A golfer’s paradise located next to Seascape golf course & country club. P#221382. Walking distance to Sea Cliff and Rio Del Mar Beach. This charming property is ideal for entertaining with a gourmet kitchen, beautiful, spacious indoor & outdoor dining areas. Offering a custom primary bed and bath plus 3 additional large bedrooms. Gather around 2 indoor fireplaces or the custom-built outdoor fireplace/grill/pizza oven on the outdoor flagstone patio.
The Space:
This property features a propane grill that comes with propane for guests to use. We also have a wood-burning fire pit and a pizza oven in the backyard area that guests are allowed to use. Spatula for pizza oven can be found in kitchen cabinet drawer to the very bottom left (when standing at the sink). Streaming services are available.
NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
Guest Access:
We will provide you with check in instructions the evening before arrival. The property is on a lockbox and can be entered at any time after 3pm the day of arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Rio Del Mar Beach is approximately a 5 minute drive or 12 minute walk from the house.
Seascape Resort is approximately a 6 minute drive from the house.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is professionally cleaned after each departure and inspected before arrival. We provide bathroom hand soap, 3-in-1 body/hair wash, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper and toilet paper. The kitchen is stocked with basic needs such as salt & pepper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, kitchen towels & complimentary drip coffee bar to get you started off right. Beach towels are provided. Baby items to include a high chair and pack-n play are provided. Wifi access instructions are included in your check-in instructions.
NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
If removed, please store all patio furniture covers in the box provided that is clearly marked. The elements near the beach are not always kind to things kept outdoors. This effort enables us to preserve a comfortable place for you to enjoy while visiting. You do not need to replace them as the items will be professionally cleaned before being covered for our next guests.
For pizza oven: Pizza oven spatula can be found in the kitchen cabinet drawer to the very bottom left (when standing at the sink)
