De kamer was prima. Schoon en netjes

Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen. Ook is er een minibar, maar als je er wat uit gebruikt krijg je vette rekening. Koffie was slecht.

Achei tudo muito bom relação preço e qualidade. Os lanches no bar da piscina eram óptimos.

Had beter verwacht

De ligging direct aan Turia park. Het ontbijt was uiteindelijk prima (geen 10, wat ik had verwacht).

De kamer, vooral erg kleine badkamer. Het ontbijt had ik beter verwacht, werd niet altijd aangevuld en het personeel was daar niet heel erg vriendelijk.

Kiva hotelli lukuunottamatta huoneiden äänieristystä.

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisiä. Hyvä sijainti.

Huoneiden äänieristys erityisen heikko. Ovet paukkuivat ja käytäviltä puhe häiritsi nukkumista.

Comfortable hotel that's a good base for exploring the city center

A modern comfortable hotel within walking distance of the metro. The staff were helpful and courteous and the breakfast was excellent.

Ich bin bereits zum wiederholten Male in dem Hotel gewesen, da ich die für mich sehr gute Lage und den guten Service seh

Die gute Lage direkt am Turia-Park. Der Service mit der Bestellung von Abendessen aufs Zimmer. Das sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet.

Die Drehtür am Haupteingang war den gesamten Zeitraum defekt.

Muy mala relación precio calidad. Decepcionante.

El desayuno es muy bueno, camas cómodas y baño limpio.

El área de spa no funcionaba correctamente. El sauna se encontraba apagado y la piscina helada. Decepcionante en un hotel 4 estrellas y de elevado costo. Durante una noche se rompió una ventana y debimos pasar en un piso 10 con la ventana abierta y mucho frío. Sumado a eso, las tarjetas permanentemente se desmagnetizaban y debíamos solicitar nueva activación. Cuando quisimos hablar con el gerente, el mismo no se encontraba en el hotel durante todo el fin de semana, y los empleados de recepción no solucionaron nuestro problema. Poca amabilidad ante el planteo de los diversos problemas. Realmente decepcionante.

Parfait.

Excellent accueil, le personnel est très serviables gentil. Grande amplitude de réservation, vraiment pratique pour les transit. La piscine est petite mais très agréable et très propre. Salle de sport bien équipée. Petit déjeuner copieux, très bon et varié. Nous recommandons.

Agradable estancia

Ubicación adecuada, no tan lejos del centro de Valencia a la cual se puede llegar caminando, y cerca de la estación de autobuses. La habitación amplia, incluimos una cama adicional para nuestra bebé, sin incidencias en la misma, y sin gastos adicionales.

Good hotel, if you get the right room.

Second time here. Very good breakfast, very nice staff, good position. But...

... I was given a different room from the one I had choosen by the online check-in (I had asked for room 1104). Room 1116 was VERY VERY noisy, since it is next to the stairs to the terrace with swimming-pool and café. Customers and staff use it till late, so I could barely sleep seven nights long.

Location, cleanliness, good A/C, friendly staff, good food at the restaurant.

Breakfast starts at 7am when a lot of travelers have to wake up way earlier to catch a flight therefore unable to have breakfast

Everything was very good: room size, bed, location, small refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine in our room. Bar and gym at the roof

You can see a bus station from the window, but there are many other benefits. Really very good hotel

Clean and comfortable room, good location. Friendly and helpful staff.

At nights some guests were very noisy - but nobody care, like there is no rules about night time.

Staff was nice and helpful, cleanliness of the rooms was good

Poor sound insulation, you can hear sounds from other rooms, as well as water flow in the pipes. Facilities need to be upgrated since the building seems old. I wouldn't rate this hotel for 4 stars
