Good family time.

Missing shower curtain but replaced next day. Phone didn't work. Maintenance tried to fix phone but not successful.

Everything was there pool, restaurant, bar and walking distance to other places. Staff at the Beach Bucket was fantastic great service and extremely friendly 😁

Good location, price, easy parking, good kitchens, easy access to the beach, walking distance to restaurants

No blanket in room, only sheets. Staff member asked me if I was staying alone and for how long. Men asking women this is creepy. Staff member did leave me alone after getting blanket and bed pad. I asked for a quiet room away from the ground floor in my request. They said they could accommodate but my room was right over the restaurant on the second floor.

Our stay at Ocean East Resort was amazing except the air did not work- it’s the end of July!

The location and amenities were amazing. The room was on the second floor so our ocean view was good. We had a two bedroom with kitchenette that came in handy. We also loved how the shower, a sink, and toilet were separate from an additional sink with large mirror and counter.

The air conditioner stopped working 12 hours after checking in. Maintenance came to fix it said it was on its last leg that an AC company would be out. Not to use the oven or stove and keep doors shut. This cycle continued our entire stay. At least on the 4th day they brought us a portable ac unit, which the exhaust portion went out our sliding glass door and balcony. Which we couldn’t open the door, watch the ocean or pool.

Won’t be back

Girl. That checked us in was very unprofessional speaking and was ungroomed NOT a good representation of your facility. Had her daughter behind the counter. She didn’t seem to care that we were paying guests! She would not represent my facilities!

Room was perfect for family of 6. We were right by pool which was easy access to beach and pool area

Location was good for us. That was our priority.

There was no breakfast. The beachfront location was great. The facility was clean. We were near my family.

The place was older. There were signs everywhere stating that people can't "reserve" tables and chairs by the pool but it wasn't enforced. There were days when we were not able to be by the pool because people had their stuff covering and taking up all the tables and chairs.

We were not expecting a Small uncomfortable hide away bed. This was never mentioned when we booked it. It was the main reason for a mediocre rating. Could use some more lounge chairs by pool.

Ok for the price

Ocean front Very complete kitchen

They promote the room as 2 double beds its actually a murphy bed and sofa bed. We paid extra for an oceanview and what we got was a room with no balcony, overseeing the restaurant where everyone could see you from the tables, we had to change to street view. When we complained they looked at us like the complaint wasnt valid and they had no other ocean views. Our group did have another ocean view with balcony that was very nice and the same price.

-no balcony -tv was not with the bed/a mirror could have been put opposite the TV for us to at least see the reflection to watch from the bed/Murphy bed -sofa hard- I laid out 3 pillows to lay on to watch TV -air conditioning loud/learned how to adjust the direction of vent to keep from right on the bed so cold - bathroom small -couldn’t have snacks/drink at the pool -cleaning vs patrolling who was drinking/eating could have been a solution - fact that couldn’t add a single night somewhere else in the resort(when there was availability) without adding 2 more since our unit was not available an additional night

We would stay again.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great food at restaurant within walking distance. The facilities were kept very clean, staff frequently wiping down items, even when not used. Perfect view of the ocean.

Murphy bed was great for space saving but less comfortable than regular bed.
