Very good option, if you need to spend a night in Milan without spending a fortune.

Location vs price relationship - good value for money. There was a small fridge - most hotels now do not offer it. The parking was for free - another good reason, if need to consider the cost.

The hotel fully met my expectations. The hotel is only half an hour away from the city center. The bus stop for the metro station (Bisceglie) is located very close to the hotel (about 2 mins by walk). The breakfast was really great and the staff was very pleasant.

We arrived a day later, due to a canceled flight. And the communication between the hotel and us could be faster. I have sent a mail to their official mail ([email protected]) and only get one automatic reply. Also I have sent a message via Booking and received the answer to the question just before arriving at the hotel.

Superb

Hotel's location is very good. It takes just 5 minutes from train station Corsica. You can very fast and easy to get to Milan. My room was very small but clean, comfortable with good view. You can use air conditioner. Staff is very friendly. There was a good choice for breakfast.

Good value for price. Breakfast was satisfactory

The walls must be made of paper! We could hear every single word from our neighbours even though they were not loud. Location is a bit far away from the city centre (no direct access to metro, only bus stops).

Exceptional

We stayed at Kristal when we went for the Deep Purple concert a d we had a good time there. Very nice hotel close to Milan. The staff was very kind and helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast ☺️

Electrical outlets not suitable for normal EU electrical plugs (need adapters, which the hotel didn’t have)

recommend it and would consider again if I go back to Milan

bed was comfortable, breakfast was good (not too fancy, but I never left hungry!)

decor is a bit outdated with old carpets and old curtains that hold dust.

A little over priced, should only be around £60. Last time I was a guest, I was given a double bed, this time only a single.

Simple room, bed was just ok.

Poor breakfast, if you are coming to Milan for two or three days to visit the center so it is not the good choice for you specially in summer. Also as i was having a luggage i paid 60 euro for Uber to drop me to Lin airport.

Got some bruising but amazing value for money

Nice and helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast with barista coffee. The hotel have pretty much 24/7 open desk, which was super convenient for us who had to leave in the middle of the night. The bed was hard but in a good way, the first time in Italy my body didn't leave an imprint and a slope in the mattress. You could hear your neighbours very good so if that's something you're into then this is the best place for listening in. It was close to nice restaurants and convenient busses and trains to get into Milano. It gave value for your money and was really nice to be in if you're on a budget.

There were some spots in the ceilings of the bathroom, cracks in the walls, a loose panel in the doorway and a weird kind of stale smell (which went away with some fresh air). It could do with some fixing up but it was very nice nonetheless.
