Beautifully renovated and furnished one-bedroom condo with an ocean view of the Wildwood Crest beach. Our unit is located on the 4th floor, allowing for an outstanding view, and is around the corner from the elevator for easy access to the unit. Quartz countertops, bamboo floors, and a 50-inch television in the living room with free internet access. There is a crystal fireplace to add ambiance to the unit especially during the winter months or for a romantic getaway. The bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, and a convertible ottoman, which converts to a single bed when needed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Condo unit will sleep 6. The unit is assigned its own parking spot close to the elevator. This is a smoke-free, pet-free condo, and one renter must be 25 years or older.

Summer Sands is a beachfront condo complex with two heated pools with kiddie area, six barbecues, and five community use sun decks with chairs, umbrellas, sun longueurs, and tables. These amenities will be available for use in May through mid-September. There is also a coin-operated laundry room for your convenience, which is located around the corner.

Summer Sands is located towards the end of Wildwood Crest by Diamond Beach and Cape May. This location is minutes away from the amusement rides and games on the Wildwood boardwalk, and 10 minutes away from Cape May. In the summer, there is a trolley to take you to the boardwalk if you do not feel like driving. Additionally, there is a beach bar at the Icona Hotel that is gorgeous and within walking distance.

It was okay, loved the location of being on the beach! It took us 4 attempts to check in at the front office. No one was there on day one of arrival, we checked in late on 2nd day. We had one of the worst parking spots for owning a Dodge Ram 1500! Room was nice and clean, owner was very cooperative! Able to check in early!

The place was great and most importantly, clean! We stayed here in March so it was still cold and I reached out to the owners with questions about the heating and they got back to me immediately. It was lovely, we’d stay again.

Off season was perfect for a relaxing getaway in a small but very comfortable and inviting unit. The condo had everything required to unwind and enjoy the close proximity to the beach. Very safe and family friendly area to vacation. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. A wonderful stay.

This condo was BEAUTIFUL and exactly what we needed. It had a beautiful view, close to all the main activities and restaurants. The bed was super comfortable, the whole place had a nice "home" feeling. Very peacful condo, and parking was very convenient. Cant wait for our stay next year.

The space was conveniently located very near wildwood. you can see the sunset from the porch and walk right down the stairs to the beach for sunrise in the morning. The electric fireplace was so very cozy!

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend getaway very much. We stayed in March so beach was empty and the weather wasn't the greatest, so we just relaxed and chilled with the fireplace. Walking distance to main boardwalk and activities though we decided to drive because of the temps and wind. My husband and I were comfortable but if you have children, there not a lot of "play" space for them. Also a narrow kitchen with a 2-burner stove. Not meant for more than 1 person preparing meals. Overall very relaxing and comfortable in a great location at a very affordable rate. I loved being able to see the ocean while playing games and eating at the table. (We took our own games. I didn't see any available. Just an FYI, I didn't expect them to be supplied) Owner was extremely quick with responding to my questions and very accommodating

The condo was clean, comfortable and well kept. The owner was responsive and kind. Some of the common areas, however, like the elevator, balconies and garbage areas were not clean and looked like they needed maintenance or updating.

We had an amazing time here at wildwood crest. The condo is basically right on the beach & is about a 5 minute drive to the wildwood boardwalk. The only thing I would suggest is that we brought our own towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets. There are blankets, pillows, and a couple of towels provided but I don’t believe there were any sheets on the bed. Other than that, the pictures do the condo justice!

Very cute, clean, updated property. Very close to the ocean, you can see the sea from the front door. I was in for a very short trip associated with the Escape-the-Cape Open Water race. The property is a quick drive to the Ferry terminal.

My husband and I traveled to the area for a friends retirement party Saturday and stayed Sunday to Tuesday to celebrate Mother’s Day. The unit was perfect for us. The weather was windy and rainy unfortunately but overall we had a great time! The bed was comfortable and the fireplace gave off some great heat! Will definitely stay here again! The location is amazing!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time in the unit. We stayed off-season (early April) so there were few people around. We loved being right at the beach entrance and took advantage of the location to walk on the beach every single day. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us. We hope that we'll have an opportunity to return again.
