Los jardines
Las habitaciones olían demasiado a humo y el desayuno muy básico

Nice location, away from the city caos. Decent food. Beautiful gardens
Infrastructure is not well maintained. WiFi is the worst whatsoever. Mattress and pillows uncomfortable. Used to be a nice hotel, but it has lowered its quality over the years.

The rooms were spacious and had a fireplace and a bath! The bed was comfortable. The surrounding gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was included in the already great price!
You can hear the noise from the very busy road nearby, with many trucks engine breaking throughout the night.

The spacious resort-like gardens made our stay very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was well prepared and tasted great.
The high speed Wi-Fi was a little spotty in some locations for my older phone, but no problem for my computer.

A place with a beautiful view surrounded by trees and nature, the sounds of the variety of birds makes your stay very pleasant. The room is spacious and very Cozy, The staff is very friendly and helpful, It is also an excellent option to rest before traveling to the Caribbean in Costa Rica or when you return. I had a great time and would gladly stay again.

The location, gardens and breakfast are really nice!
We were happy to know that a security guard would have the keys for our late arrival, however when we got there no one was to be found and we had to search around for nearly 15 mins...
The room was supposed to have a bathtub, but only had a sliding door shower.
The (very old) TV didn't work.
The pillows were so uncomfortable I woke up with a headache
The barking dogs outside keep us up for a long time...

Lovely landscaping, beautiful views

I like the place
I don't like the poor lighting of the paths and very little security with only one guard there should be at least one more at the entrance to the hotel.

- humid environment, but that's not the hotels fault

The grounds were beautiful at this hotel and the restaurant was great! The kids loved walking the gardens. It was a great stopping point after landing and heading out to Tortuguero.
The rooms needs to be redone. There was mold everywhere in the room. Most of the towels were stained and were clearly folded while wet so they also had mold. There were holes in the shower and some windows didn't shut.

The location and property was nice. Beautiful landscape.
Room 905. The bed was terrible. We both ended up with back pain. The room had a strong smoke smell that got into everything we brought. The door to the balcony was almost impossible to open. The overall infrastructure was a bit deteriorated. The staff had no idea that I booked via Booking because they had an arcaic piece of paper on the desk. And they didn’t give us any information about anything other than our room was room 905.
