Wunderbarer Meerblick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Ende einer Straße und ist sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß kann man das Meer in wenigen Minuten erreichen indem man die steile Auffahrt zur Straße hinunter geht und die Bahngleise (Zuglärm ist nicht zu befürchten!) über eine Treppe überquert. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist ganz klar die Terrasse, von der aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer genießen kann. Die Umgebung in Alcamo Marina ist nicht besonders touristisch obwohl der Strand sehr sehenswert ist. Es gibt nur wenige Cafes und Restaurants. Der Nachbarort Castellamare del Golfo gleicht diesen Nachteil allerdings mehr als aus. Von dieser Ferienwohnung aus kann man das Zingaro Naturschutzgebiet mit seinen Badebuchten sehr gut erreichen. Auch viele andere Ausflüge sind möglich (San Vito Lo Capo oder auch Trapani). Ohne Auto wird es aber wohl eher schwer.

Fantastische ontvangst met leuk welkomstgeschenk, arancini. Woning op zich prima, maar bij slecht weer,zoals nu aantal dagen minder geschikt . Goede regeling met eigenaar kunnen treffen om eerder te vertrekken. Als verblijf in de zomer zeer aan te bevelen, in de winter minder geschikt.

Abbiamo trascorso una stupenda vacanza. I proprietari sono davvero molto gentili accoglienti a disposizione per gli ospiti. L'appartamento è molto curato e pulito. C'è anche una bellissima vista sul mare.

Superbe semaine dans cette maison, très bien équipée. Vue magnifique de la terrasse, à 10 min à pied de la plage où il y a très peu de monde. Francesco est adorable, pleins de bons conseils et ses tomates sont délicieuses. Encore merci pour tout 😀

Le foto non raccontano quanto è veramente bella e confortevole questa casa. Ottima la posizione con vista mare e una pulizia a dir poco eccezionale. Ma soprattutto il trattamento che ti riservano è incredibile. Ti riescono a far sentire come una persona di famiglia. Torneremo sicuramente perché è stata una delle vacanze più belle anche grazie a questa casa e i loro gentilissimi proprietari.

Nous y avons séjourné 15 jours en août 2020. Nous avons étés accueillies par la sœur du propriétaire qui a été extrêmement gentille et nous a réservé un super accueil. La maison est très belle, très bien équipée et apporte tout le confort nécessaire. La vue est magnifique et la terrasse permet d en profiter du petit déjeuner au dîner. Nous recommandons fortement cette location vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus. Encore un grand merci à Grazia pour toutes ses petites attentions afin de nous rendre le séjour inoubliable 👍😁. Aurelie et Mélody.

Eine Woche zu Zweit, Perfekt!

Die letzten Meter sind ziemlich steil und es lohnt sich mit einem Kleinwagen anzureisen. Die Aussicht ist grandios, das italienische Hupen und teilweise Motorräder von der Strasse dem Strand entlang nimmt man nach 2 Tagen nicht mehr war. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bietet alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Aussenbereich bietet zu jeder Tageszeit etwas Schatten, die Terasse ist einfach genial. Grill, Aussendusche und Liegestühle sind auch vorhanden, in der Aussenküche findet man auch eine Waschmaschine. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man den öffentlichen Strand, unser Tipp: In wenigen Minuten nach Castellammare-del-Golfo fahren und dort einen Sonnenschirm mit Liegen für ein par Euro mieten. Alles in Allem war es eine sehr schöne Woche in Sizilien.

Wir waren als Paar eine Woche an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Die Lage der Wohnung mit der grandiosen Aussicht auf das Meer ist traumhaft! Die Wohnung und die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Sie bietet alles was es für Ferien braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und gut eingeführt. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Ein Auto ist dazu aus unserer Sicht notwendig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können den Vermieter und die Wohnung nur empfehlen! Sehr warmer Empfang, nette Vermieter, super Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Sogar eine Schale frische Tomaten aus dem Garten, eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Wein geschenkt bekommen. Viel mehr als erwartet. Eine traumhafte Aussicht von der Mega Terrasse, wofür man die steile enge Straße hochfahren muss, dafür wird man belohnt mit einem eigenen Parkplatz. Perfekt, ich würde Sie wieder nehmen ohne was anderes zu suchen.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la Villa Ponte dei Ricchi trovandoci molto bene, l'alloggio è risultato pulito ed accogliente ed ottimamente curato. La bellissima visuale sul golfo dal terrazzo che si gode dal giardino ci ha sempre accompagnato e allietato le cene in un ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso. Posizione strategica per visitare i posti vicini raggiungibili facilmente in auto. Da ringraziare l'estrema cortesia dei proprietari.

La nostra esperienza con questo appartamento è stata eccellente. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone di cui 2 ragazzi di 13 e 14 anni. I proprietari di casa sono stati perfetti in tutto, dal momento in cui siamo arrivati in Sicilia, fornendoci indicazioni facili da seguire per raggiungere il posto, durante tutta la vacanza, fino al momento della partenza. Accoglienza perfetta nonostante l’ora tarda. L’appartamento è completo di tutto, molto confortevole, pulitissimo e con una vista strepitosa ( che ci mancherà moltissimo). È posizionato in modo strategico per visitare moltissimi luoghi incantevoli come la riserva dello zingaro, Scopello, Palermo e tanto altro ancora. La gentilezza e la disponibilità, nonché la discrezione , dei proprietari è impagabile e ha contribuito a rendere ancora più piacevole la nostra permanenza. Grazie per aver contribuito a farci trascorre del tempo indimenticabile in questa terra fantastica

