We were lucky to spend five nights here and were sad to leave. Our flight was delayed many hours and Ennia and her husband were extremely accommodating when we arrived around midnight. The communication was easy and she was so welcoming. The apartment is charming. It has unique and stylish art work that add to the character and make for a great vacation. The beds were very comfortable. If you are able to navigate the five flight of stairs to the top, the apartment had everything you need. The air conditioning works perfect. Ennia went above and beyond not only to provide tons of snacks and food and coffee, but also so many other nice amenities. Our bags got lost so we didn’t have much luggage. This was the best apartment, because it has robes, shampoo, and even a spare toothbrush! Great towels - soft and generous. We took advantage of it all because we had nothing and it saved our vacation! That, and the shopping literally across the street or writhing a five minute walk. Google maps doesn’t give a fair picture of this place, because it shows a lot of nice businesses when they are closed. There are so many wonderful restaurants and shops all very close. The apartment is right on the edge of the historic center and a residential area on the other side (also with shops and restaurants, museums and churches). The best pizza of our trip (we tried many) was a one minute walk up the street! We also loved the balcony to enjoy coffee or takeout. The best host! Grazie!

The location is good and the apartment is beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. It is in an authentic Naples neighborhood and Ennia was an excellent hostess- she stocked the refrigerator and cabinets with food for us! we had everything we needed! I definitely recommend renting this property if you're staying in Naples, but you need to be able to walk the 4 flights of stairs to get to it. It's worth the effort.

Ennia and Bruno are the most wonderful host. They went extra miles to make sure our stay was something to remember. From greeting us in person on our arrival to the very end to say goodby. Not even mention all the goodies they put in the fridge for us to eat, even a bottle of Prosecco to make a toast! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and very well located. We stayed one whole week and from there was easy to reach many other beautiful places in one day trip. Thanks so much for your hospitality Ennia we really had a good time.

Superb property- every amenity imaginable, perfect location, well appointed, owner went above and beyond to accommodate and help us. From check-in to check-out the process was flawless…way easier than most VRBOs in the USA. The owner was so thoughtful and stocked the refrigerator with essentials for us, made a departure taxi cab reservation and even gave us recommendations of things to see since our trip was unexpectedly cut short. We cannot say enough about our stay except that we will be returning to this location on our next visit- and you should too!

We had a great stay here!!! The place is spacious and has all of the amenities…..including fully stocked refrigerator. You have quick access to everything and walking distance from the ferry ports. Excellent location and the property managers are super nice!

The owner of this rental is extremely nice. We needed a place to put our bags before check in and asked where we could store it. She immediately offered to let us leave our bags in the apartment until it was ready. There was everything we needed there and Ennia even made sure we had things like milk and bread to get us started. The apartment is really clean and recently renovated. It is on the top floor so be prepared to climb steps as there is no elevator. However, that was not a deal breaker for us. It’s close to a lot of things in Naples and only a 20 minute walk from the train station. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Fantastic apartment, perfect location and the nicest hosts. We travel a lot with our family of 2+2 and this was honestly one of the best places we stayed at. The apartment is new, clean, lovely with an artistic touch, and equipped in everything you need, and more. Perfectly located to visit and taste Naples. You turn right - you reach the best pizza in town in 1 minute. You turn left - one minute to the famous coffee place. And the hosts are just amazing, helpful and always available. If we come back to Naples, we will for sure book this place again.

We were met at the property by the owners, who helped us with our bags and showed the apartment, which is on the top floor. It’s beautifully decorated with a well-stocked and well-equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect about this place. It was very tastefully decorated, the beds were comfy and the house was fully stocked, there was nothing we were lacking. Our host met us at the property and walked us through everything, as well as providing us with some food and drinks to get us started. The location is amazing as everything you need is right around the corner, including the best pizza in Naples. We would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish Ennia was the perfect host!!! She was so thoughtful and accommodating, and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. I really feel like I should have paid more for all that she did for us. Aside from the host being wonderful, this property had everything we needed to enjoy our days in Naples. The location was awesome - restaurants, shopping and historical sights were within a short walking distance, if not a few steps from the property. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing!

Absolutely Amazing!

After not seeing my wife for 5 months I finally got to see her and staying at this property just made everything that much more special. Everything inside is beautiful and literally identical to the pictures. It’s located perfectly in the middle of Naples. Anything is within a 20 minute walk or less. Anytime I needed anything or had questions Ennia got back with me as soon as possible. If I ever find myself back in Naples I will 100% be staying here again. I loved my time spent here.

Eravamo 5 amici alla scoperta di Napoli ed Ennia e Bruno ci hanno, fin da subito, fatti sentire a casa. Appartamento molto bello, curato nei dettagli, con finiture di pregio ed arredi, seppur minimali, di qualità. Sito in pieno centro storico, ti consente di vivere il cuore della città, senza aver la percezione del caos tipico della zona. Vista mozzafiato verso il golfo ed il Vesuvio ed affaccio pittoresco, dal terrazzo coperto, sulla corte interna. Da provare e, perchè no, da riprovare.. A presto!

