Horrible: dirty, mold and cockroach, should be close.

Absolutely nothing except the fact that is not too far from the road for Baton Rouge.

The fact that we found a living cockroach in the room. The ground was sticky and dirty. The mold on the light and the bathroom door. The water in the floor of the bathroom. The cigarette burn on the sheet. The noise.

This property is a crime hazard.

Initially it seemed pretty typical for this price point.

Immediately after I checked into my room my car was inspected by a gang of pot smoking youths. I went out to eat, came back, it got dark and a car full of street gang youth near blocked my car in as the sat on the hood and smoked pot and drank beer. I opened the door to get a better visual and they became verbally aggressive. I went back in my room and police activity on the street drew them away from my car. I quickly loaded my car and drove out. I’ve lived in South Florida, Baltimore and California and know what trouble looks like. If I would have left there would have been trouble.

You can always cancel the breakfast was awful 😞

The breakfast was not what I thought it would be I was hoping for scrambled eggs sausage biscuits what they had with a continental breakfast and if I knew that's what the breakfast was all about I wouldn't have rented the place
