Villa Amman - spacious, traditional villa in a great location

We stayed in Villa Amman (4 bed). The location and size of the villa was good. There were 4 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The pool was a good size and temperature. The garden was beautiful and kept tidy at all times. The staff were friendly, attentive and very accommodating - Komang and Made. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa Mgr was also very responsive - Mrs Nurul. Overall, we had a great time here.

The villa could do with a little TLC as some elements were a little worn (e.g. bath towels). I personally didn’t like going outdoors to the toilet / shower in the master but some may quite like this (I’m a wuss). Would have been nice to have an outdoor seating area around the pool instead of on the 2nd floor - it seems wasted up there.

beautiful well maintained villa in a central location with a large pool.

We stayed in the Villa Jepun, three bedroom for 5 of us. A beautiful villa with a large pool for a family of 5, great location, well maintained and the staff were always exceptionally helpful. One of our guests is in a wheelchair and they were able to provide a chair for use in the shower, they ordered taxis for us and arranged airport transfers and when some guests got struck by bali belly they arranged for doctors to come visit immediately. Hani was our chef and she did everything she could to help nd cook delicious breakfasts.Can’t wait to be back!

Great villa for up to 6 people in Seminyak.

Great villa with nice private pool, good location, short walk to Seminyak Square. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms with cold aircon and comfy beds. Also nice rooftop relaxing area.

Very good

The friendly service of Hani our house cleaner and cook. The fact staff met us late on arrival to hand over keys and make us very welcome.

The accommodation was a little more dated than the advertised photos but still very well kept and great for home comforts

Not good value for the price point but staff there are great.

The Villa comes with a maid/cook daily. Hani was ours and she was great, nothing too much trouble, a really lovely girl.

Most things to honest. Didn’t like the model itself. Uncommunicative prior to travelling and detached whilst their. Place cleverly photographed and outside space and pool much smaller than expected. Bit careworn and in need of attention and some odours that need dealing with.

Wonderful stay with a short walk to Main Street.

We stayed in villa Siam. The staff were so helpful and friendly! The pool was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom in the main bedroom was a little unclean.

There could have more breakfast variety. It’s the same food being offered everyday.

The villa was incredible exactly as pictured, the facilities were great and our housekeeper Hani was very attentive, friendly and helpful, could not have wanted more.

Amazing guest experience in the perfect location in Seminyak

The guest experience was great, the property is very nice, the pool is amazing. The location was perfect for us. The rooms were so spacious and well appointed.

Whilst the property is very nice it could do with a freshen up. A slight modernisation of the villa would be worthwhile.

Our butler Made was amazing. He cooked an amazing breakfast every morning, he was so warm, friendly and caring. He made the entire stay so much better for our whole family and definelyt left a lasting memory with us, we are so thankful for all of his efforts during our stay.

Great service and better people

The service was amazing. The staff were very helpful and helped us out with each and everything we asked for. Our "butler" Honey was very sweet and made us delicious food everyday along with keeping the place immaculate. The location of the villa was convenient and accessible. Beds were comfortable. Pool and yard were cleaned daily. Pool was great.

Water pressure in the showers could be better.

Lovely stay at the huge Villa Amman.

We stayed at Villa Amman. We love that the villa is huge and comes with a big pool. It is very clean and comes with free butler service. Our butler Seri was very good and cooked well for our breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, close to many restaurants and shops.

Can do with better toiletries. Do look out for mosquito bites in the evening.

Villa Siam was an amazing 2 night stay to end our trip to Bali. We highly recommend! 5 stars!

Rumul was at reception and took us to our Villa on arrival. No waiting at all. She was so thrilled to see us and accomodate our family of 6 as guests at Villa Siam. While we sipped on our refreshing welcome fruit juices while she explained everything thoroughly and also gave us information about local restaurants. Our breakfast chef Maday was amazing. He was so kind and thoughtful. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. His attention to detail was excellent. He arrived as arranged and professionally prepared our 6 breakfasts and we all had something different. Breakfast Nasi Goreng 10/10. Maday's housekeeping of our Villa was also excellent. He takes a lot of pride in his work. The beds were so comfortable and the linen of high quality. The bathrooms were so spacious with each of the 3 bedrooms having their own. The gardener was fantastic and kept the pool and gardens looking magnificent. The pool temperature was perfect and refreshing. We highly recommend Villa Siam at The Residence.

Amazing dream vacay in Bali...❤️Dream Villa with good vibes and perfect for family bonding❤️

Everything esp Duwin and Harry, our personal caretakers...they were amazing ❤️The property is huge and spacious, decorated with good taste and very warm and welcoming whenever we return from our daily Bali adventures❤️The kids and ourselves just jump into the pool whenever we feel like it, at any hour of the day and we have spent hours and hours in there!!!!! Will return...❤️

Luxury villa

This villa did not disappoint. Air conditioned, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and with a private pool. Breakfast was made daily for us to our liking. The butler we had pretty much answered all our questions and requests.

Very busy location which was a positive most of the time- easy to get to restaurants.
