Expensive not flexible and not a place to go for a breakfast. Great apartment but lacking in some as

Sofa bed very comfortable for two people

No bar facility and very limited. Ní tonic water or any ice to mix spirits. Was told it was not obligatory that ice was stocked so no G and T or iced martinis. Gate to pool closed so had to remove shies to get access to pool areas. Toilet not flushing and control fell off wall. Studio initially offered was extremely small so had to upgrade. Car parking over 120 for a week so after upgrading room and car park it added another 500 for a weeks stay. Not a good price and totally non negotiable. Very very strict check out as was rang at 10.04 to ask where were we and when were we going to check out. This was after a 17.00 check in.

Great location, everything else rather average

Location was very good, 5 minutes walk from the beach (although in this area a large part of the beach is private - owned by the hotels, and not accessible to the public). It was great to have private parking, the public parking is rather expensive in that area of Cannes. They had swimming pool and sauna (although we did not use). Private property, gated, so you can only enter if you had the access codes.

The apartment was not very clean, no toiletries whatsoever offered (it is rather disappointing not to provide you with a basic soap so that you can wash your hands after going to the toilet), 1 toilet paper roll for 4 nights stay. We could have both these beforehand but there was no indication at any point that they do not provide basic toiletries and facilities. A very tall bathtub, difficult to get in to take a shower (a shower would have been much more useful, as it would have been easier to use and probably a bit cleaner). Fan not working in the bathroom, so we had to ventilate the steam through the room and balcony (easier to do in summer, but inconvenient in April). When we checked in, there was at the reception a member of staff that wasn’t particularly nice (although at checkout the person there was nice). Constant reminders in the room that you had to clean the room yourself on checkout (otherwise you will be charged extra). This made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable like we were expected to leave a mess (not everyone will do so). A very small car park with small parking spaces.

location was great, bed super comfortable

you could hear lots of people through the walls. a bit hard to sleep because of loud noises. there was no shampoo conditioner or extra rolls of toilet paper

Everything provided. There is a pool a kitchen. Nice location. Shopping street around the corner, beach down the street. Pretty garden. Very kind staff. The balcony size changes per room.

Folding the bed in and out every day is very heavy. The room is too small whe the bed is out, you can’t walk around it. The table is suare and in a bad shape, you will bump into it. you have to bring your own towel for swimming. There was construction down the road at the time.

Great overall

It was so much better than I thought! It was great value for money. The staff were so nice - they let us check in early.

The wifi was so bad but we knew it would be like that reading previous reviews. It never worked the whole time we were there. The jacuzzis were freezing. And the rules were crazy - especially the cleaning charge threats.

nice hotel, great location!

Great location, walking distance to beach and stores in town. Nice heated pool and great spacious terraces. Functional kitchen. Good value hotel.

There is a lot of construction going on at the Carlton next door. very loud during the day if you’re trying to relax on the terrace or at the pool. also Minor, but Would be nice to have towels and sheets ready in the room vs having to carry them up with your luggage.

Location was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpfull, especially when I was taken into hospital, the room was very clean but with wasted space that could have accommodated extra drawers or a cupboard, would definitely visit again and certainly recommend the hotel

A brilliant location and great security, lovely place and very friendly staff, would highly recommend these apartments.

location was very good,lovely spa.

We arrived late at night around 10 pm.We had to find a supermarket to get some milk for a cup of tea after traveling all day, and no bottled water in the building g either .A little welcome pack in the apartment would have been great , even if we had to pay for it.The receptionist was helpful in giving us directions to the supermarket, but no milk could be got at reception.

excellent location and helpful staff.

no hand soap was provided which is a basic necessity especially in the current climate. Basic housekeeping had to be undertaken by guests such as stripping the bed, emptying the bin and cleaning the floor

Thé location is excellent and we were going to SPA every evening (we were traveling in November)

You have to clean the room before leaving and the check-out is at 10am, at the same time check-in time at 5pm…

Very relaxing, I would definitely stay here again :-)

The location couldn't have been better, just steps away from La Croisette - what more could you want! The setting was lovely too, we had a beautiful view of the garden which was very relaxing to look at when sitting on the balcony having breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here!

Location. Right next to shopping and beach. Rather quiet as well.

It felt a bit filthy. There is a foldout sofa in the studio, not a proper bed. The wooden rails under the mattress may fall out.

Great location and a good place to stay in Cannes

Great location and comfortable rooms.

The other guests were a bit loud at night and in the morning and it was easy to hear doors slamming and guests talking outside our room.

this property is good for young couple with children and without any bussines needes.

nice place for family

extremely poor wifi internet was very very slow or lost in all parts of premises: lobby, rooms or garden. We left properties one day before we paid just because of impossibility to open a document from email. The swimming pool is just for children, there were a lot of them at every moment and often without parents.
