1 notte a San Vito lo Capo

If you are staying in San Vito for a couple of nights we definitely recommend this B&B! The location is just perfect, 2 min walking to the heart of the town and 5 min walking to the beach. Plus it has a parking - so if you came with a car like we did, it is just perfect. Rooms are not big, but we got the room with a big balcony, which was really great. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and the host was really kind and available. Overall it was a great deal!

the location is nice. we had an early check-out, and owner made sure that we got our breakfast and coffee. all in all a good experience

it was cold. the owner was a bit uninterested at first, but served us a nice breakfast afterwards.

The b&b is located near the beach (it's just a 5 minutes walk) and the room was clean and cozy. The service from the staff was superb, they gave us all information we needed. The quality of bakery for breakfast was fresh and homemade, it's really crucial for us, because we've just had bad experian before coming to San Vito Lo Capo. As we mentioned before the service offered by the owner was nice and friendly so, we are surely going to come back and we highly recommend this b&b for a pleasant and relaxed stay.

An incredible area with a very kind staffing team!

1. Fantastic distance to the beach 2. The kindness of the staff/team 3. Delightful breakfast 4. Just far enough away from the super tourist trips 5. Spacious room!

nothing comes to mind. if I had to be super picky, I’d say that noise carries and we heard people in and out in the later evening

Recommendable for short stay in the town!

The location is very close to the beach. The owner was very kind. Communication was easy. The room has everything you need (proper shower with good pressure, comfortable big bed). There’s private parking close to the property for free. Highly recommended!

if you prefer to sleep late in the morning, ask for an upstairs room. You can hear people talking in the breakfast area in the morning if you stay at the room on the ground floor.

OK place in a beach town

This place has gotten very high scores by others but we could not really underatdn why. There is nothing wrong but just a general "blah". Very clearly set up to earn money off the summer crowds, everything very neutral and boring

High standard place to stay, close to everything

Extra nice and helpful people! Room86 is located in perfect location within walking distance to everywhere - supermarket, sea, beach, street with a lot of restaurants and to the main bus stop, too. Clean, comfy, good breakfast, good WiFi - I recommend it! Even though we have shown late and booked the stay ad hoc, the host was super nice and welcomed us with arms wide open, thank you! :)

Great bed, shower and clean apartment. After paying the same amounts in dark and old bnbs across Sicily we really appreciated the cleanliness and functionality of the room. Fantastic breakfast!!

If using the private parking careful when driving in up and down the ramp. Our car scratched the bottom a bit (Fiat panda).

Great location, walking distance to anything you need - city centre, cafes & tavernas. Very nice and helpful people running it. Breakfast was also nice. Nice sandwich, a small variation of fruits, yogurt, coffee, fruit juice. They have also offered us parking for free in the locked yard.

We had a room right at the street level, so it was noisy from nearby taverna and the street in the evening and also in the morning when the breakfast has started cause the window to the other side was right into little patio where the breakfast was served. Very tiny room but good enough if you just stay for short trip like we did over 1 night.

Nice room, unfortunately we we are the lower level...

... so when we opened the window, everybody could directly look in our room. Opening the bathroom window you were directly at the breakfast terrace. But the room was super clean, the staff very nice and the location is great. Parking was also super.

Exceptional service

To begin, the owner and the lady working with him are so, so sweet and hospitable. They really made you feel at home. The location was perfect and the room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious, as well. We’d stay here again! It really helped also that parking was included.

Comfortable and clean

Location quite close to the beach and very close to delicious sweets & ice cream places. Nice owner and early check-in in comparison to other places. Very clean room and bathroom. Room equipped with small fridge. Shared balcony available. Private closed parking. Tasty breakfast in a form of buffet.

Basic English makes it not so easy to communicate. We were told that private parking is in front of the building but it is actually about 200m further on the other side of the street, behind the gate in the courtyard - this has both advantages and disadvantages. Remember to unload your luggage before you go there.
