Lovely grounds, pool and very clean
The service at the dinner restaurant could have definitely been better and more accommodating

The location
Pool is not heated
It was a family room for 4 but only 2 cups and 2 water bottle . Bit of a let down specially when the room can accomodate4 pax.
Freezer was not working .
Room was not clean. Lot of dust not cleaned .
Patio was not clean and cob webs and bugs .

Kangaroos
I stayed for 11 nights and was woken before 5 a.m by dustbin truck and then lawn mowers everyday at 5.30 and there is no sound proofing between the rooms and I could here everything either room was saying

very picturesque, the cafe at the golf club do an awesome breakfast
The fridge wasn't cold, I was told it was a chiller for drinks. If I had tried to chill milk in it I would have been quite unwell. There were electrical issues, one lamp was just removed, the other was strangely linked to another light switch , andeven after reporting it as not working, no one told me it was and how it actually worked. And randomly the chair in my room was swapped with no explanation, it was all round a very bizzare experience.

Great customer service when expectations weren't met.
We were double booked and checking g in was a huge issue.

Very reasonably priced, pool is great and you can spend hours in there, rooms are spacious and clean, gardens are well kept and has a bali feel.
The bed was uncomfortable and too hard for me so a soft mattress topper would probably fix that issue. They take $100 deposit on check in so be prepared for that extra expense (however can be used to pay for meals and drinks etc).

Everything was good, the service was excellent. Beautiful gardens and the buffet breakfast was excellent :)
It would be handy to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.

Amazing resort, beautiful pool and wedding venue. Rooms were amazing and very comfortable.
Not allowed to order from the other bar for cocktails if you didn’t drink the drink supplied.

Thought the breakfast was ok but not a lot of choice.staff were super friendly at reception .
Room service very slow ,went out in morning bed still not made when we came back in arvo, supposed to be room with view over garden couldn't see garden for big plant in front of us seating area tiny out door furniture full of cobwebs.thought the bar area where you can get meal very limited & one special of the night poor.

The resort staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good and satisfactory. Intended to use the pool but found the water too cold.our room was spacious but in need of some maintenance
The resort is badly in need of a re-paint, both external walls and the rooms if all were in the same condition as ours. The bathroom was very dated an needs a complete upgrade. We had a ground floor room which was very dark .

Good location for what we were doing
That it takes 7- 10 days for the $100 incidentals fee to get reversed 🤷🏼♀️

I loved the look of the resort when we arrived. The reception interior is modern and so was the restaurant. The gardens and surrounding golf course are lovely. The Cafe had nice coffee and a good choice for breakfast.
Our bed was not comfortable. The noise from a group of other people from midnight on who had attended a wedding reception. They should have been put together in rooms next to each other and not in our adjoining rooms. We had three rooms in total, three couples and all said the same.

The location was excellent.
The food was fantastic.
The staff were very helpful.
The only downside was that the bed wasn't very comfortable.
9.0
The room was large and clean. Good vibes outside with all the golfers. Ample parking.
Close to Joondalup shopping centre and freeway.
We could not find the laundry. With kids, a washing machine and dryer is a must. Later we realised that there were a laundry somewhere close to the restaurant.
Also our cards stopped working everyday and had to go activate them. Not ideal if you have sleeping kids on your shoulders at the door and locked out.
A cooktop or kitchenet would be great too.

Golf course , driving range , breakfast cafe
numerous areas have fallen behind in maintenance - not the estate ,which is superb , but in the accomodation; Aircon, bath plugs, daily room replenishment .Bedroom poorly lit -it seems that you dont expect clients who read

View from room. Lovely staff members in Restaurant and Abbie I. Front desk was lovely and so helpful.
Room service breakfast did not taste very fresh.

Beautiful view and so quiet and peaceful
The space between the balconies is too small no privacy from the room next door

Location was perfect for our needs and the property was easy to find.
Considering its classed as a resort the room could've been a little more cleaner. There were smudges all over the mirrors and the glass door to the bathroom had something still on it that was noticeable in the light I think it v was stuff from a child's hands im guessing.
The fridge wasn't working properly so we lost some perishables but I reported this issue apòn checkout .
Small issues i know but it helps to make it aware

OK only required a bed for the n
Nothing all good.

The room was well appointed, with everything we could need. Beds were comfortable and a generous size. Outlook from the small balcony was pretty. Only one night, there with daughters and a number of other mums, to celebrate Mother's day.
Nothing.....We had everything we needed for a successful stay. Dinner was very good, and staff service was great. They found us a dining area , just off the main area. We felt comfortable to laugh and tell stories, without disturbing other guests.

Lovely pool area, was able to use facilities prior to our check in time and after our check out time.
Bit dated. Minor maintenance issues but nothing that would spoil the stay there.

Most comfortable beds I’ve slept on.
The room is in good condition except for the bathroom which is dirty, edges of the door frames were peeling

clean
We arrived in the evening after a long haul flight from Scotland, unfortunately there was no restaurant or bar open so we could eat.
8.0
Very large room with 2 queen sized beds, good quality linen. Wifi was free and worked well with multiple devices. Nespresso coffee machines with complimentary pods. Lift available for upper floor rooms. Sensational buffet breakfast, best we have had in years! Would love to stay again in Summer months so that we can use the pool.
Whole complex is looking it’s age and some areas could do with a face lift.
