When we come back to Camarillo, we know where we’re staying!

The facility was super clean, and staff was very friendly.

The beds were not comfortable at all, but I prefer a soft bed with someone who prefers a harder bed would probably sleep better than I did. However, other than that everything was wonderful.

The state was fine. I don’t know that the price equaled the stay.

I never made it down to breakfast. When I checked in nothing was mentioned about the breakfast or hours my son and his wife made it to breakfast and they said it was OK.

Better communication from the front desk and when do we get to go back to getting beds made every day.

The location was amazing for our trips needs. The free breakfast was the best thing to start the day. The staff were great. Overall a very wonderful stay.

we were very impressed and when we come to visit family we will stay there.

the kitchen in the room our housekeeper was outstanding I left her a tip at the front desk. very nice and helpful staff.

Proximity to downtown and freeway.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. In fact, it was unusable. Slept on couch instead!

My bill came to $481.60 but showed up on my bank as $510.00. Why $28.40 more? I emailed to ask but never got a response. Kind of bothers me

I did have a good & Comfortable night stay , for the Wedding of a FRIEND .

I didn’t have your breakfast & this location was just at the right location for my Quick departure . I really thought it was very quiet there & comfortable . The coffee machine in the room , wasn’t a Starbucks queragec which I thought there was. And the fridge didn’t have any ice .

If there was an assistant to help transfer my luggage to my room , Would have been a great help . I didn’t know where I could have. Bought any snacks or anything after 10pm . Your TV didn’t show many options of hotel service. And your guest couch could have had another pillow & Blanket . Would have been Great .

The air conditioner kept turning on randomly at night so we’d go from too warm to freezing while trying to sleep

Very clean and pool are is beautiful

after charging my card they claimed they had an “error” on there end and continued to try and charge my card over night EVERY HOUR!! Even after I was able to provide them with banking info and transaction numbers that I clearly paid!! I had to call my bank to tell them this hotel was attempting fraud. I’f you can PAY CASH!
