- Breakfast option was excellent, as my flight arrived very early, the team even said I could have a tea or coffee.
- Close to ATM, like 100m
- Close to bus stop
- Very accommodating for early checkout since allot of the flights depart very early, as I had a shuttle pickup at 3AM, they offer you tea/coffee and a croissant or if you want to pay then there is the full breakfast offer.
- Curtains in room a bit too short, at least for my specific room
- While the hotel was a little bit out of town, it was still within walking distance if you really want to walk, took me around 40 minutes, bus is about 20 minutes

Breakfast included. Cleanliness of rooms and hotel. Staff was very helpful
Price was a little high

The Hotel was clean and breakfast was very delicious. The staff was very welcoming. Liked the stay very much.
After the shower a part of the bathroom floor was wet.
4.3
Good wi-fi. Comfortable beds. Good and spacious parking.
Far enough from the city center. Room on the second floor, very small for 3 persons. It was uncomfortable when windows are at the level of the terrace. Skinny breakfast.
4.3
The reception staff were wonderful, very helpful, knowledgeable...particularly Marta and Oriana...brilliant! The bathrooms are big enough, the rooms are pristine.
No kleenex in the rooms.

There was a major error during booking. I was scheduled to check in at 3 AM and so the booking system canceled my first night's stay. However, the staff was welcoming enough to allow me to experience Icelandic homelessness in the lobby. They were able to get me checked into a room as soon as one was available.

Great to have free parking, staff was nice, easy to get to the downtown area and also the highway to go out of town. Breakfast had good choices. Comfortable bed.
Small room with not much space to move around. As was the same in most places we stayed, the shower flooded the entire bathroom because there is no door.

warm welcome from staff, lovely clean and warm room.
easy drive from the city centre plenty of parking when we visited in April.

The room is clean and the staff are nice and helpful.
It would be better if there are some hooks in the toilet for hanging the cloth or small face towel.
4.3
The room was clean and the location was excellent. Very quiet considering it was close into town.
4.3
The breakfast was very good choice & quality, we enjoyed our breakfast every morning before we set off to explore Iceland. A good sized triple room, requested all the bed to be separated and they were done so, the beds were positioned were we all happy. The room was very clean and catered to daily! The staff were excellent very approachable credit to you all, they were very helpful especially one young lady who helped us organise our day with recommendations and transfers, we have a lot of good memories and enjoyed every bit of the day!
Nothing to dislike!
4.3
Lovely cosy hotel with a warm friendly feel, good breakfast and nice quiet rooms. 10/10
Nothing really, location was ok but a 20 minute walk into downtown which did get alittle tiring.
4.3
Bright and airy room. Breakfast was very good and it was clean and mostly quiet. Games and books available in the lobby.
They didn't provide us with a prebooked baby bed and made it sound like it was the most difficult task to get one out of storage. We didn't feel appreciated as guests. The location isn't great regarding easy access to a variety of restaurants.
4.3
Good breakfast, with rooms at a relatively good price.
4.3
location was good and the breakfast was great
the room was not 100% clean

The receptionist went over and above to assist us with any queries or requests - All the staff were super friendly and all very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to friends and family!
Happy hour prices not too beneficial
4.3
Really clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. Relatively quiet location.
Nice breakfast selection.
Room felt a little small, but as I was out touring most of the day, it was not a problem. I thought it was a little expensive, but perhaps in view of the relative expensive nature of Iceland it would be in line.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing, very fresh and always topped up. Lots of choice. One gripe however is that they advertise a ‘breakfast box’ for early departures for flights / trips etc, but then try to charge over 2000 krona for it 🤣 Shame because there are times you will miss the breakfast because of this. They do put some plain croissants out with coffee but they’re a bit dry, no butter / jam etc. Location was good enough, 10-15 mins walk into town then once you’re there Reykjavik is very small / walkable. Plus there are restaurants nearby, the pizza place next door is good.

Size was great and bed was comfortable! The shower room was well kept.
There weren’t any toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc) in the room.
4.3
The room was an okay size and equipped with all the normal things and had a nice view, it was also quite clean. Staff was friendly.
This hotel is really quite far outside of the city center and requires either a 25 min walk or bus ride to get to the city center. Its a pretty standard nice-ish hotel, but nothing particularly special. Between the location and the very standard facilities, given the very high price, it didn't really feel like a good match. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The surrounding is a strip mall and highway, so not particularly attractive.
4.3
A very cozy room, and very clean and nice with a lovely view
Can't think of anything

Very clean property with good location. The staff especially the kitchen ones were super nice.