Nous avons passé 4 jours fantastiques dans cet appartement. Ennia et Bruno sont très accueillants et font tout ce qu'il faut pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous : accueil à la station de taxi, découvert du quartier, beaucoup de commentaires utiles. De plus, ils nous avaient déjà préparé de quoi faire un copieux petit déjeuner le lendemain matin. L’appartement est spacieux (nous étions 2 couples) et très bien aménagé, confort parfait avec tout ce qu'on peut attendre pour le séjour. Pas un bruit dans l'immeuble. Nous étions en plein centre historique avec de quoi visiter et de quoi manger (à 50 m de la meilleure pizzeria de Naples, mais il faut être prêt à faire une heure de queue !). Le rapport qualité / prix est parfait. Week-end prolongé réussi !

Very nice property in the heart of the city

We stayed at the flat with our kids for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The flat is very modern and has everything you need. It is centrally located in the heart of the historical center. You can walk to most attractions and there are great restaurants nearby. If you enjoy feeling like a local when you travel, this is the place for you. Owners Ennia and Bruno have been terrific and quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back given a chance.

Even Better the Second Time!

I had such a great experience during my first stay last year that I had to return again this year. The apartment is just beautiful (and still smells new), and the owners, Ennia and Bruno, are excellent and attentive hosts! There are so many excellent excursions one can take (we went to Herculaneum and Capri this time), and the very best pizza in the world is just down the street from the apartment. Accueil aux petits soins par Ennia qui avait rempli le frigo (😀� !!!) et s'est volontiers rendue disponible dès notre arrivée tôt le matin. L'appart tout neuf fait honneur à la tradition du design italien, clair et à la propreté irreprochable, avec vue sur les toits. Super point d'observation de la vie bouillonnante à la napolitaine, en plein centre ancien, tout est à voir dans le quartier. Le confort est digne d'un super hôtel, mais comme à la maison, et c'est inestimable après de longues journées ! C'est au 4e sans ascenseur, oui, mais le bonheur, ça se mérite !

Loved this renovated flat. Cozy but very nicely laid out, beautifully renovated, relatively quiet. Ennia and Bruno are wonderful hosts, and helped us with everything we needed. If you must stay in Naples (would not recommend since Naples is dirty, gross, and not-at-all charming), we recommend this property. Be aware of a couple of things though: 1. This flat is on the fourth floor penthouse as a WALK-UP (102 steps). We stayed in the spring, but in the summer we are guessing this climb is brutal. It was tough on our older group, but not impossible. 2. The upstairs loft bedroom lights are controlled from at least 5 different light switches, which creates the very common scenario of someone getting up in the middle of the night and inadvertently turning on the VERY bright lights in the loft. Extreme;y frustrating. Why the electrician wired it this way is mystifying.

Our familiy of four stayed in this apartement for 8 days. We could not be happier!! It was super clean, airconditioned and with an nice balcony. It had all the facilities we needed for our family vacation. The apartment is located perfectly in the middle of the historical centre with a lot of restaurants, shopping streets and sights to see in close approximity. Would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Napoli

Beautiful apartment with amazing management!

I spent a glorious week at this modern, stylish apartment in the heart of Naples. The owners, Ennia and Bruno, were extremely kind and helpful--they even picked me up at the train station! The apartment is extremely clean, with a sleek and modern décor and excellent air conditioning (which you will need if you visit in summer). I visited with my parents (they are in their 70s) and we had no problems walking up the stairs to the apartment. I have been renting apartments from HomeAway since 2014 and this is one of the nicest apartments I have ever rented. The apartment looks even better than in the pictures. This is a much better option than staying in a hotel. I recommend staying at least a week so that you can enjoy the beautiful city of Napoli as well as visit all of the surrounding sites, such as Pompeii and the breathtaking Amalfi coast.

We were 2 couples with 2 kids. We have been welcomed by Ennia and Bruno. They have have been very nice and helpful before and during our trip to Naples. The appartment is fully renovated and very nicely decorated, and super clean. There is a living room with a nice terrasse where you can enjoy typical napolitan architecture. The kitchen is full equipped with high standard devices. The 2 bedrooms are very comfortable each with its own bathroom. The nights have been quiet and relax except the new year's eve when we enjoyed the fire works from the appartment with the Vesuvio on background ! The building is a typical napolitan building in the heart of historical center. We can reach the best pizzas places in less than 5 min by feet ! If we go back to Napoli, definitely we will recontact Ennia !

Accueil tres sympathique des prorpietaires. l'equipement est parfait, agencé avec gout et la petite terrasse permet meme de diner dehors. Nous etions une famille avec 3 enfant. Seule chose a noter : il y a 4 etages à monter, courage avec les valises !
