très déçue de ma réservation

Pas de clim dans la chambre et bruit de 22 h du soir à 6 h du matin le personnel qui est censé être disponible la nuit n'a fait aucune ronde,,,,,,, alors que nous avons eu de la musique des éclats de voix etc la nuit complète,,,, impossible de fermer l'oeil,,,,,,,,,,,, le prix est quand même cher pour un ibis budget et une chaleur dans la chambre c'était atroce,,,,, oh mon Dieu qu'elle nuit

Bloedheet in de kamers. Ik wist van tevoren natuurlijk dat het een 2 sterren hotel was en mijn verwachtingen dus niet te hoog waren maar ik, mijn vrouw en zoon, hebben vanwege de extreme warmte geen oog dicht kunnen doen.

Grand parking. Situation calme. Petit déjeuner complet.

Quelques bruits entendus dans la nuit pas vraiment gênants. L'insonorisation pourrait être améliorée.

La facilité à trouver, l'emplacement

Chambre négligée.. odeur de renfermé, la télévision n'est pas visible sur la totalité du lit, et le meilleurs se trouve dans la salle de bains : plafond avec trace d'humidité car pas de vmc, les joints de douche noirs le contours du lavabo arraché. Cette chambre étant une chambre handicapé, c'est inadmissible de louer une chambre à des handicapés dans cet état !

Very close to highway and also close to Aix-les-Bains. good option if you look for a stop over. clean, easy to find, safe and overall convenient for a night.

We had trouble getting to sleep as the room didn't have air conditioning and was very hot even with the window wide open. Apart from that it was all good

Breakfast OK. Location ,near to visit our son The staff are very pleasant Cheap but no excuse for dirtyness

Bathroom dirty, horrible mould in shower. Carpets not vacuumed. No plug . Only 1 thin pillow but given another when we asked.Only 1 thin towel each Booked for 3 nights but left after 3 Probably worst hotel I've ever stayed in

The worst check in in history

Nothing

Everything. My mother was in transit. We got this hotel because of it's proximity to the road and that it allowed pets. It also said 24h check in and I knew my mother might get there late (depending on traffic). My mother had to wait over an hour outside at early morning hours before checking in. There was no one there to attend her, only a machine that asked for a number to be able to open the door. The problem is that number was never sent to us by email or by booking (it was not the confirmation number or the pin number they provided). We contacted the help center like 15 times and when someone answered it kept disconnecting (then the whole process again with a totally different person and like that multiple times, and sometimes with people that only spoke french). We also tried contacting by phone and we were just hang up multiple times. After over an hour a person finally came complaining about having to come (saying she wasn't supposed to work). Additionally, my mother had to do the payment process in the machine multiple times and is still scared that they might charge her multiple times. The process was soo frustrating for my mother that I totally regret getting her this place and fully recommend to avoid it.

The bed was quite comfortable, the duvet not too heavy and the room temperature good.

Pretty spartan room but it is reflected in the price.

Standard Ibis Budget just somewhat overpriced

Breakfast was a junkfest. All sweets, nothing savory poor coffee and too little choice for the price

Good value. For one night on our way to southern France it was perfect but obviously you would not to vacation in a hotel like that.
