Ein schöner Abschluß unseres Urlaubs

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wenngleich etwas mehr glutenfreie Varianten an Brot und Gebäck wünschenswert wären. Die Lage mit dem eigenen Strand ist sehr gut.

Für den Preis und die Sterne-Klassifikation sollten alle Einrichtungen funktionieren. Bei und funktionierte der Mischbatterie nicht richtig (Umschalten zwischen Dusche und Wanne) und das Licht auf der Terrasse ging nicht. Wünschenswert wäre auch eine getrennte Bettdecken-Option. Es wird zwar ein Shuttle ins nahegelegene Albufeira angeboten, jedoch nicht nach Faro. Auch fehlen Informationen zum Öffentlichen Nahverkehr, um die naheliegenden Orte zu erreichen.

Tudo impecável!

De tudo, da proximidade a praia, das piscinas, dos restaurantes, da limpeza, do conforto, da disponibilidade, do estacionamento coberto. Tudo perfeito ! Ferias com bebe de um ano. Tudo super facilitado. Inicialmente marcamosi umas ferias de uma semana e acabamos por ficar duas ! Sem duvida a repetir !

De nada, a não ser a simpatia dos funcionários que foram bastante atenciosos.

Não gostei de nada, não aconselho este hotel fiquei muito desiludida sendo considerado um hotel de 5 estrelas tem condições piores que certos hotéis de menos estrelas. Fiquei num apartamento com um quarto onde o quarto cheirava muito a mofo a cama quando nós se mexíamos fazia muito barulho, sem insonorização ouvia-se tudo o que as pessoas que se encontravam ao lado ou em cima diziam, onde ao trocarem as toalhas colocaram uma toalha de bidê suja de sangue, piscinas com falta de manutenção. Sres. Gestores e administradores deste hotel tenham vergonham de apresentar este hotel de 5 estrelas da maneira que se encontra aos hospedes e devem fazer remodelações para que possam considerar um hotel de 5 estrelas. Chamo á atenção todos os serviços adicionais com preços muito elevados.

food was fabulous, sea view was gorgeous and so was the location being on the beach.

I think guests need to be made aware in advance that swimming caps are needed to use the indoor pool, and that times are limited as to when you can use it. Also disappointed we couldn't use the sauna, unless we paid extra. Cost of a beer is double what you would pay outside the hotel.

Enorm genoten van de vorzieningen, rust en prachtige ligging van het resort.

Personeel is heel attent en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn piekfijn in orde en appreciatie voor de leuke extra's zoals dagelijks bijvullen van de nespresso capsules en plat water. Ontbijtbuffet is super. Spa is zeker en vast een bezoek waard. Onze massages waren top ! Ochtendwandeling over het strand is zalig.

Thema-diner op vrijdagavond viel wat tegen. Schotel werd niet echt warm opgediend en door het groot aantal eetlustigen was de gezelligheid in het Atlantico Restaurant toen ver te zoeken en had je het gevoel dat je in een lawaaierige eetzaal zat.

Das Essen im Restaurant Atlantik ist der Hammer. Als halbpensionsgast hat man aber nur eine begrenzte Karte. Die Massagen waren aussergewöhnlich gut.

Wir waren Ende November da und es war während der Woche angenehm ruhig. Am Wochenende dagegen finden Veranstaltungen/

Die Lage ist toll direkt am Strand und das Frühstüxksbuffet ist fantastisch (insb das Müsli).

Der heated indoor Pool war für uns Grund, das Hotel für Ende November zu buchen. Vor Ort mussten wir dann feststellen, dass die Nutzung nur von 9-11h und 13-15h möglich war.

Agréable

La chambre était avec vu sur la mer. Le déjeuner était vraiment bon. L’hôtel était bien dans son ensemble.

Le personnel est un peu snob. Lorsque tu réserve sur Booking.com il te place dans la plus veille section de l’hôtel qui est bien. Manger dans les restos autour de l’hôtel mieux et moins dispendieux.

Location, staff and food was great. Breakfast was particulary good.

Room hadn't been cleaned very well. The beds were together with seperate bedding. We asked for the bedding to be changed but this didn't happen. The room although ok could do with being updated.
