Very nice place near Gardaland. I'll be happy to stay there again if revisiting.

The location is lovely. The private pool is very nice. Breakfast was beyond our expectations, there was a variety of sweet or salty options including some special cheese, scrambled eggs, sausages, amazing olives, cornichons, fruit salads… Multiple cakes all with tags so we knew what was in it. The outdoor seating was a great place to start new day.

It would be really nice if the rooms had a small fridge. The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbours, but that was ok for the 2 nights we stayed there. It would be great if the pool was “open” non stop or at least earlier in the morning (before breakfast) and late in the night (after dinner). Honestly I don't see any difference between day and evening - swimming at your own risk.

Room was somewhat small for a 2+2 and lacked little practical things (night stands, table, hooks for drying out towels). Otherwise very good beds, and very clean.

Would not recommend if AC is needed to stay cool.

staff were one of the best element if not the only good for the stay. They were extremely nice and courteous hosts. Host, Silvia was so nice and changed the room for us to get better air conditioning. Pool was awesome and breakfast was one of the best I have encountered.

AC was barely working. I understand that if might be the cultural difference but for family with toddler or younger children who are used to AC equipped rooms, I will highly caution you to stay at this property. During our stay, the temperature of the room was over 79 F which kept me and my wife. After making the complaint to the host, Silvia(who i am still thankful for the room change) moved us to bigger room with better AC unit. however, the AC unit shut down itself, most likely programmed to shut down during late night 1 AM to 5 AM where outside temperature rose to 89F. Our two stays at the hotel was horrific due to the uncomfortable temperature, but it was somewhat bearable due to the wonderful staff. First room had ants on the bed which was somewhat expected to a farm stay.

One of our best stays so far.

We chose this property being close to Gardaland, a long waited trip with kids. First of all the property was kind to accept change of dates twice, for one of our kids being sick at the time, no questions asked. This alone is worth rating 10. Conveniently situated at walking distance from Gardaland, this beautiful property exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We arrived at the evening, had excellent dinner in the restaurant and spent beautiful evening. Breakfast next morning was rich and tasty, again set up on a beautiful terrace. The hosts were most welcoming and professional. We had most pleasant stay here and definitely will come again.

We booked a last minute offer and found a wonderful place to rest. The accomodation is very clean, typical italian style - and the most important thing: we have met very friendly and caring people there. The whole staff is extremly involved and helpful - we felt like staying with friends. Thanks a lot and best regards to Francesca, Noemi and Mary!!!

Super close to Gardaland but no air conditioning

The owner was really nice and the property is well maintained.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms as detailed in the website. The rooms have old heaters with inverter. They use the inverters as a so called air conditioning. It was summer so we couldn’t sleep at night. The swimming pool is amazing but there are a lot of flies.

Wouldn't have picked this property if I had known the area

The property has a certain charm, but is in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff was very friendly, and accommodations were clean, despite being very modest.

Location is unfortunately very bad, close to the highway and surrounded by theme parks :( Bathrooms need to be updated.
