De ligging zo dichtbij Playa Kalki. Paar stappen lopen en je zit op een heel mooi strand, met mooie rotsen rondom.

There is an outdoor area with a small table and chairs. There’s also a drying rack which is very handy for beach stuff and snorkeling gears.
The room/studio is very dated every single item is worn out or damaged (pieces of furniture, kitchen utensils). The room/studio is no more than 8sqm, we could barely open our backpack in there and we had to jump over them to make our way to the bathroom. It was also pretty dirty with hair and trimmed nails from previous guests. No basic toiletries or coffee powder is provided, considering that the next market is 15min drive it’s pretty inconvenient. The staff is nice but if you need to be patient as it’ll take hours for them to support. Price point is good but you get even less than what you pay.

Wij waren met een gezin en zaten in 3 appartementen. Twee appartementen waren aan de kleine kant maar voor 2 nachten was dit prima. Airco werkte goed. Douche en WC prima.
Eén appartement viel tegen. Stroom deed het eerste avond niet. Werd wel geprobeerd om dit te fixen maar lukte niet om alles weer werkend te krijgen. Hierdoor werkte de airco niet goed, waardoor onze kinderen door de warmte in dat appartement slecht geslapen hebben. Dag erna spoelde de WC niet door. Vanuit de eigenaar werd wel moeite gedaan om alles op te lossen, maar we verbleven daar maar 2 dagen en dan wil je gewoon dat het goed is.

The place was located just in front of Playa Kalki entrance. It was very quiet. The staff was amazing. It’s better to get there by your own car but if you have patience you can also go by bus (the bus stop is at a walking distance). There are a few places to eat nearby but they are amazing. We would choose it again without a doubt (but this time by car, not by public bus).
The mattress was very soft, but nothing serious.

Der Schnorchelspot war unglaublich.
Die Ausstattung des Appartements war auch gut, wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben & es war sauber. Wir haben uns dort in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Team hat uns bei Fragen geholfen.
Das Bett war zwar groß, allerdings war es nicht sehr bequem, man hat die Federn stark gespürt.

The air conditioning worked awesome. The room was clean. The location is great if you want a secluded area.
The room was unusually small. There were no proper places to put clothes. The shower leaked a lot. The room is starting to show signs of aging. The bed mattress should be replaced. All this would be acceptable if the price was lower but at this price point I expect something bigger and in much better repair.

Located right outside the Kalki beach, with a dive shop (Alice in wonderland reef is right there and it’s awesome!)
We had an upstairs apartment with a terrace overlooking the water - it was fantastic!
plenty of parking behind the gates, air conditioning in both rooms( tho we didn’t need to use it).
it’s a basic apartment, but you have everything you need in the kitchen (bring groceries as there are no stores in the area and all restaurants close at 7 30 pm after sunset)
it was as pictures show, great property.
just remember that it’s remote so very quiet after sunset

Excellent location, across from beautiful Playa Kalki. We stayed at second floor apartment with ocean view. Nothing can beat morning coffee with beautiful ocean view and birds flying around.

The noise from the swimmingpool, all night and all day long. The tap in the kitchen was leaking and made a terrible noise. I mentioned it and the said they would fix it but the didn't. The unsociable lights hurt ones eyes.

Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and had a full kitchen and a nice patio. It's right across the street from a beach with decent snorkeling and swimming, plus umbrellas, other shade, and a bar. That was unexpected. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and friendly. Our neighbors were staying for 49 days. I could see doing that! Wonderful hosts.
There aren't many restaurants nearby but those that are, are good. Kind of goes with the quiet atmosphere, I guess.

The only negative comment. .Not sure why it is like that but the smell of moth ball in the kitchen cabinet is really not nice. Everything else was perfect.

For us it was a perfect location far away from tourist hotspots, very close to Kalki beach . Certain sea view from the balcony, spacious rooms. The host was friendly and gave good advices for the area
You need to bring anti mosquitos device to sleep at night and also spray yourself when seating on the balcony in the evening, which seems though to be common for the entire island .

It was easy to check in, great value and comfortable stay. Room was spacious, really liked our outdoor patio with the hammock. Very relaxed atmosphere away from the city.
Jose met us for check in, provided information about the area, and went out of his way to help us out with anything.
The kitchen is stocked sufficiently (2 pans, 2 pots, bowls, plates, glasses, utensils, toaster, electric kettle, corkscrew, etc), small stove, regular sized fridge. The "hot" water for shower is more like warm water, but in the climate wasn't an issue.
Kalki beach/Go West Diving is literally just across the street.
Overall great value for the price. Would just like to note that it would be a difficult place to stay if you were not renting a car. There is no grocery store or restaurants within walking distance. Restaurant 5 minute drive away, grocery store 30 minutes drive away.

Perfect base to explore the northern part of the island and so close to beaches in Westpunt (walking distance). The accommodation was basic, but had everything I needed. Tariq and Jose were extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

The apartment is rather basic, but for us this was OK.
There was no coffee maker.
Also, the Booking.com description did not match the apartment. There was no TV (not too much of a problem for us, but not according to description), and only one A/C was available (the one in the bedroom) whereas the other one was off. When we asked about it, it was said that it could be switched on for a higher price.

The entrance to one of the best snorkling beaches is right in front of the property.
The rental car could safely be parked within the compound.

Great location right across from nice beach and boat dive operator. Unit H has a really nice ocean view with patio. Good air conditioning. Very spacious.
The kitchen needs some additional items such as coffee maker or French press, a larger fry pan and provide a lighter or matches for stove. The cutting knives need to be replaced. very dull.

The property is a 2-minute walk away from Kalki beach and the apartment that we were in had a big terrace with a sea view. There are mosquito nets on all the windows (the only one that was missing was the bathroom one).
The bathroom needs better light (there are 2 but both are not suited for the bathroom) and some shelves to put toiletries on.
