La struttura è risultata molto accogliente

La struttura risultava inefficiente per la permanenza di 4 notti e 5 giorni! Abbiamo avuto solo un set di asciugamani (un po’ poco dati i giorni trascorsi) all’interno della struttura non c’era acqua, dopo un viaggio di 14 ore, dopo aver trascorso nottata e giorni in bus siamo arrivare e non abbiamo trovato neanche una bottiglia di acqua abbiamo lasciato tutto cosi per andare a fare la spesa non è molto educato!. Non c’erano condimenti neanche per mangiare un insalata, lo zucchero per il caffè. La struttura non ha presentato il necessario per la pulizia della cucina, per il bagno e per il resto della casa. Per quello che ci è costato ci aspettavamo di aver più di qualche coccola (cose basilari come zucchero, olio, sale, aceto) I piatti erano sporchi ancora di sugo! (Almeno non mancava la carta igienica e ne abbiamo lasciati anche altre due rotoli comperata da noi ). Non abbiamo ben capito chi ci ha fatto entrare in stanza, non si sono presentati e continuavano a parlare una lingua straniera sbuffando fra di loro e non facendo capire a noi cosa stessero dicendo. Infine il loro check-out era alle 11 del mattino, abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile rimanere qualche ora di più dato che il nostro ritorno a casa era alle 00:27 della domenica ma non è stato possibile, scusandosi per il disagio e dicendoci che avevano da fare le pulizie per i clienti successivi! Siamo uscite dalla stanza e non c’era nessun addetto alle pulizie e per di più abbiamo sostato davanti la struttura per un paio d’ore continuando a non veder nessuno per le pulizie! (Erano le 13:30)

could be cleaner. we also faced a technical issue with the cold water (only extremely hot water) and it took 3 days to be resolved. shower could not be used. were informed that it was a building’s issue but no alternative solution was proposed.

It is clean loft in the city center

The flat is very comfortable and it is in the center.

Very good

The location is wonderful and so were property managers. The space itself is great. The most important thing is that the location is great and the property managers are very attentive.

Basic necessities were not provided. Kitchen towels, paper towels, extra toilet paper and you can’t use the tea kettle (even with A/C off) because the power goes out. (They sent someone right away to fix it. ) The only thing that is a real problem is the shower, the water is way too much for the space. You can barely open your eyes with the water on. There is a lot of lime build up on the shower head so maybe that’s the problem. I should have asked them about it but kept forgetting until it was time for a shower. I am sure they would have addressed and any of the concerns I mentioned if I’d have asked them so just ask in advance. They are very attentive and kind.
