met all my needs.

Friendly staff. Good fitness room.

Hotel overbooked, so did not get queen beds we were expecting. Front desk staff offered to try to get us a room somewhere else, but it was late, so we ended up with a king and pull out bed. Room was much smaller than other Hyatt Place properties we have stayed.

I really enjoy the breakfast, the staff was so friendly as well.

Pool space can become better with interior design. It look like I was in physical therapy pool.
