Für 1 Nacht noch akzeptabel

Nähe zur Autobahn ist optimal. Fussläufig kann man viel erreichen

Sauberkeit dürfte besser sein. Es finden sich Flecken auf dem Fußboden, Tisch im Atrium war dreckig als wir uns dahin setzten um auf Freunde zu warten. Putzfrau hat uns gesagt wir sollten vielleicht lieber woanders sitzen und erst Lampen und Fenster geputzt Frühstücksraum hat Null Ambiente

Zur Durchreise ok

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption war sehr lange personell besetzt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr alt, die Heizkörper sind voller Luft und heizen nicht mehr auf. Das Bett war sauber aber leider war es kein Doppelbett entgegen der Buchung. Die Teppiche in dem Gängen sind sehr schmutzig und abgenutzt. Es sind kaum Steckdosen im Zimmer.

Für den Preis akzeptabel, wenn man was zum schlafen braucht.

Es liegt für uns Verkehrsgünstig am Stadtrand von Köln. In 20Min. Ist man mit der Tram am Heumarkt. Für den Preis ist es für eine oder zwei Nächte noch akzeptabel.

Beim Frühstücken mussten wir am Sa. 10Min. warten bis wir einen Platz bekamen. Das Frühstück ist eher spartanisch gehalten und nicht das, was ich heutzutage erwarte in einem Hotel. Das Personal ist eher mundfaul und wenig freundlich. Als Gast kommt man sich eher als Störenfried vor, der Arbeit verursacht🤷🏻‍♂️ In Bad ist eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Die Duschwand war wo es auf dem Badewannenrand stand, sehr bräunlich und sah sehr unschön aus.

Superb

The surroundings are very quiet, close to a huge forest where you can go walking for hours or just relax. Koeln center is a 15 minutes ride by tram n.1 and to reach the Bruck-Mausfeld tram stop is just another easy 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was good with a big choice of food. Room was quite big (I had a single bed room) and clean. Receptionist and other employees were efficient and kind. Price/quality: excellent. Bravo!

Rooms forniture is dated but anyway the bed was very confortable. Bathroom might need some updating, but anyway it was spotless clean. Probably in the past it was a four star hotel… now I wouldn t give it more than 3 stars.

Rooms very spacious and clean. The hotel has a big parking space for your car. Nice breakfast

The location is a little far from Koln city center, you must drive or take a metro train from there which station is about 10/15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Lovely place, very nice breakfast and close to the train station. Ladies at the reception were very helpful and kind.

Little lake outside of the hotel needs a bit of cleaning. Invest in better pillows as they were way too soft.

Very good offer for the price.

I was about to cancel the reservation after I have read the comments here. I am happy I didn't do it! Probably people who rate bad this hotel they really didn't travel much in their lives. Now about the hotel: Indeed the furniture and doors are not new, but you can live without that or please choose another hotel. The rooms and bathroom were CLEAN. Old but clean. The sheets and towels were clean as well. No dust in the room. Someone in a review said they saw a bug in the bathroom. I have seen a small silverfish and nothing else, so probably that was about. The heating was working. The bed was really comfortable! Nobody entered in our room in all 3 days because we always left the do not disturb note outside on the door knob. Nobody was asking or pushing us to go out at an earlier time and we left at 12:00. There is a kettle, tea, instant coffee in the room. I was afraid for the noise but actually there was none, it was really silent (I was worried about noise as I have issues with my sleep). The Wifi was functional all the 3 days (we had the room at 1st floor)! The breakfast has everything you need and the food is fresh. There are boiled eggs, cheese and sliced meats, vegetables, cereals, yogurts, fruits, fresh buns. Coffee, tea, etc. When you don't find parking, no problem, all the small streets around have enough space and it's free. The distance to the city center is 19km and you are there in 15-20 min by car.

All the towels in the room were for face/hands (same dimension all of them).

Not saticfying in total as a 4 star hotel!

There was a cockroach in the bathroom, the safe box was out of order, the breakfast was very low qualified. The housekeepung didn't change the towels owlr bed sheets during 4 nights of my stay.

Surprisingly good for a budget hotel

No real problems, bed comfortable, Wi-Fi very good, heating working as it should, the room and the bathroom clean and spacious enough, breakfast simple but nutritious, good location, in short, everything as advertised and highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful stuff, room nicely prepared and equipped, beds comfortable, breakfast nice.

The hotel was clean, tided up, nicely decorated. The elevator worked. The breakfast was really good, nicely put and the staff was really friendly and patient. Always ready to help you! Our room was clean, comfortable, cosy. There was a coffe machine, sugar, coffee and tea. It was easy to go to the city center by transport.

We wanted to change the towels, the cups and the glasses, but they did it a bit late. It wasn't always easy to stop the water from falling off the bath when showering. We had to wash ourselves with the water facing the wall to avoid small floods. If we wanted to drink coffee, we had to boil water with an open cap to avoid having coffee getting out of the machine alone.

It was a pleasant stay, breakfast was enough. The hotel is close enough to public transportation.

The location was good for our purposes. It was quiet, but close to publice transportation. We were in the city within 30 to 40 Minutes depending on when one was able to catch the tram. The personell was great, very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was very clean.

The room we stayed in was a little old, but it was adequate for the price we paid.

The staff were friendly and helpful in finding food late at night when we arrived. The place was clean and there was lots of options available for breakfast. It's just a short walk from public transport and parking is available at the hotel for cheap.

The bed creaked a lot.
