A localização é excelente, e na altura a que fomos -1ª sem de Junho, a praia foi muito prazerosa tal como o uso das piscinas também. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos O espaço envolvente é muito agradável

A limpeza e manutenção da cozinha podia ser melhor O sofá necessita de uma mudança dado que já está com sinais de uso

Localização, Proximidade da praia, Convivências ( piscina térmica, estacionamento). Atendimento do staff excelente ( educação, empatia).

A Internet é muito deficiente funciona de forma intermitente.

Great resort, we like the little apartments, nice view, beach and pools

food was fabulous, sea view was gorgeous and so was the location being on the beach.

I think guests need to be made aware in advance that swimming caps are needed to use the indoor pool, and that times are limited as to when you can use it. Also disappointed we couldn't use the sauna, unless we paid extra. Cost of a beer is double what you would pay outside the hotel.

Das Essen im Restaurant Atlantik ist der Hammer. Als halbpensionsgast hat man aber nur eine begrenzte Karte. Die Massagen waren aussergewöhnlich gut.

In einer Woche 3 Venventions davon eine mit rund weit über 100 Leuten !

Personeel is heel attent en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn piekfijn in orde en appreciatie voor de leuke extra's zoals dagelijks bijvullen van de nespresso capsules en plat water. Ontbijtbuffet is super. Spa is zeker en vast een bezoek waard. Onze massages waren top ! Ochtendwandeling over het strand is zalig.

Thema-diner op vrijdagavond viel wat tegen. Schotel werd niet echt warm opgediend en door het groot aantal eetlustigen was de gezelligheid in het Atlantico Restaurant toen ver te zoeken en had je het gevoel dat je in een lawaaierige eetzaal zat.

Die Lage ist toll direkt am Strand und das Frühstüxksbuffet ist fantastisch (insb das Müsli).

Der heated indoor Pool war für uns Grund, das Hotel für Ende November zu buchen. Vor Ort mussten wir dann feststellen, dass die Nutzung nur von 9-11h und 13-15h möglich war.

Café da manhã foi muito bom.

Tinha apenas um elevador funcionando, o que causava uma certa demora na locomoção.

Aire acondicionado no funcionaba, caja fuerte no funcionaba, desayuno bastante pobre con muy poca variedad... no es adecuado para un resort de 5 estrellas.

Excelente localização, sobre a praia de Santa Eulália. Destaco também o SPA e a qualidade e variedade do pequeno almoço. Recomendo.

Una estancia de 10, el complejo superó mis expectativas. Los alrededores y las vistas espectaculares. Muy tranquilo. Detalles increíbles. Desayuno muy variado. Volveremos 100%.

La chambre était avec vu sur la mer. Le déjeuner était vraiment bon. L’hôtel était bien dans son ensemble.

Le personnel est un peu snob. Lorsque tu réserve sur Booking.com il te place dans la plus veille section de l’hôtel qui est bien. Manger dans les restos autour de l’hôtel mieux et moins dispendieux.

L’emplacement le long de la mer, la plage, les piscines, l’appartement très spacieux et confortable

Location, staff and food was great. Breakfast was particulary good.

Room hadn't been cleaned very well. The beds were together with seperate bedding. We asked for the bedding to be changed but this didn't happen. The room although ok could do with being updated.

Breakfast was identical each day and not that interesting. Located on the outskirts of Albufeira; requires car/Uber to go to Old Town. Small pool that primarily targets children.

Requested water at reception, they said they would send some to the room, but it never turned up. Requested that it was a birthday celebration but also nothing special was offered. Dinner was not good for vegetarians.

Prices of food and drink very high . Understandable high season that accomodation expensive but the food and drinks far more than in town

Staff, food, atmosphere

Sounds of discotheques from outside of the hotel are way too loud on Saturdays nights. We could not sleep well till 6 o'clock in the morning