Une location quasi neuve ,super propre,décorée simplement mais avec beaucoup de goût.Tout est pensé pour des gens qui vont y vivre d où une cuisine super équipée,fonctionnelle....et en plus une ćuisine d été au top.accueil impeccable e la sœur de la propriétaire...prête à vs donner toutes les informations nécessaires. Le jardin magnifiquement fleuri,la terrasse sous tonnelle donne sur une vue mer à 180° sans vis à vis....vs êtes seuls qu monde...seul petit inconvénient les moucherons-moustiques à la tombée de la ñuit mais là encore vs avez pour chaque chambre une prise anti moustique....ce qui n est pas forcément indiqué c est que draps et serviettes de toilettes fournies vous coûtent 40 e et que si vs utilisez la clim c est 6 e par jour...je vous recommande vivement ce petit paradis proche de la plage et qui permet de visiter tout l ouest de la Sicile sans problèmes...bravo aux propriétaires...idéal pour une famille avec enfants....

Wir (Paar) verbrachten eine Woche in Alcamo Marina und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Was uns besonders gut gefiel: - hammer Ausblick! Morgens auf der Terrasse frühstücken und das Meer betrachten! - große Räume, hohe Decken!, schön hell - sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Was man in der ersten Küche nicht findet, das findet man sicher in der zweiten (!) Küche im Außenbereich. - sehr ruhig, insb. in der Nebensaison. Die Wohnung und der ganze Ort. Viel Privatsphäre dank einzigem Appartement im Haus. - entspanntes Parken vorm Haus (Anfahrt weniger entspannt - steil, eng und entgegen der Einbahnstraße! - typisch sizilianisch halt :-) - Lage: Alcamo Marina ist nicht touristisch, daher entspannt, liegt aber trotzdem strategisch günstig für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. - ausnahmslos freundlicher und hilfreicher Kontakt mit Francesco über WhatsApp sowie mit seinen Schwestern persönlich. - Die Matratzen waren tatsächlich bequem! (eine Seltenheit in Italien :-) - WLAN, Klimanlage, Ventilatoren - alles funktioniert FAZIT: Entspanntes Urlaubsfeeling und perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir würden wieder buchen, vielen Dank nochmal an unsere Gastgeber!

So eine Ferienwohnung hätte ich gerne selbst im Besitz. Neu renoviert, mit Geschmak eingerichtet, reichlich Platz (waren jedoch zu dritt), Sommerküche ist genial, Wlan reichte um HD Netflix zu schauen. Was man auf den Bildern sieht gibt kann die Realität leider nicht vollkommen abbilden: Sonnenuntergang am Meer, riesige Terasse nur für uns, Blumengarten gepflegt und schön, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Frühstück und Abendessen unter der Überdachung mit Blick aufs Meer und vieles mehr. Francesco hat und Links gesendet mit Ausflugziele. Es hat sich gelohnt sowohl baden als auch was zu sehen! Alles ist Top! Gerne wieder

Siamo stati ospiti di Grazia e Francesco per 10 giorni. I proprietari sono stati disponibilissimi ed accoglienti. Siamo arrivati ad Alcamo a serata inoltrata, stanchi ed accaldati, ed è stato un piacere essere accolti con tanta gentilezza e cortesia. La signora Grazia ci ha mostrato la bellissima casa e, dulcis in fondo, ci ha fatto trovare nel frigorifero una fresca bottiglia di acqua e dei cannoli siciliani appena preparati: una delizia! L'appartamento è pulitissimo, di recentissima ristrutturazione, dotato di tutto e di più con magnifica vista sul golfo. La terrazza, dotata di tavoli, sedie, sdraio con bellissimo gazebo permette momenti di relax godendosi il panorama, con tramonti che sembrano immagini da cartolina! La posizione strategica consente di raggiungere a pochi passi la bella spiaggia di Alcamo Marina, ma con la macchina si raggiungono facilmente le bellissime spiagge che vanno da Castellammare del Golfo a San Vito lo Capo. Abbiamo raggiunto facilmente diverse località della Sicilia nordoccidentale spaziando da Trapani con le magnifiche saline a Palermo e Cefalù. La vacanza è stata perfetta, della signora Grazia e famiglia rimarrà per sempre in noi un caro ricordo. Grazie di tutto! Assolutamente da consigliare.

Une vue sur le golfe de Castellamare à 180°, 300 mètres d'une superbe plage, des propriétaires discrets, aimables que l'on remercie encore pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Un superbe endroit, manque peut-être une vraie deuxième chambre, mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre super séjour. La terrasse est splendide.........

We had our trip to Sicily on September 6th till September 13th. During our stay in Alcamo Marina we spent our days and nights in this lovely appartment with its great view over the sea. The appartement with its amazing terrace is located in the ground floor, while the owner of the house are living in the top floor. The owner of the house are really nice and lovely people who wanted that we have a unforgettable stay in Alcamo Marina - and yes, we did! Thanks a lot! I can say to everybody who think about to book this appartement that the decision will be the best you can make. We had wonderful 7 days and have taken many many nice memories back home to Germany. Freshly renovated very complete accomodation. We spent 2 wonderful weeks. Perfect view and wonderful sunsets. Two verandas both in shadow and sun. Two kitchens! 5 minutes steep walk down to the sea. Very friendly and helpful landlord. In June the sea was already warm, as it is rather flat. Perfect for children. Fine sandy beach.
