Excellent

A delightful 2+1 apartment in a gated community near La Belise. The shared pool is a fantastic bonus, and the spacious balcony offers stunning views of the marine surroundings. Perfect for a relaxing getaway

شقق نظيفه جدا ومناسبه وبعيد عن الازعاج وقريب كل شيء حولنا ، فيها امان واثاثه موديرن مره ، اكثر ماشدني النظافه والريحه بالشقه مميزه جدا

Modern luxuriöse Apartments im Yachthafen

Sehr sauber, modern, groß, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Resort Managerin, die uns auch erlaubte nach der Check Out Zeit noch etwas im Apartment zu bleiben bis der Starkregen aufgehört hatte. Schöne Yachthafenanlage, durch die intelligente Bebauung und Bepflanzung hat man auf den Balkons Ruhe und Privatsphäre.

Schade dass es keinen Pool gab. Wem das wichtig ist, der sollte bei der Buchung genau schauen, welche Zimmerkategorien einen privaten Pool haben. Um zum Strand / ins Dorf zu gelangen, empfiehlt sich ein Auto / Mietwagen.

Eigentlich eine herrliche Wohnung …

Die Wohnung ist an sich nett, sehr luftig, sehr hell. Sie hat einen wirklich tollen Schnitt. Allerdings ist in der West Coast Marina nichts zu tun. Am traurigsten ist es, dass der eigentlich zur Anlage gehörende wunderschöne, große Pool sowie das angrenzende Restaurant geschlossen haben. Scheinbar haben sie die Corona-Zeit nicht überlebt. (Beides wird im Inserat auch nicht beworben, wir hatten nur fest damit gerechnet, da wir wussten, dass beides zur Marina gehört.) Von daher empfinden wir die Wohnung nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet. Wir hatten dann ein Boot gebucht, welches uns am Steg vor der Tür abgeholt hat - dafür war die Location top.

Generell empfanden wir die Kommunikation sehr anstrengend. Normalerweise buchen wir über Booking.com, fahren zur Unterkunft, zeigen unsere Ausweise und gut ist. In diesem Fall wurden wir mehrfach auf verschiedenen Kanälen kontaktiert (Nachricht über Booking.com, WhatsApp Messages von zwei verschiedenen Personen, Link mit Nachricht auf Horizon …), sollten das Deposit vor Ankunft online zahlen (fühlte sich überhaupt nicht richtig an), sollten alle vier (inkl. Kinder) Ausweis-Daten inkl. Details in ein Online-Formular selbst eintragen … Da sind wir ausgestiegen, das war uns zu viel Aufwand anstelle von Erholung. Da wir ausdrücklich um Detailfeedback gebeten wurden, gerne hier noch kleinere Punkte: Das helle Sofa ist sehr schmutzig und bräuchte eine Reinigung, die Wasserhähne in den Bädern sind nicht richtig positioniert (zu nah am Rand, man kann die Hände nicht waschen, ohne alles zu überschwemmen), eine simple French Press in der Küche wäre toll. Wir konnten die Badewanne nicht nutzen, als wir es wollten, da der Verschluss gefehlt hat. Im Master-Bedroom ist der Schrank, sowie auch eine Schublade, nicht korrekt montiert.

Lovely apartment. Good showers. Comfy beds. Quality bed linen. Felt very secure. Good plunge pool and swimming pool. supermarket is about 2 Km away. A couple of local restaurants. very supportive staff

Great spot in my favorite part of the island.

The Black River/Tamarin area is a great place to stay on the island as there are lots of quiet beaches and hikes close by. The apartment is situated close to some good restaurants and shops and is very easy to get to. The complex that the apartment is in is very beautiful and upmarket. The apartment itself was very spacious, well decorated, and had all the amenities that you needed for your stay (aircon, barbeque, welcome pack, Nespresso machine etc.) We were there for 10 days doing a combination of working and holiday and the apartment was perfectly set up for both. There is also a big complex pool for the block which was a bonus.

The apartment, while beautiful, has a few dings on 1 or 2 of the walls which could use a quick repair job. The wifi is very good in the living area but the signal isn't strong enough in the main bedroom and should have a booster installed.

Great location and apartment

This was a great spot, the complex is safe, secure, and quiet. The flat is in excellent condition and has all the amenities you require for self-catering. The welcoming staff were really friendly and helpful.

Exceptional stay close to nice beaches

The room was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need to cook a meal and have a drink. Free parking right outside the apartment. Having a car at this location is a must to get around and go to the beaches. Aircon in all the rooms. Wifi worked well a little slow but you are on an island in the middle of the Indian Ocean. We had the in-house chef come a cook a meal for us 2 nights and both were exceptional. The apartment even had plastic pots to store your leftovers or take out for lunches. There are a couple of good supermarkets within 5-15 minutes drive away. Super U at Tamarin and London Way. Super U is bigger and newer. We went on a super Catamaran boat trip with JPH charters right next door in the marina. A full day swimming with dolphins, snorkelling swimming and relaxing on the boat.

The hot water took a long time to come through and wasn’t that hot.

The apartment is very good. The location requires a car. Taxies are not very much available. Then it is a good location to explore Tamarin, FLIC EN FLAC and Le Morne area. The lap pool is really nice.

Very good

Gorgeous apartment, exceptional service, easy check in. The area is spectacular, on the doorstep of the mountains so we went hiking from not that far down the road! Very clean, river view.

Good location and modern

Own pool, nice quiet location and a must if you want to do business close to black river or boating. Management very helpful sorting out problems. Penthouse nice with heated pool and all en-suite rooms a great benefit when sharing accomm.

Cleanliness and some maintenance issues . Stair lighting problems very dark at night. Restaurant next door hardly had any of the food on menu . Big problem in summer with wasps. Lacking things to use on arrival like pods for espresso machine, trays suitable for gas bbq, oven gloves . Toilet paper replenishment was lacking and no house keeping on public holidays.

Pleasant stay (could have been better)

Apartment was rented to us for the first time, so it was quite clean. Vikesh was quite helpful during the stay. Majority of the amenities were available in the apartment and the kitchen was fully equipped. Apartment was cleaned everyday quite well. Ample parking space.

Apartment that we got was not in the same premises as shown in the pictures. Main compound has a restaurant, fitness centre, swimming pool however all these facilities were not available for us. West coast marina should clearly mention these details as this information is misleading. Living room did not have air condition and due to hot weather it was quite uncomfortable. I

Simply perfect!!

Apartments resort of construction, decoration and equipment of the highest level. In addition, the very professional service provided by the manager is a star hotel. Complete daily cleaning service. I do not think there is anything similar on the island for the price paid.

Perfection is only in heaven. To put a defect last we decided to stay one more night and the price charged was higher than the one paid in Booking when they also save the Booking service commission.
