Our stay was terrific. The home was spotless and very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. From kitchenware and appliances to sundries, this was truly a well-established rental. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and felt very safe. There were an abundance of activities like pool, ping pong and let’s not forget swimming. The pool and surrounds were clean and well maintained. Pool heat was a welcome amenity- we swam every day.We will rent here again as we have family in the area. Kudos to the owners for paying such fine attention to detail!! This home is on our list of best rentals!! Remember folks if you rent it, leave it better than you found it!! It helps our owners make a better experience the next time around!!

Beautiful property and house. Kitchen, house and pool were very clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. Quick response from property owner. Close to coffee, restaurants and grocery stores. It was a perfect spot for our family gathering.

I can’t say enough about this property. We had a relaxing stay in a clean property where the owners went the extra mile to make our stay fantastic. The pool is fabulous and the neighborhood is great for walking and biking. Both golf and tennis are nearby.

This was one of our favorite VRBO stays to date. Very peaceful town, neighborhood, and home. The pool area was heaven. Very well planned house for vacationing for several people or just a couple. Very easy to communicate with contact, Highly recommend.

We absolutely fell in love with the trees and landscaping on the property as well as neighboring houses. The furniture & beds were very comfortable and the house was very well maintained. The owner kept in constant contact with us to ensure a 5 star experience. We were sad to leave after our week long stay. Don’t hesitate to book this house. You will not be disappointed.

The owners cut no corners when it comes to equipping the home with items throughout the home, including the kitchen and bathrooms. This is like staying in your own home. Most rentals cut corners on amenities inside the home. These owners have equipped this home as if it’s their own. Beautiful neighborhood, very clean, this was an outstanding rental. Will absolutely stay again.

If your vacation destination is within the vicinity of this home, don’t think, just book. This home is amazing. The neighborhood is by far the nicest neighborhood we have ever stayed it. It’s quiet and very well maintained, with large yards and Spanish moss as far as the eye can see. The interior boasts modern appliances and amenities, and is immaculately clean. The rooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated. There are many little extras that we appreciated such as coffee, creamers, and extra toiletries. The pool and bonus room were a big hit with my family, and provided hours of fun.

No complaints about this property or the stay. Great location really traveler friendly home. Everything was perfect, Everything was labeled in the home so no wasting time trying to figure out switches, buttons, remotes etc. Plenty of kid friendly options for activities and kid friendly dishes. All directions for the residents were provided and there was a custom binder of the area, history and other things. Really nothing negative to say about this trip.

Neighborhood was great, the open floor plan on the house worked out perfectly for keeping an eye on the little ones, and the kitchen was spacious and spectacular!

We had such an amazing experience staying at this property. The check in process was very easy! The owner reached out before, during, and after our stay. The home itself was immaculate! Spotless!! They provided coffee and all the fixings. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Mother’s Day Weekend!
The home Exceeded our expectations & we had high expectations. It was so comfortable just being there, the openness of the rooms, larger than pictures show, everywhere you sat was Comfortable. The home was well stocked, the kitchen was Wonderful to cook in, space & everything we needed.
Pool Area was Perfect- it was heated as we requested.
Very comfortable seating out there.
The Yard was Beautiful even have seats through to sit enjoy our surroundings.
We bring a lot stuff - 2 totes of games ( didn’t need as they had plenty, water I bring my own water from home everywhere I go - had to tote back as the water was so good.
(good water is “my thing” )
My Favorite was the desk area in corner, could watch tv be close to family.. I have a rolling cart of Sharpies.. I Love to sit and color & draw! Didn’t have to clear area to eat or play cards games! It was Perfect!

Beautiful House, Great Location, Dog Friendly, Heated Pool
The House was beautiful. The House is in a great neighborhood, close to golf courses, the pool is heated, and it is dog friendly. Thelma was so kind to work with and even sent us a gift on our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We will definitely rent this house again when we return back to Citrus Hills.

Perfect Host, Perfect Home
This beautiful home is perfectly angled on a huge lot covered with old Live Oak trees, Spanish moss, palms and blooming bushes!
It is set in a quiet, mostly older neighborhood of lovely homes.
The interior of the home has a gorgeous, large, open foyer, living room, kitchen and dining room; the furniture and wall decor are stunning! Everything you need for meal preparation is available. It has three nice sized bedrooms and two beautifully tiled full bathrooms. The beds are so comfortable.
Just off the main room is a big screen enclosed pool area; it has a covered eating and relaxing portion. The pool is large and we arranged to have it heated which made it very appealing in mid March.
There is also a game room in the garage with a ping-pong table and multiple board games. Available is a brand new washer/dryer set.
The owner of the home is a communicative, kind and thoughtful woman; we thank you for sharing your perfect home with us!

Very nice home
To start off with the communication it was Excellent, the home was very cozy and clean, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The master bedroom was separated from the other rooms. The privacy from the other neighbors was great the community is very quite and friendly. The house was decorated. The pool was big and deep I wished it was a little warmer. They have a grill we didn't get to use but it was clean. The beds were comfortable and there was alot of complimentary coffee and Creamer which was a bonus. I definitely recommend this house we didn't want to leave we ended up booking an extra week. The owner was soo attentive and sent us a gift which I thought was so thoughtful. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home.
This is a beautiful and comfortable home. The pool area is fantastic. So glad we heated the pool, it was so nice for evening swims. The bathrooms were newly renovated and are gorgeous. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. Home is well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need.

A beautiful and clean home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The pool was heated and protected by screened in porch area. A well stocked kitchen and home with an open floor plan, TVs in all rooms. We had a wonderful stay and the check in process was very easy.

So Many Ways to Play and Relax
We had a lovely week at the house with so many activities nearby - kayaking, biking, exploring, eating, visiting extended family, and even a little hiking. We also enjoyed the pool daily. Perfect house layout for our family and great communication with the property owner.

My family had a great time! Great set up for having friends over for dinner that live in the area. Heated pool, ping pong table, were primary attractions for our kids, and there is a grill (though we did not use it). Owner was very responsive, and pleasant!

Beautiful pool, nice walking neighborhood, comfortable clean relaxing stay
My wife, disabled son, daughter and friends had a wonderful relaxing stay. The pool was warm and refreshing, the home was clean, the neighborhood was very quiet and perfect for 2 and 3 mile walks (more if wanted). We enjoyed a very nice local restaurant (Katch 22) and also grilled several nights on the new charcoal grill. The area has a grocery and liquor store nearby and even a WalMart if needed.

Perfect Home Base
This is such an amazing area with so much to explore. The house was the perfect home base to return to each evening after a day of adventure. We enjoyed horseback riding, kayaking and swam with manatee. Each night we returned to the inviting heated pool and cozy home to rest up for the next day. The owners were amazing to work with and checked in on us a few times to make sure we were comfortable in our accommodations. I would highly recommend.

First time visitor, but will likely be returning.
A few notes:
+ the open concept living/dining/kitchen was incredible!
+ the back patio area was great and the ceiling fan kept things from being too hot
+ the air hockey table was a perfect distraction when rain drove us out of the pool
+ Thelma, my guest contact, was fantastic. She patiently answered questions, even when they had already been answered in emailed or printed communication that I had overlooked (and never once said "read the manual!")
- for visitors with bad knees, some of the couches and one of the toilets are a bit low
- I really wished there had been a grill on the property

Great house and value
We stayed here for scalloping. 2 adults, 4 kids and a dog. Great property with tons of space and fully loaded with everything a family needs. Excellent management team that was responsive and communicative from reservation till the end. We will rent again next year.
