Very close to two important golf courses and the leisure area of the Arenal (Mallorca). Villa of 320 m² built on a plot of 1300 m². With private pool of 50 m². With a beautiful garden and terraces. - some of the furniture has seen better days. The beds in upstairs kids room needs to be changed- the mattresses in that room were so worn down not even our children could sleep there so they slept on the sofa. We bought wineglasses ourselves since it and some other things were missing in the kitchen. With just a little TLC this house would be a gem

Had a great time staying here. We were 8 adults. House was super spacious and we loved the pool and outdoor seating area. About a 20 minute drive from Palma which worked well for us. Highly recommend!

The villa is lovely but has potential to be fabulous. The pool area is great , large pool and plenty of sun loungers. This was a godsend as the temp did not go below 35’. The house was very hot at night which fans didn’t really help. Could do with air con. We were plagued by mosquitoes so take your citronella. The house badly needs door and window screens to avoid the pests getting in. The lounge has a musty smell and couches could do with an upgrade. One was covered in dog hair. The fridge did not keep produce cold enough although we had it at the coldest setting. We ended up throwing some food out.
The grounds are large and my grandson had fun picking limes and pomegranates from the trees. The area is quiet with lovely views of the sea. Nice large balconies lead from two of the bedrooms. There are a couple of supermarkets very close by and also a few small restaurants. 30 minutes drive into Palma City.
The one thing I would ask the owner is that he puts up a sign in the master bathroom about the floor being very slippery when wet. I slipped and fell coming out of the shower and have been left with bruising to my ribs.
Jeroni was very polite and helpful and certainly a good host. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday.

The host was super nice and flexible, the place was very big and well furnished with clean towels and everything you need in the kitchen : we absolutely recommend. The house is a bit far from the city but it is the only down point.

Jeroni is a really good host. Relaxed and friendly. But we had Some trouble with the neigbours and noise, they vallend the police the first night before midnight. They could’ve just came to us and say it was too loud. Jeroni said it was no problem so that was nice.

Schöner Urlaub mit großem Pool und perfektem Ausblick
Das Objekt hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage mit einem schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Alles war sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Einkaufsmarkt ist ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und hat alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und empfehlen die Villa gerne weiter.

Perfecte villa
Een prima huis met ruime kamers, een prima keuken, en een geweldig terras met zwembad. Jeroni is een erg aardige en behulpzame man die tussendoor zelfs het zwembad nog even checkt, zonder dat je merkt dat hij geweest is.

Etwas älter mit schönen Pool
Großes Haus, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Wohnzimmer war sehr muffig. Aber die Schlafzimmer, Küche Und Bad waren vollkommen in Ordnung! Sehr schöner Pool! Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Strand etwa die gleiche Entfernung! Mit dem Bus ist man in nicht mal 30 min in El Arenal oder in 45 min in Palma. Das klappt super!
Wir hatten mit 6 Frauen ein tolles Partywochenende mit sehr Erholsamen Tagen! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und steht für Fragen immer bereit!

Okay. Nicht geeignet für Badeferien. Nicht sehr gemütlich. Auto dringend empfohlen!
Das Haus ist gross, mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Jedoch ist die Küche kaum vorhanden (Auswärts essen empfohlen) und die Betten riechen nach Käse. Bis auf Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind keine Basics vorhanden und müssen gekauft werden (Klarspühler für Waschmaschine, Lappen, etc.).
Ist geplant Abends in den Ausgang zu gehen (S'Arenal, Palma) empfiehlt sich das Haus nicht. Der Bus fährt spärlich, aber die Taxipreise sind relativ günstig (15 - 25€).
Für Badeferien ist man hier auch am falschen Ort. Die Gegend grenzt an eine Klippe, sodass man nach S'Arenal muss um den Strand zu erreichen.
Der nächste Laden ist 2km entfernt, was gut 20min Fussmarsch entspricht.
Ein Auto ist wirklich zu empfehlen!

Gute Lage, weg vom Ballermann aber doch nah genug am Geschehen.
Positiv:
Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool, unbeheizt aber beleuchtet. Perfekt für größere Reisegruppe. Preis/Leistung ok. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und antwortet auch per WhatsApp sehr schnell. Sehr schöne, große Terrasse direkt am Pool. Großer Grill. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!!!
Negativ:
Bettwäsche könnte sauberer sein. Auch die Betten selber könnten mal ausgetauscht und gegen neue ersetzt werden. Die Küche ist ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen, reicht aber vollkommen aus.

Ideale villa voor een groep jongeren tussen de 19 en 22 jaar
We hebben deze villa met 9 jongeren tussen de 19 en 22 jaar gehuurd voor 8 dagen. Het is een ideale villa voor onze groep. Er kan lekker muziek geluisterd worden, zonder dat er sprake is van overlast. Ook het zwembad is ideaal. Jeroni (eigenaar) is makkelijk in de omgang. Even een appje of e-mailtje en hij reageert in no-time. Verder kwam hij een keer of 3 het zwembad schoonmaken, maar hoorde we hem niet over de rotzooi die wij hadden gemaakt. Bij het uitchecken kregen we ook meteen onze borg terug, nadat we een rondje met hem door de Villa hadden gemaakt. Al met al, een echte aanrader! Stappen in Arenal is goed te doen, even een taxi bellen en ze brengen je naar de strip. Lopen is niet te doen.

