Our stay in Ojai was very enjoyable. The Su Nido hotel was charming and the suite was large.

The location was in walking distance to shops, restaurants and concert venue.

I didn’t know when I booked that there was no pool. The sister hotel location included a pool but it was tiny.

I would stay again in this charming inn.

I really liked the location and the design of the suites. The rooms surround a brick courtyard where me met our friends for wine and cards.

Perfection

The location is perfect for walking around the town. The unit is cozy but very roomy and beautifully decorated, with a well appointed kitchenette, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a living room with two comfy chairs, a TV and a fireplace. The bed is very comfy and bases a good size TV as well. Perfectly decorated for the Ohio vibe.

everything was wonderful, including the beautiful interior courtyard with lots of umbrella’d Seating.

It's a good place clean pretty, but not a hang out hotel, it's just to sleep and explore ojai.

It's walking distance to the town, I was left alone and not bothered, quiet.

didn't feel secure secure with the French windows facing the street, wish they was a pool, and coffee mashine not working well, no free breakfast for the price of the room

Expensive but wonderful location. Very quiet and comfortable.

Location was wonderful. Just two blocks off of the the Main Street. We could walk anywhere. Very quiet neighborhood. Free parking was good.

The Wifi was not free. Charged $10 per day to cover the cost of Wi-Fi as was explained on website and to cover other items as well. Air conditioning fan was very loud. Bathroom sink was in need of snaking - very slow to drain. We weren’t aware we could use the pool at the neighboring sister hotel…would have loved to have known that in advance - missed swimming. Should list that on the website as an option.

Checking in was at a different hotel and we had some plumbing issues with the shower.

We enjoyed our stay at Su Nido very much and really loved Ojai in general.

I liked the location and room size also the bed was very comfortable

There was no staff on site. luckily we didn't have any issues but if would have been difficult if we did

If you’ve never been, this IS NOT the place for you!

Location is perfect for walking about the town!

Because of Covid there were no food services

The air conditioning was blowing on the bed and we closed the bedroom door because it was noisy.

Loved how close it is to downtown, especially compared to the Ojai Valley Inn which you need a car to get downtown.

Not much we didn't like, would have been nice to have a pool.

Quaint And Comfy

The well-appointed spacious suites, cute courtyard with fountain, well-equipped kitchenette, and friendly staff. Oh, and the location in walking distance from good food, shops, and activities!

Perfect!

We LOVE the Su Nido Inn and this was our third visit. We will definitely return to this cozy abode!

Silly thing, but we couldn’t get the TV to work in the living room.

This is a very lovely hotel in a great location, amenities need improvement.

This is a very beautiful setting in a great location. It is a very short walk to the main shopping area of Ojai.

Cheap, flimsy toilet paper, cheap coffee, lukewarm "hot" water, very noisy bathroom fan, lame check-in process

A comfortable, relaxing stay in a quiet, elegant environment within walking distance to restaurants.

Great location, excellent, comfortable and classy environment, smooth arrival/departure process. And I enjoyed a ride on one of the bikes!

Very nice stay!!

No breakfast was served, but kitchenette was nice, and there were snacks and bottles of water provided. Bed was very comfy, and the hotel is so centrally located, it's easy to walk to everything. Being super picky here (interior design background), but having only overhead lighting in the bathroom is terribly unflattering; some mirror side lights would have been great.

The hairdryer didn't work properly; the temperature setting button wouldn't adjust but it wasn't a huge deal.
