Fantastic room! Interesting modern design and comfortable bed. Breakfast fine (more or less, we are picky about eggs) Location was excellent- view of river, easy to get everywhere, friendly staff.
some stair climbing is involved.

Really nice and relaxed atmosphere- we got the lovely room with the view over the canal! Thank you, me and my daughter really enjoyed our stay! 😊

Family owned with very helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but enough and included in the price.
The location excellent, quiet overnight but not far to walk further into the Centro Storico, with shops restaurants etc of this delightful small town. My room had a wonderful view.
It is a very old building that has had an architect designed complete modern interior, simple and sensitively relating to the existing structure and using beautiful materials for custom made furniture, doors etc. A lively restaurant bar spills out into the street and is obviously well loved by locals for well selected wines and traditional cuisine. With only 6 rooms, I think, this is well worth booking ahead.
The bed was a little firmer than I like.
Otherwise there was nothing that I disliked.

This is a lovely property, close to the center of town and clean asa whistle. A bonus is the restaurant on site which was delicious!

Very nice, cozy little hotel in the center of Treviso, easy reachable by car. Parking is a problem if you don't find a free space in front of the structure. Rooms small, but ok size, clean, recently renovated, but probably bit of a stretch calling this a boutique hotel. Dining and breakfast in the intimate osteria at the ground floor, also with seating outside, weather permitting. Staff very friendly and service minded. I shall return.
The breakfast could be more elaborated. No buffet, but prearranged on the table with few options and no fresh juice.

Perfectly situated for easy access to the centre of Treviso and only 10 mins easy walk to the railway station for access to Venice and Verona which we visited.
There was nothing to dislike. The accommodation as very clean and comfortable. Well located. The staff were excellent and helped over and above expectations when my partner fell ill with food poisoning (from another venue I hasten to add).
Perfect all round experience. Would highly recommend.

Small and cosy. This usually means a good breakfast in Italy and that’s exactly what happened! Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived so we were given a glass of Prosecco to enjoy in the sunshine by the river.

Cleanliness - super
Comfortability & room size - super
Breakfast - very cute table set up and even though it did not go through my mind to pre-advise about my food allergies, they accommodated all my needs
Hospitality - Awesome
Location - could not have been better
Central heating/cooling couldn't be changed
Rest of rooms were on cooling thus we couldn't change AC to heating

Impressed by the attention to details. Well designed rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.
Reply to my email queries about check in procedure came slow, only the day before arrival which caused some tension. When received communication was good.

Location and view. Room was comfortable. Breakfast good but the bread selection was not interesting..white and hard.
Bread at breakfast. Only one chair in a room for 2, but not a big problem.

This is a gem of a B&B. The location is perfect, less than a 10 minute stroll into Treviso centre and close to the train station.
The rooms are lovely, airy and spacious, and the bed is so incredibly comfortable you will be guaranteed a great nights sleep! Beppe made us feel incredibly welcome and makes the best coffee at breakfast, would definitely recommend.
Our room was on the first floor close to the B&B office desk which rang frequently and could be heard from our room.

Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location. Great room with a decent balcony. The restaurant was also very good. Treviso is a fantastic City.
Usual issue with me in that the towels could always be better ! Walk from the parking garage was longer than I preferred but not that bad really.

The location is great just at the entrance to the old town and on the bridge. The breakfast options were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner there as well and it was lovely
Because our flight and airport transfers had run so smoothly the room wasn't quite ready by the time we arrived at 11 am but they looked after us with lovely coffee and croissants on the terrace while we waited so it seems churlish to complain

Large room, great view, fantastic breakfast
Shame the bar/restaurant downstairs was not open on a Sunday. But plenty of places close by.

location it’s good, in the middle of the city, room was very clean, spacious with a small terase, the man who gave us the key was very friendly, help us with the luggage on the stairs.
the Madame from the breakfast was very rude. I went there at 7:26 am, the breakfast it’s at 7:30, I asked her if I can have a coffee for take away, I didn’t want the breakfast at that time, she didn’t speak any English at all, not even the basic like breakfast of coffee but her first answer was “NO”.
so I cross the street and I took the coffee from a different place. we didn’t get the breakfast afterwards, fell us to have repulsion, we didn’t want to eat from her hands. In hospitality it’s about speaking the common language, if you are not open for people who doesn’t speak Italian, write down on hotel profile, it will be an avoiding of wasting money and time.
The people are offering what they have in their heart.