The Finca is very nice, very clean, great pool and outside area. Check-in and check-out worked without any problems and Jeroni helped us with all our questions. We would definetly come again.

Ive stayed for 4 nights with 9 friends of mine. Very clean house with comfortable interior (e.g. SONOS sound system). Very good situation (10 to Arenal, 15 min to airport, 20 min to Palma by car).

Nice finca in good location
We had a pleasant stay in this finca, which is located in a quite neighbourhood. The house owner is very attentive and eager to help out. The pool as well as the terrace are superb. The only minor complaints are that the kitchen is equipped a bit sparsely (f.e., knifes are rather blunt and the dishwasher didn't work for us), but nothing too bad. Would recommend.

perfecte vakantie ook voor jongeren
wij waren een groep van 10 jongens van 18 tot 20 jaar. hierdoor waren we al heel blij dat we een villa met zwembad konden huren. En het heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Een hele aardige en behulpzame eigenaar die je alles kan vragen. Een super zwembad en alles wat je nodig hebt in het huis. Het huis was ook goed schoongemaakt en de eigenaar kwam om de 2 dagen langs om het zwembad te onderhouden. Supermarkt is op loopafstand te doen. Het enige probleem is dat je wel altijd met de taxi naar het centrum van El Arenal moest, maar dit kost niet heel veel, zelfs niet met zo veel mensen. we hebben echt een super week gehad en voor herhaling vatbaar!! ik zou deze villa zeker aanbevelen voor andere vakantiegangers, zowel jong als oud.

Very nice house with lots of space
We spent a week in Jeronis house and had a perfect vacation. The house has a nice location, a great big pool and enough space for our group of nine people. If you go to Mallorca, you should stay in this finca!

Die Finca ist wie im Text beschrieben. In einer ruhigen Nachbarschaftslage, zentral nach Arenal. Ein Supermarkt ist ca 3 km entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Kann man durchaus empfehlen.

Wir haben 5 schöne Tage hier verbracht. Ruhige Lage, kurze Wege zum Supermarkt (3km) und nach Arenal. ( 10 min). Die Finca hat alles was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Ein Traum
Wir waren zu sechst für eine Woche im Juni 2014 in dieser Villa. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen "Urbanizacion" ungefähr 20 Autominuten von Palma entfernt. An die Playa de Palma (El Arenal) fährt man mit dem Auto etwa 10 Minuten. Viele weitere schöne Strände im Süden der Insel sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 20-45 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Auto sollte man unbedingt mieten (schon nur zum Einkaufen). Der nächste Supermercado ist in der nächsten Urbanizacion. Es gibt nur ein kleines Restaurant in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Das Haus selber ist in gutem Zustand. Ein grosser moderner Kühlschrank und ein getrennter Tiefkühler stehen zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmässig ausgestattet, aber für eine Woche Ferien absolut ausreichend. Da das Haus zwar fünf Schlafzimmer besitzt, zwei davon aber kleinere Kinderzimmer sind, war es für uns zu sechst (3 Paare) optimal. Die Veranda und der Pool sind fabelhaft um zu verweilen. WiFi, TV (zur WM-Zeit wichtig), Soundanlage, Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Da wir oft zu Hause gegessen haben, war für uns wichtig, dass das Haus über einen Grill verfügt. Trotz fehlender Klimaanlage (oder wir haben sie nicht gefunden, aber durch die gute Isolation auch nicht gebraucht) war es immer angenehm im Haus.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Falls wir irgendwelche Probleme gehabt hätten, wäre es jederzeit möglich gewesen ihn zu kontaktieren. Dies war glücklicherweise nicht nötig.
Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und waren sehr zufrieden.

Top verblijf gehad!
Wij zijn aan het eind van onze vakantie met een groep van 8 jongens tussen de 18 en 20 in deze villa verbleven. We hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad en de villa was voor een vakantiegroep met jongeren helemaal perfect. Als we een keer ergens hulp mee nodig hadden hielp de eigenaar, Jeroni, ons daar ook mee. Met de taxi konden we ook gemakkelijk de uitgaansgebieden bereiken dus dat was ook geen probleem. Ik zou deze villa zeker aanbevelen, hij is nog beter dan je op de foto's kan zien.

Schöne Villa
Wir verbrachten eine Woche zu zehnt (alles Jungs) unseren Sommerurlaub in dieser Villa. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Pool wirklich gross genug. Der Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Auto um an den Strand und zum Einkaufen zu fahren ist sicherlich empfehlenswert.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, was vor allem am Abend für junge Leute etwas hinderlich ist. Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage.
Die Villa kann auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen werden.
