We loved our stay! The staff are so friendly and nice! Our master suit was very comfortable and welcoming. Our girls loved the hot tub and outdoor space. Breakfast was exceptional!! Can't wait to return.

The service was impeccable! The beds were also very comfortable and clean.

At first, we didn’t know the door was the entrance to the hotel and had to ask a neighbor if the door was for the hotel.

This property was in a great location between the city center and the town beach so it was easy to explore both! The staff was really helpful and even helped us store our luggage and get in a shower after checking out.

Great stay, very friendly and nice staff, good location

Small hotel with modern rooms, approximately 10 min walking from the city center. We booked the special room offer and were upgraded in our last night to the suite with the whirlpool. After noticing us about the upgrade, the staff even offered to pack and move our stuff since we were not in the town during the day. The whirlpool is on the terrace on the roof and you have a good view of the ocean and mountains!

amazing location. friendly staff. jacuzzi was easy to use. very spacious room.

Naxian Dream!

This was our groups first time to Naxos, from start to finish the Polis Team made our visit so enjoyable! The moment we checked in, they helped us with navigating the island, where to eat and go to the beach. The breakfast every morning was truly spectacular, couldn’t have asked for anything else. The rooms themselves were spotless and the perfect accommodation for our group. We can’t wait to come back to Naxos!

Perfect stay in Chora of Naxos

Excellent room, very clean and spacious. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Daily change of towels. Excellent location in Chora of Naxos. Public parking space just across the road.

A wall hanger for jackets etc., somewhere in the room, would be appreciated. Also, there is a need for a rack (for shampoo, shower gel etc.) in the shower cabin.

Great location with even better service. Also homemade breakfast.

The staff was SO helpful and kind. With restaurant recommendations, island overview, laundry service, delicious homemade food and immediate response time - we could not be happier. Also it’s a little bit outside of the busy town - an easy and safe walk. We had a room for 4 and there was plenty of space and beds for all!

Best host ever

Me & my boyfriend stayed at Polis for 6 nights. The location of the hotel is just PERFECT, close to the center but not in the middle of the chaos. In 10 minutes walking you get to the port and in 5 you are at the beautiful beach of agios georgios. The room was nice, a little small but very clean and modern, furnished with attention in every detail. The breakfast is good, a good mix of Greek tradition and continental way. The host Yannis was simply the best, super kind and very helpful for everything we needed. He also offered us two glasses of wine when he saw us in the same restaurant he was dining and instead of calling us a taxi on our departure, he took us personally. We surely would come back!

- Very nice and clean room - spacious bath and room (got a free upgrade) - very helpful and friendly staff - easy communication with the manager by WhatsApp even when he wasn’t around - free transport to the port (see below) - free parking lot 30m down the street

- no transport from port to hotel (due to COVID regulations?) - Limited variety for the breakfast buffet (also due to COVID issues and few guests) - coffee for breakfast wasn’t good

Hotel is in a walking distance from the port (15Min.) It is clean and the stuff was helpful. Breakfast was all right.

I would have liked a little bit more options for breakfast.
