Впечатление хорошее, но испортили качество сна соседи

То что сделан ремонт общий и в номерах. Понравилось большое количество полотенец, мыло.

Не понравилось долгое оформление в номер. И то что нас заселили в соседнем номере жила девушка и 7 детей, которым мы сделали замечание и они не успокоились. Через 2 часа пришлось пойти на ресепшен и решать проблему иначе. Отдых был испорчен, тем что хотелось отдыхать а не слушать крики детей из соседнего номера . И еще нужно вытирать лучше пыль, на белой раковине все видно

If you are looking for somewhere loud inside and outside of your hotel with minimum hotel services but a comfortable bed

The location was about 10 mins away from downtown which was very convenient for weekend activities.

There were stains on the floor and the walls. The staff would not replace our towel unless we came downstairs with the old ones. The hotel smelled horrendous throughout the halls. Ants appeared in our bathroom floor mat after showering for a night.

Workers were very friendly and observant of problems. I believe they are afraid of the owner.

The shower was filled with black mold. I specifically requested that someone come in with and clean it however all that came back was that they are remodeling the bathrooms next and nothing can be done. That's a health hazard and inexcusable!!

The bathroom not only had black mold, the shelving under the sink countertop was separating. (See room 305). The faucet fixture in the sink is extremally loose. Even the bathroom pictures acrylic frontal covering was cracked in the upper right hand corner and elsewhere. The tacking holding the new rugs coming out of the bathroom was poorly done as the actual nails from the tacking cut into our feet. The tacking strips should have been knocked down with a mallet to insure that customers do not get injured.

The staff was nice and the stay was o.k. clean environment. Great price, but would probably look.

Newly renovated, but our shower was missing the shelf and screws were sticking out. Lighting in the bathroom was not enough.

Walls are too thin. Can hear everything.

PLEASANT AND WORTH IT!

Absolutely excellent

Did not like the front desk guy telling me I couldn’t see the room before I decided to continue with my booking. He stated that it was the company’s policy to not show the rooms to guests before they paid or booked. NEVER HAVE I EVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE EVER! However, he did finally let me see it and the room was stunning and worth penny. But in the future not letting a paying customer see where they are going to sleep at night could possibly cause people to go to other hotels where this would not be a problem.

When someone books ahead make sure to have a room available.

I drove 3 hours to get there and then tell me that they didn't have my room that I reserved a month earlier and they had to refund me and then had to get a smaller room for more money!
