Our family enjoyed our week at the beach, easy walk to the beach and the weather could not have been more perfect.

We had my parents, my family and my sister's family stay at this house. Everyone enjoyed the location and was a perfect size for everyone. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, quiet, plenty of parking, great layout and well stocked with beach accessories. The fit was perfect for our family and the location to beach and walking distance to restaurants . The house wasn’t as clean as expected, spider webs were found in various main locations, it could really use a deep clean. But honestly that is the only negative and we would stay there again!

We had a wedding in Portland and the house at Pine point was the perfect size for our extended family. With all of us getting ready for the wedding at once, the four bathrooms came in very handy. It was nice to be able to go to the beach with the kids on the days leading up to the wedding and after. I would highly recommend anyone staying at this house. It was a home more than a rental.

This was our first stay in Pine Point and it did not disappoint. The host was great to work with, and the house was perfect for our needs.

We loved location in south of Maine after staying for a week in Acadia.
Easy access to highways and restaurants.
The property was not clean and I did communicate with Drew. I gave him a list so future clients would enjoy the property.
Construction start the week before our stay. We met the neighbors. However. The only view we had was from the kitchen was block with a huge pile of dirt, a whole and all the tools, trash from construction.
Our standards are high and I thought for the price we paid ( same as the property the week before). Not good.
We went from the 4 season to motel 6.
Sorry need to be honest. If you want to be at the beach, with kids and not expecting a high end property could be your deal.
The biggest concern was cleanliness, quality of furniture.

This was our second stay at the house. There were 6 of us at the house. We love the huge living room where we could relax in the evening and all sit and enjoy our coffee in the morning and plan our day. Having the 4 bathrooms in the house is a plus! We all had our own. That is hard to find! We will be back!

My family and I attended a wedding in Portland Maine and we all staying at Drew's place. There was plenty of room for all seven of us and the house is conveniently located just two blocks from the beach. Everything was in order and in working condition. There is a lovely backyard area as well that overlooks the inlet area with beautiful views. Highly recommend the house for larger groups, thanks Drew!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this Pine point gem. The home was positively beautiful, spacious and well equipped. We walked to the beach and all the area restaurants. We hope to return next year!

The house was spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Check-in was easy but the only info was a tired sheet taped to the fridge. At this price point, a welcome note (and bottle of wine) would be nice. Also, very little info on surrounding area—things to do, restaurants, places of interest. I know the internet exists for that but a local perspective would have been welcome. Some of the furniture is a bit tired. Wi-Fi was spotty at best. Apparently the router is in the adjoining house—we got the “extenders.” Also, right on the main road. Back yard was great as it was right on the marsh—but the back yard was for the tenants in the attached house. Our “yard” was on the side of the house. Some of the chairs in the yard had cushions that were left out rain or shine—meaning wet cushions when you sit. Again the space was nice but the overall impression was one of an absentee owner with insufficient attention to the finer details.

Perfectly located on Jones Creek for backyard access to kayaking, beautiful sunsets, and short walks to the beach and neighborhood restaurants. The home had ample space for our multi-generational family, ages 11 months to 86 yo. We hope to make it our annual vacation destination!

We have been staying in this area for years. This house has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Big living room for everyone to be together. Close walk to the beach. Dog friendly as well. We stayed here 2 years in a row.

This house was the perfect setting for our stay at Pine Point. My family and I had plenty of room to be comfortable. The listing is exactly as it says and Drew was wonderful to work with.

The property was as advertised and more than met our needs. Parking is somewhat limited but worked for us.
Overall I would recommend the location and accommodations.

This is a great property and place to stay in Old Orchard Beach ME. Nicely located to get to any attraction you want to go to in Southern Maine. It was easily large enough for 6 adults and 2 kids under 7. There are 3 full bath rooms upstairs and one downstairs as a part of the laundry room. Running the shower in each bath simultaneously did not seem to bother the hot water heater at all. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking although we did not cook. It has plenty of laundry capability and there was detergent for the dishwasher and the washer. If you are driving (you almost have to) I would recommend a smaller vehicle just to be able to park it easily in the breezeway between the main building (this one) and the 2nd rental.

