Lovely relaxed atmosphere

It's a great location with a fantastic view. We felt safe and relaxed. It was easy walking distance to the main sights. Our host was very accommodating (we arrived at different times) and helped us throughout our stay. He even had advice for when my phone died! Great, friendly service.

I'd bring some mosquito spray if you're sitting on the terrace and bear in mind that it's an open roof. We heard things running and flapping. It didn't bother us as the ceiling seemed secure.

Charming and peaceful

The location is on the out skirts of town which provides amazing peace and quiet and a view from the common area that really says 'Vietnam' with the open fields and water Buffalo grazing out front. Nicola lost the front of the common area in the last storm but has rebuilt a more robust version that keeps its rural charm.

The room design was so nice even though some facilities in room seemed to be out-dated. The owner was so so friendly and helpful.

There should be more lights in the garden as we could not see the way when coming back at night.

Not Luxurious. Vert Cozy, Rustic, Beautiful, and Relaxing

Really great vibes, cozy and off the beaten path. Dogs were great and the place is beautiful. Owner is very friendly. I'd recommend to backpackers, very charming place.

A bit more rustic than I wanted, but I definitely see the appeal. Cars were not able to make it down the road, so coming in and out with suitcases was difficult. Air conditioning was not cold enough. The bicycles were in poor condition.

Nicola and his lovely wife are the best hosts we ever had! We were welcomed so warmly that we felt like home just as we arrived. La Terrazza is very quiet and calm place located only 15 minutes walk from the city centre. While staying here you can enjoy delicious breakfast, wonderful view from the terrace and Nicola's amazing stories. Hosts are really helpful with everything you may need. We highly recommended staying in this place ❤️

the staff was amazing, we had the best vegan breakfast of our trip.

the place is very close to rice fields, which makes it beautiful but you also have more mosquitoes and other wildlife

My bike was safe next to my bed. 😃

Such a wonderful place next to the rice fields and away from the full noise of town. With only a short walk to resturants and a beautiful walk to the old town. So pleased i picked here.

Marvelous!

We could see beautiful rice fields from the terrace. The owner Nicola was really helpful, and our children loved to play with their dogs.

During our stay it was cold, so we felt the hot water in the showers was a little low, but in the summer it would not be a problem at all.

Beautiful Cottage Experience

The cottage location is beautiful, very natural environment. Morning you can see birds and cool breeze. It is close to Ancient town, so I visited daily. The owner is very helpful and polite and helped me with all the tour bookings with reasonable price. The breakfast is delicious and fresh.

The neighborhood has many dogs , who bark and can be frightening to those who are scared of dogs. Although the people around are very helpful and can assist whenever you are in need.

Me and my husband enjoyed the properties at La Terrazzia.

Mr Nicolai and her wife warmly welcomed us. They and their pets are so friendly. Chicken Quảng Noodle shop at the opposite side was yummy. The neighborhoods were nice as well.

Wonderful time far from the noise and rush. Slow life experience

Absolutely great time I spent here living in a homestay with a lovely family, two cute dogs and one cat. Rice field view, birds chirping, butterflies and buffalos around - real country side vibe! Refilling water from the filter is kindly available. Terrace is lovely. Saying that the host was friendly is not enough, he was so enthusiastic - when he greeted us with his smile he made us feel like home already. Thank you very much Nikola! I hope I can come back again.

Beautiful view with phenomenal breakfast!

Breakfast was phenomenal, and the premise was absolutely beautiful. It was so peaceful next to the rice fields, but only 1.5 km walk into the Ancient Town. Nicola was very accommodating and everything exceeded our expectations.

A wonderful place, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here. The owner Nicola is a wonderful host, and we had a lovely room with a nice patio in front. It is a small walk to the old town, not far. (You can also get a free bicycle if you prefer not to walk). Really enjoyed the beautiful rice field views from the veranda, it feels very peaceful and serene here. We felt so comfortable, we almost felt a bit sad to leave. We will definately stay here again on our next time we visit Hoi An. Well recommended if you want to get away from the busy and touristic old town.
