Schmutzig, verschimmeltes Essen , schlaflose Nächte aber zentral gelegen.

Zentral gelegen gute Parkmöglichkeit. Personal an Rezeption sehr freundlich

Zimmer extrem schmutzig, Toilette, Waschbecken, Mülleimer mit den Hinterlassenschaften vom Vorgänger. Sehr staubig, nix für Allergiker. Ich hatte Gott sei Dank Reinigungsmittel im Auto, habe Roomservice 3 x selber erledigt. Kein Aufzug Keine Fluchttüre wenn Zimmer abgeschlossen ist, dann ist die Türe von Innen nicht zu Öffnen Sehr laut da direkt an einer starkbefahrenen Straße, keine Schallschutzfenster Keine Klimaanlage, im Sommer hat man die Wahl zwischen Lärm oder Schwitzen Kein Roomservice, es werden nur Handtücher getauscht, nicht sauber gemacht, noch nicht einmal das Bett wird gemacht. Frühstück sehr spartanisch, Weizenpappbrötchen, Filterkaffee aus unappetitlichen Kannen, Wurst war schimmelig. Keine Alternativen für Allergiker. Die Lebensmittelkontrolle kam während meines Aufenthalts und wurde sehr fündig, es musste alles entsorgt werden (passiert nur bei extremen unhygienischen Voraussetzungen) Personal spricht nur an der Rezeption Deutsch, welche nicht immer besetzt ist.

Great Value for money, very clean with the best matrasses in any budget hotel I ve used in the last

best price is a very budget hotel yet still the very best xp we had with one of those in a long time. The rooms were super clean and BIG. Everything was simple yet the best value. We arrived very late at night but a good service was prepared for us to retrieve our room keys even after reception had closed. Breakfast was very budget, once again, but still great value for money and a really nice start our day. The staff is hardly seen but that does not change that we felt well taken care off and I can only recommend them based on our experience. The beds were certainly the most comfortable in any of the hotels on our christmass/ NY journey through journey and that included some rather pricey options. Yet BestPrice Hotel had the best matrasses of them all. Close to the Autobahn too. We will keep them in mind for future travels.

petit déjeuner très basic et pas du tout varié. Il n'y même pas de fer à repasser dans tout l'établissement. Si vous venez pour le travail et que vous n'avez pas eu le temps de repasser votre chemise avant il est impossible de demander un fer à repasser à l'accueil il n'en ont pas. Aussi, mon associé n'a pas dormi de la nuit à cause d'insectes et de petites bêtes dans sa chambre. Etablissement pas très propre

Einfache und saubere Unterkunft

Weil das von mir gebuchte Zimmer wegen eines Wasserschadens nicht zur Verfügung stand, wurde ich im etwa 300 Meter entfernten bp24 Hotel untergebracht. Das hat problemlos geklappt und das Zimmer dort war zwar schlicht aber sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr freundliches Personal und problemloser Checkin.

Die Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft waren am Abend belegt. Es gibt aber genügend Abstellplätze in der näheren Umgebung. Außerdem war der Föhn im Badezimmer defekt, was anscheinend keiner überprüft hat.

Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt.

Die Unterkunft glänzte durch gute Erreichbarkeit und eine sauberes Zimmer, unkompliziertes Check-in sowie ein sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Das bei über 20 Grad die Heizung voll aufgedreht war und der Drehknopf der Heizung gefehlt hat, so dass man die Heizung nicht abstellen konnte, war ein grosses Minus. Dadurch musste ich mit offenem Fenster schlafen, was eine Tortur war, weil die Strasse vor dem Hotel befahren ist, wie eine Autobahn. An guten Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

Für den Preis, ist dir Unterkunft ok

Der defekte Rauchmelder wurde sofort repariert.

In den Bädern waren etliche Silokonfugen von Schwarzschimmel befallen. Bei ebenerdigen Duschen sollte dies nicht vorkommen. Keine Nachttischlampen vorhanden und auch keine Beleuchtung vom Bett aus schaltbar.

Hotel hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, optimal für Durchreisende

Großes Badezimmer, Zimmer war Okay, gutes Frühstück und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Es gab leider keinen Duschabzieher für den Boden, da dieser bei Duschen doch sehr nass wurde. (Bei der Ebenerdigen Dusche)

It was a comfortable one night stay on the long car journe from Hungary to the UK.

Not far from the motorway. It has parking places, easy to checkin and out. Good breakfast. Nice and clean. Value for money.

The bathroom was a bit small.

Aachen city is near. For that price it is a real value proposal. If you are travelling by car it is a good choise.

Very good for short stay, value for money!

Nice clean rooms, comfy beds, close to motorway very good for one night stay in transit. Value for money.

No proper sound insulation, if any. Can hear the other guests so you go to sleep and wake up when the others do.

Practical Hotel

Practical and comfort Hotel to stay for one night in the middle of long journey. The staff were really nice and helpful at reception. Also ladies who clean the room were extremely helpful and try to help however not knowing well English. The room was clean and everything enough for stay with minimum requirements. The shower, warm water and heating system was so efficient and working well. The neighborhood is safe, quiete and some shop and restaurant in nearby. Lot of parking space for who traveling by car and close to highway.

No elevator for second floor was a bit hard to carrying baggages.

Perfectly met expectations - a clean, quiet, basic room to get a good night's sleep in whilst travelling. It was directly off of the motorway, so there were no issues in getting the property at all. I was appreciative of a phone call from the hotel to check on our arrival time (I'd indicated that we'd be there quite late) and arrange to have a key waiting for us just inside the front door in a lock box. The gentleman gave me the code and information over the phone, but then followed up with an email message through booking.com. This was very much a "virtual stay" - we didn't have any contact with anyone either late at night when we arrived, nor this morning when we left the property. That said, there was a phone number displayed for guests who had questions when the desk was not manned. A clean, comfortable stay and we both got a good night's sleep.
