Perfect - felt like we were living like locals for a week!

Perfect location to make travelling around the city east while having every convenience at your doorstep - particularly great restaurants and bars so we didn’t have to travel too far at night. And after lugging suitcases up stairs all over Europe we appreciated a ground floor apartment.

Exceptional

The apartment is as cozy, warm, and clean as advertised. It provided the perfect accommodations my family and I need during our stay. In fact, the apartment and landlord far exceeded all our expectations. Jean-Philippe was very kind and accommodating. We truly felt welcome.

Exceptional

This apartment was awesome. It is in a great neighbourhood, close to many restaurants and two metro stations. It is on the main floor so no worries about carrying luggage upstairs, the kitchen is well equipped and the apartment was very clean. The fellow that met us for check in was exceptionally pleasant. We were 4 adults and we really enjoyed our time at this apartment.

Just a comment that the second bedroom is in the basement with some steep stairs. It is a lovely room but could be difficult for some people if they have mobility issues. We had no problem with this but it is something to consider if travelling with small children or older travellers.

Very small apartment

the location and host are great

The apartment is not as spacious as in the pictures, there is not enough space for six people. The lighting is awful, the apartment is constantly dark. There is no air conditioning, so the room is always hot and stuffy. It has two showers, but only one toilet. The toaster was dirty inside.

Nice, clean, everything we needed.

Do not use their TV for your personal Netflix account. Our Netflix account was stolen in this apartment. If you do use it, make SURE you sign it out. I was worried the credit card was compromised, which is the one I was using for the trip. I had to lock it and close my account.

Wonderful apart, helpful owner

Great location. Kind, friendly and helpful landlord. Flat is fully equipped and nice ambiance. Lot of great places at walking distance.

this was one of the best experience i could have in Paris , with all this lovely staff to help you in check-in and checkout , i could just say it was EXCELLENT

A comfortable, convenient stay in central Paris, with a lovely host.

A fantastic location, nicely decorated and very clean. Our host met us on arrival and even provided a bottle of wine.

It was a bit smaller than I expected. We were a group of four people, which was okay. But I wouldn't recommend it for six. One couple stayed in the small double room on the ground floor, but had to leave all their luggage outside in the lounge. The other couple stayed down in the basement level bedroom. It's a nice room and a decent size. But the steps down are very steep, which is awkward, particularly with luggage.

Exceptional

The location is superb! It is quiet, but close to metro stations. The apartment is fully equipped and propably recently renovated. The two bathroom make it very comfortable. The host are extraordinarily friendly and helpful! One of the best I have ever met!

The only “negative” thing I can highlight that the basement room does not have a door, so the living room cannot be fully separated.
