Muito bom

Qualidade do buffet, pequeno almoço e jantar com muita escolha. Quartos grandes.

O que menos gostei foi da praga de mosquitos que há na zona. Acho que não tem a ver com o hotel, mas não ajuda estar sentado na esplanada e ser picado todos os dias por mosquitos.

Die Betten sind sehr hart und die Klappcouch ist eine Katastrophe. Die Couch muss dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Old hotel. Stinky neighborhood.

Location, staff, and kids animators.

Squeaky sofa (the bed though is fine, but sofa is a nightmare), leaking shower pan (had to mop floor each time after taking the shower), leaking sink on kitchen (water drops over the bin under the sink), ants in every room (not too many but truly everywhere), sewage smell every night (a disgusting sulphuric-like smell, staff told that it's from canal system from the swamp meaning that it's natural, but I haven't feel any of that while walking around that swamp and it appears weird that the smell comes only at midnight and non of it during the day) not deligent cleaning (they do clean every day which is great, but never touched corners that were filled with dust and sand, tips didn't help) old doors (bedroom door didn't close because it was swollen, bathroom sliding door was too hard to close for a kid because its track was rusted).

Extrêmement bruyant le soir Impossible de se reposer avant minuit ! Musique a fond , DJ , foot , sous ma fenêtre , très désagréable Et les femmes de ménage qui sonnent à 9h ... Éviter le bâtiment 2 qui donne sur la piscine avec bar si vous souhaitez vous reposer

That can I say

For the sleep, it is alright(even if the beds weren't comfortable)we didn't stay in a room all day. The plus for this hotel is that the sea is within 5 min walk, lots of shops and amazing restaurants, also if you walk like for 10min you can find supermarket where you can buy local food. The hotel itself was clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful.

The location is next to the main road, busy and noisy road. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows are not comfortable. Corridors are very noise. You can hear everything that is going on out of your room ( isolation is very bad). In the bathroom every single day, we could hear a water dropping from the upstairs room. Also, we had ants(not lots). We expected playground for the kids, but it's small, and the swings only for kids who know how to swing, so for the little ones it's no good. There is nothing like on the pictures which we saw when we booked a hotel. But for this price, can you expect more?

Séjour exceptionnel au Lago Park : emplacement parfait, personnel sympathique, appartement impeccable et bien équipé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Lago Park ! L'emplacement était idéal, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage, avec de nombreux commerces à proximité. De plus, nous avons trouvé facilement des places pour nous garer dans les rues avoisinantes (hors saison). Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et accueillant, et l'appartement était d'une propreté impeccable. De plus, nous avons été ravis de trouver tout l'équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner, ce qui a ajouté à notre confort. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour de qualité à Alcudia.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a close proximity to the beach

The friendliest staff that I have ever met. Comfortable apartment with small kitchen. The beds were very comfortable I had the best night sleep. Animations were very interesting and you could choose what to do from the offer. It is located very closely to the beach only 2 minutes walk. Best stay, thank you so much!

Staff was awesome, absolutely friendly and helpful.

It was near where I needed to be at all times so was very convenient.

The room was not really cleaned everyday they only came and did the bed and that was it.

Good value for money, nice beach nearby

Location was great, everything you need is nearby. Close to good restaurants. The personal is friendly and always smiling. Beds are comfortable. Food has enough choices and we liked it. Animation has something for everyone, children's disco is a plus. Good value for money.

They should turn off the air conditioning in the hotel restaurant, it was too cold for the last 3 days of our stay. In the children's playroom also, I had to dress children in long sleeves. The room should be cleaned in the morning when we are at the beach and when the note is left on the door. Especially not when we are in the rooms having lunch and when the children are sleeping, and also not when ‘do not disturb' note has been left on the door. Pool is small and doesn’t look good.

Exceptional

This is our second year in a row and we love it here. We will likely be back again soon. Everything is great, the friendly staff, the great rooms, the balconys, the pool, the cleanliness and the location. A few minitues to the amazing beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you for an amazing stay, especially to the lovely lady in the reception who helped us with our room. Gracias!

Clean apartment, close to the beach

Clean rooms, very helpful staff, close to the beach.

Some guests were smoking on their balconies and we couldn't keep our balcony door open due to the bad smell. We complained a couple of times and nearest neighbor stopped smoking, but other guest continued. I guess the rules are some what confusing: there is no smoking rule in the room, but there is an ashtray on he balcony and guests assume that it is ok.

Nice location, close to very nice beach, easy to park car in the nearby streets, fridge with freezer was a plus. I would rent it once again (for couple days)

The property is good, only few meters from the beach. Close to many bars and restaurants, bus stop only 3 min walking and easy access from/to the airport. Breakfasts was good, many options. The cappuccino thought, didn’t taste like cappuccino, but it was good anyways.

we stayed at Lago park II, it’s a bit too loud at night, due to bars next to it. the apartment has some utensils, but nothing to clean it. There’s no cleaning lady every day and no product/tool to keep the apartment clean.

Really super holiday!

It was a super holiday! The reception management was very helpful and kind, they gave eat late at night when we arrived. Our room was very clean, comfortable beds, air condition was perfect, the room service is exellent. The wifi worked well all trough the week. Breakfast and dinner is very-very good, big sortiment and super quality of food with smiling kitchen-workers. Our children loved eating the several kind of delicious foods, fruits and desserts. The beach is clean and it is near to the hotel (a short walk). Good location (beach, auto rent, restaurants, shops etc.) We would like to come back as soon as possible. Thank You HSM Lago Park!