We had the best time staying here. Drew was so great! He responded to my questions right away. The place had everything we needed including a great view of the marsh. The beach is a five minute walk. So thankful we stayed here. We would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful time at this property. Plenty of room for six adults and could have accommodated more. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Our family enjoyed the stay at this property. The house is big and spacious. It’s old so there’s lots of creaks when walking but that was no problem at all. We hope to be back!

I loved the property. It looked just like the listing, Drew was a fantastic communicator, and it was very comfortable. We felt at home, especially in the gorgeous living room. Great location for sightseeing.

Very clean and roomy. Plenty of towels and pillows. Hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap were provided. There was a small selection of spices in the cupboards , ice in the freezer and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. Could have used a couple more blankets, a couple drawers in fridge were broken and a lazy Susan cabinet was broken- nothing that hindered our stay. Parking is listed as 4 available spots but only with very small cars.

The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious and had many windows with great light. We loved the decor. We would stay again!

Our family enjoyed the large space, having our OWN bathrooms was a super plus! Short walk to the beach, fire pit, and able to bring our dog without stressing to find someone to watch him! Parking was tricky but did allow 4 cars. Will rent again for sure.

The location was great but with children we could have used a yard.

This place had plenty of room for my whole extended family. Plenty of showers for everyone with plenty of hot water and water pressure. We walked to the beach everyday! Extra chairs helped when we had a friend visit for the day. We ordered lobster from Baileys and grilled on occasion. No real reason to go far. However Old Orchard arcade is close and Portland for shopping! We will be back next year!

We have been coming here for a few years, always a good stay.

The house was wonderful. Quaint. A little ackward with the different levels upstairs. We were pleasantly surprised that we had an out door area for eating, sitting and enjoying the firepit. I thought we were only going to have the firepit on the little balcony. Plenty of seating for everyone. We were a group of six. My husband and I with two of our daughters and their husbands. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach and restaurants. Close to several other restaurants and the town of Scarborough and Portland. Enjoyed plenty of seafood and microbreweries. The down side was that there were no washclothes or handtowels in any of the four bathrooms. The one of the coffee maker was filthy and we were lucky that someone left us trashbags. But all in all it was a wonderful place to stay. Heard a train most mornings[not offensive]and had a decent view out the kitchen window. Very good location.

This property has amazing views and is in a location that makes Portland easy to travel to! We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

We we're in town for a wedding. The house is very spacious and loved that there were 4 nice sized bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Very close to the beach. Our only concern was the parking. Parking is very tight for large vehicles and no on street parking overnight. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay! Would highly recommend.

The house was amazing, everything was perfect, just the cleaning need to be watched. Otherwise we loved the place and hopefully we will return as soon as we can!

We came down from Cumberland for a few days during our children's spring break and had a perfect getaway. My husband works in Scarborough and I work in Portland, so it was a quick commute. The house was immaculate and the fireplace was cozy for the inevitable chilly, windy evenings. We took walks on the beach and enjoyed the sunsets. This is our second time here, although the first in this unit. Thank you.

We were surprised that there are two units. We expected to be looking out at the estuary. Lots of well appointed beds and bathrooms. Gas fireplace was a big plus. We needed to clean the sink, stove and frig when we arrived. Dirty old sponge on the sink, no dish washing liquid or trash bags. Close to the beach. The parking scheme for multiply cars is unreasonable for 7-8 cars but for our 2 and the other unit's 1, we were fine even after a snow storm. The place is odd with expensive artwork, some nice leather furniture and unique improvements but still need some TLC. Owner is easy to contact and responsive. Seems to be price about right, maybe a little high for winter and its condition. The grandchildren loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again! The house was beautifully done and in a great location. Walking distance to several restaurants and beaches where you can swim and clam and fish and relax. The house had the charming feel of an old farm house with many appointments of a new one. Considering it seemed like this was done between the last two seasons we found it to be a very nice place. Parking is a little tight but manageable.
