Well room cleaning was very good in terms of daily changes of towels and refill of toiletries. Safe in the room quite unsual for an establishment of this low level. Although coffee machine in the room. In one respect staff was helpful: the safe was blocked at the beginning, they practicall immediately deblocked it over my complain.
Well first and foremost the bill. You pay your stay at the beginning, and they do not provide you the bill only after having left. Quite unusual. In my case they made a mistake on the bill that was not corrected yet. The establishment is far more expensive as it worth. Very poor room equipment (apart of the safe and coffee machine). Breakfast is acceptable, but how should I say, in some respect primitive. I survived, but if it would have not been an official misison and being reimbursed, probably I would not go here again (for this money).

Bon accueil, à l'écoute des clients et n'hésite pas à les renseignées. Un très beau et bon buffet déjeuner.
Peut être rajouter du chocolat au lait au petit déjeuner.

the superior room was lovely
false advertising, no outdoor pool without extra cost and via the spa attached so only available after 5 pm

Really nice service, we had a late check-in, and the staff was helpful to arrange it.
The room (82-1) was big, comfortable, and very clean. The only minus point is for the windows that are exposed to the road, so opening them is not so comfortable. But then the room had an airco for fresh air.

Friendly staff, good shower.
Loud, had to choose between a bedside lamp and charging my phone, expected more for the cost.

Cannot gush enough about this place!! It was fabulous! From the large rooms, to the calm view from our windows (request the back of the building). The breakfast was DELICIOUS and I wish I had asked to buy some of the gluten free rolls to bring home with me. The spa is very close and people in our party used it every day! (sometimes more than once). So many wonderful walks can be taken in the area too.
Cristian, who was a man of all trades, was WONDERFUL! He got us taxis, made delicious breakfasts, was always friendly and accommodating. He even, very kindly, opened up the breakfast room early before our daughter and son-in-law had to leave.
Everything was WONDERFUL

Room is dated but had a classic room and to be honest it was fine for me. I’ve spent 2 days after and before work in the Thermen which are perfect. Breakfast was nice, lots of different cheeses and all sort of sausages. You could make your own fried eggs. Good coffee, I would come back again. This was my 3rd time.
Maybe the rooms I’ve stayed in could do with a little upgrade. Fresh paint, a new set of curtains (Ikea for example) makes the ‘classic and budget’ rooms look fresh and up-to-date. But the price I’ve paid €77,- including breakfast was fine.

The shower was good
The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathroom was old, and the breakfast wasn’t very good. Not worth the money.

nice room, staff ánd breakfast. clean!

The spa is excellent and really exceeded expectations. Even the spa restaurant was good, which they often aren’t. Close to the centre of Grimbergen and has the usual things you need close by.
The actual room and the hotel itself were disappointing. Everything is tiled, therefore cold and echoes constantly. Someone speaking in the hallway? You can hear every word from your bed. Upstairs need to move a chair? Thunder above your head. Dropped something? It’ll clang around forever in your eardrums. It’s so noisy. I’m not generally bother by such things, I’m a heavy sleeper anyway and even so it irritated me. Can’t imagine what it would be like for someone who is a light sleeper. Oh and there’s a busy road outside if you’re unfortunate enough to have a room facing that way like ours. Somehow the double glazing doesn’t seem to help at, which leads me to the other major issue- the entire building is COLD. Heating was off in our room when we arrived and turning it up to full we managed to get it to an acceptable temperature before bed & kept it at 3 for the remainder of the stay which was reasonable. The hallways are cold. The breakfast room is freezing, some people were wearing jackets and scarves it was so cold. Speaking of breakfast, I requested some dairy-free alternatives before arriving; we were told to tell reception staff on arrival. Reception staff told us to speak to the chef in the morning… no sign of a chef, you actually had to cook (literally with pans & hob) your own breakfast in the dining room… and no sign of any alternatives to dairy, just fruit, bread and jam that I could eat.
The stairwell is dangerously dark, there are doors opening right on the stairs and the motion sensors aren’t particularly sensitive so you end up finding your way in the dark some of the time.
Oh and the tea & coffee situation in the room is… a coffee maker and a collection of tea bags left in the open… several clean shots of water cleared the worst of the coffee remnants out of it but I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re desperate.
There’s probably more but honestly I think that’s enough to illustrate why you might want to look elsewhere.

I didn't expect much as it was a last-minute booking and the reviews were not promising. However, it's not that bad :) The room is quite big for the price, including a fridge, bright with a huge balcony. Breakfast is pretty decent too
It's quite confusing as it's not located in the actual Thermes. The gps leads you to another house however the reception and the room I stayed in are in another building further down the road. There is no 24h reception so had to go back and forth with luggage between three buildings. There are extremely steep and narrow stairs with no elevator and a strange staircase on the first floor with no space, additional steps and doors which make it even more difficult to move around if you have bigger luggage. A photocell should be working better. It's not soundproofed and these doors on the staircase were loudly slammed automatically. I've found self egg station quite ridiculous. Waiting for someone to finish making one's scrambled eggs and then waiting for the pan to be cleaned, not to mention safety was quite absurd.

To noisy as if the next door guys were in the same room.

Spacious room, well renovated, good but low bed, good tv, good breakfast
The entry at night and going upstairs is a but scary. Dark and narrow staircases. Lights come on by itself but you don't know that.
