Basic, uncomfortable and not worth the money!

The location -it was very central to everything.

The staff were far from friendly and made no effort to communicate with me in English - they don’t speak it end of. My room was so basic it was a joke. I had no A/C, no fan, no bin, no mirror and one plug. The furniture is all old and marked, the bed super uncomfortable and the pillow a disgrace. I dropped my earring and under the bed was filthy. Really disappointed to the point were I would request a refund. Hot rooms with no extras whatsoever!!!!!

Friendly but basic.

Good location, clean and tidy.

Bed was not comfortable, room was small, not enough electrical points so I had to disconnect the bedside light to charge my phone. We could hear someone in the next room coughing and using the bathroom.

The location is very good.

I would not suggest this hotel if you got used to sleep in a quiet place. Here you will hear every step of your neighbours on the staircase and in their rooms, opening of the doors and etc.

very comfortable- lovely

unfortunately other pilgrims staying in two rooms next to me, treated it like an albergue. They left their doors open, were loud & didn’t have any thoughts for the privacy of others.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, great location atop a Michelin starred restaurant and walkable to anything in town. No issues at all with noise (didn’t hear anything)

Great location, beautiful building, and nice comfy room!

The window opens up to the inner courtyard, and some guests felt free to knock on this window, probably looking for a receptionist. The worst was, that almost in front of the window there is a small table with ashtrays inviting guests to smoke :( I was lucky and no one of the guests did it during my stay in the room, but still... I had to forget about an opened window because absolutely everyone has access to the room, even the people from the street. Thanks to thin walls and iron stairs outside (the stairs make really a lot of noise when people are moving up or down) you can hear absolutely every step and every breath of other guests.

It was quite chilly. Hard to sleep. Explanations about access were very basic. We managed to work out the code, but a call, or some human contact would have improved things enormously.

Clean room, good location- close to centre of town.

Walls are thin so you can hear other on your floor clearly and guests above. No staff available when I arrived to check in, after check in time. There was a number I had to call but signs wasn’t in English so had to find someone to ask/Google translate it.

Character pension in a great location. Lovely sitting areas outside. Very clean and bright rooms with updated bathrooms. However, the bed was VERY uncomfortable; like sleeping on a wooden board.

Great location but too many things in room need fixing.

Great location, on the pilgrim route and close to town centre.

Lots of small but annoying inconveniences, such as bathroom door would not stay closed; no bath mat; power outlets beside bed unusable; window opened straight onto walkway so we couldn’t have it open due to smokers outside; cramped space.
