Excelente!

O estabelecimento é top! Localização excelente! Toda a equipe é extremamente solicita! Em um dos dias precisamos antecipar o café da manhã por conta de um passeio e a Giovana nos ajudou muito quanto a isso! O lugar tem uma vibe sensacional! Indicamos de olhos fechados :-)

Eu não sei se a informação estava em algum lugar e não vimos, porém não fornecem sabonete em barra para o banho, queríamos ter chegado e tomado um banho, porém tivemos que sair para comprar sabonete kkkkk

Excelente!

Localização excelente, ambiente muito lindo,limpo e bem cuidado. Funcionários e a proprietária muito disponíveis para ajudar em tudo. Água potável livre,o que diminui o trabalho de ficar carregando água de supermercado e casa muito bonita e com muito verde, que eu amo. Obrigada a todos pela acolhida 🥰

Muito boa no geral

Adorei a receptividade e simpatia dos funcionários, as instalações da pousada, a localização tbm é boa. A pousada é uma gracinha. E ainda tem empréstimo de secador. O café da manhã é bom para um Hostel.

O checkout era às 11h e eu iria pegar meu ônibus só mais tarde. Eu fiquei fora o dia todo e só porque pedi pra deixar minha mala e pegá-la às 16:30h e tomar um banho, me foi cobrada pela dona o pagamento de Meia Diária. Todos os lugares que já me hospedei nunca me cobraram pra deixar mala e tomar um banho pra ir embora, nem que fosse na área externa. Tbm deveria ter mais opções salgadas ao invés de doces no café da manhã e faltou Queijo branco.

Sadly the only thing I can say is that the hostel is nice looking and big (it clearly used to be a hotel). Be careful, the offer on Booking does not match the reality: I booked a bed in a 6 bedroom room with 6 available beds, but when I arrived they said they only had rooms with 7 beds and that they were all full. After a while, two more people arrived and all of the sudden there was a completely free room (still 7 beds). When I complained the concierge said it was an error in Booking.com but wouldn't let me talk to the managers to understand why they have 6 beds-bedrooms listed. When I messaged them, no one ever answered through the booking platform and took over a day to answer on Instagram saying they were restructuring their offer. The location is ok, within a walking distance of most restaurants, cafés and public transport.

Bad service and terrible communication with staff. Breakfast is very basic, barely some fruit, eggs, bread and a cheap box cake. The lamp on my bed was not working at all and there was no A/C control in the room so we had to choose between freezing or sweating all night long.

Quiet, clean and cute

-Clean -Nice pool -Generous breakfast -Easy to catch the bus to the Puerto Seguro ferry. Just stand in front of the hostel. -Reception spoke English -Very close to supermarket, atm machine/bank and central square

-I was hoping for a more social environment, but that’s more just my hostel preference -It’s a 15 min walk to the beach
