In primis la disponibilità della Sig.ra Lydia, host particolarmente attenta alle esigenze degli suoi ospiti, l’abbiamo disturbata per un banale problema alla tv e celermente si é prodigata, necessitavamo di posto auto e ci ha fornito addirittura un box privato adiacente alla struttura, abbiamo approfittato dei suoi azzeccati suggerimenti in fatto di ristoranti/attrazioni e ricordatevi che se andate alle terme…gli accappatoi sono disponibili quelli del bagno(ottimo servizio). Per quanto concerne la soluzione abitativa, ci complimentiamo per gli spazi ed il buon gusto inerente a materiali/design top!

Perfetto, sarei rimasta molto di più

Spettacolare, super curata fin nell’ultimo dettaglio, con tutti i comfort, super wi-fi, arredata con molto gusto e IN centro, volendo non hai più bisogno della macchina e non fai in tempo ad uscire che sei già sotto i portici. La signora super gentile e pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Da tornarci assolutamente

Highly recommended. And the town of Merano is great!

Amazing apartment in a great classical building. Very central. Comfortable bed, excellent reading lights, really quiet (thick stone walls), very friendly and helpful hosts.

Upon arrival I missed the hotel and had to continue along a one-way street. It took some manoeuvring along other one-way streets to get back.

Un perfetto weekend a Merano

La proprietaria, Lidia è una persona molto disponibile e simpatica. Ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. L'appartamento ben ristrutturato, era pulitissimo e ben accessoriato, per di più nel centro della città. Comodissimo!

Meraviglioso

La gestione da parte della signora Lidia è stata impeccabile. L'accortezza nei dettagli della casa è stata ammirevole. Persino un astuccio nespresso Roma (il mio preferito) senza saperlo.. tanto per fare un esempio.

Exceptional Location, Great Value and Amazing Host

Can not say enough good things about this lovely property which is convenient to everything including short distance to public parking. Elevator is a bonus. Can unload luggage and then park car. Lydia is a wonderful owner and her recommendations for restaurants and things to do made for a memorable trip. Loved this property and can’t wIt to return.

Property is exceptional. Wish it had a relaxing chair or two other than those around the dining table, but their are two comfortable ottomans that worked for us .

Einfach Top, gut erholt nach Hause gekommen!

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, sie hat uns sogar Ihren Garagenplatz überlassen! Die Lage ist super, ca. 100m von der Hauptgasse entfernt. Wir haben auch gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen :-)

Rundum schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr saubere, wohnliche kleine Ferienwohnung. Grundausstattung in der Küche (Kaffee, Espresso, Zucker, etc.) vorhanden, so dass man nicht als Erstes einkaufen gehen muss, um morgens einen Kaffee trinken zu können. Eine Wohnung, in der man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter hätte aufhalten können, ohne dass einem die Decke auf den Kopf fällt. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig.

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

Unser Geheimtipp in Meran

Schon der Empfang von der Wohnungseigentümerin war sehr freundlich und sehr informativ. Sie zeigte uns ausführlich die Wohnung und nahm sich Zeit für unsere Fragen. Die Wohnung ist ein rühmliches Kleinod mitten im Zentrum. Wir haben die Stadt zu Fuß erkundet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, sämtliche Details samt zB Bettwäsche sind mit viel Liebe und Gespür gewählt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I plan on returning to this property at least once a year because it was so perfect.

The apartment is very stylish, classic in its decor and in a perfect location. It is easily the best location to be found in Merano. The decor, the linens, the amenities all exceeded our expectations.

I forgot my converter and was disappointed not to find one in the apartment. But it was such a minor thing compared to how wonderful the property is, I bought a converter and left it behind so that no one can complain about such a minor thing.

Great central location with underground parking nearby. The whole building was recently refurbished and the apartment was very nice, clean, and quiet. The host is lovely and helpful.

An apartment with everything you need. The location is centrally located in the old town and literally steps away from shops, restaurants and attractions. parking a bonus and communication from host exemplary. elevator, parking, Nespresso, comfortable bed, great shower - do not look any further

Excellent value, 5 star service from what feels likes a friend

Great location, excellent communication pre-arrival and during the stay. It felt like having a local friend with you, who you could ask for recommendations. Assistance with parking and checkin was above and beyond one could have expected. Great modern interior, steps away from downtown. Parking is an easy 3 min walk away

Finding the keys for checkin could have been easier. Maybe a lock box?

Fabulous!

Very convenient location near bus, grocery, bakery, and a short walk to the river. Very stylish, quiet due to great windows, modern appliances and fast WiFi. Good washer with dryer feature and we loved having a Nespresso, just like home. Good communication with the landlady although we never met.

It would be helpful to have a welcome packet or at least some instructions in the apartment regarding the trash and recycling. I think I did it incorrectly but had no direction. We had to ask for the WiFi password so that should be prominently displayed.

Excellent choice

Location was fantastic and the loft apartment I stayed in was in superb condition with all the facilities you might want for an extremely comfortable stay. Wifi was reliable and strong. Lydia our host was very accommodating in all our requests and changes
