Not awful but probably won’t come back

The staff checking in were very nice and they are very accommodating towards small children

It doesn’t feel very clean and the man who checked us out was very rude

Memnun kaldım genel olarak 🇹🇷

Tesis genel olarak güzeldi. Memnun kaldım. Fakat tek sıkıntı ödeme kısmında anlamadığım şekilde farklı çıkması oldu. Normalde booking den vergi dahil daha farklı bir fiyat çıkıyordu ama ödemeyi daha farklı aldılar. Onun dışında çok iyiydi.

The hotel I would choose again

The surprise was that our rooms were quite large and there was enough space to feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and it was especially nice that we could open the windows, because if you don't want to use the air conditioner, it is important that the windows are open. The beds were comfortable and it was possible to make coffee in the room. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and were very satisfied with it - a large and tasty selection of food. And many thanks to the polite hotel staff!

Unfortunately, breakfast is served from 6:30 ... on the last day we had to leave the hotel at that time and then it was not possible to eat in the morning.

Tolle Lage... Tolles Hotel... Toller Urlaub...

Nach unseren Roadtrip hier ein super Hotel gefunden... Lage und Größe des "Zimmers" sind super... Waren 5 Nächte in Mascat und es kam nie lange Weile auf... Gleich gegenüber viele Restaurants... auch National Museum und Co erlaufbar... Ansonsten "OTaxi" App runter laden 😉👌🏻 um nachträglich Diskussionen über Taxi Preis zu ersparen !!!

Meckern auf hohen Niveau... Da wäre die etwas zu niedrige Badewanne... Und das Frühstück - ja große Auswahl, aber für den Deutschen Gaumen fühlte es sich eher nach einem Mittagessen an, als Frühstück. Da es zwar Toastbrot gab, aber dazu nur Honig und Marmelade... Das wars... Jeden Tag. Also von der Sache wirklich gut und jeden Tag abwechslungsreich... Aber es dürfte auch ruhig etwas mehr traditioneller sein, zum Beispiel mit Omani Bread und Hummus usw...

The dinner buffet was very bad and was over charged by the staff, I do not advise you to eat at the hotel. Very strange attitude by the staff and they try over charge you.

Staff are lovely. Easy check in. Room was big, bed was comfy. It was quiet in the room. Free parking outside. Kettle with tea and coffee

We were supposed to have a balcony and we got the impression it would have a table and a chair to sit outside. But unfortunately the balcony was just a place for the Aircon unit and no chair and table.

A very good stay at Garden Hotel, a good choice for a city weekend in Muscat.

Stayed in room 611. Room really spacious, really liked the layout of the room with the lounge area as you go through the door. Room well designed. Great view of muscat and the mountain range from the windows. Everything in the hotel affordable. Breakfast good value for money at 4 rials. Room service very quick and speedy.

Toilet leaked occasionally during our stay and water occasionally leaked under the shower door. Mattress on bed was slightly hard too but if you slept on your side, you were fine.

Choose this if you looking budget options. It's 2 stars not 3.

Location, everything is nearby. Supermarkets, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the receptionist.

Noisy air conditioner, we have to change the room due to poor air-conditioning and defective W/C. The hotel is very old and requires a lot of maintenance. The lobbies are clean but the room service is very poor. The breakfast menu is repeated every day.

Чисто, тихо, прекрасное месторасположение: рядом много ресторанов, но не шумно; просторный удобный номер, отзывчивый персонал.

Описание не совсем соответсвует доступному оснащению (например, по первому требованию принесли тапочки, а халатов не было), нужно уточнять. Чай и кофе (не упомянуты в описании), напротив, были и пополнялись.

Garden Hotel Muscat, a nice place for a family holiday

The location is perfect, with easy access to many restaurants. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to the main highway which means you can access almost everywhere in a short time. The staffs are kind, friendly and helpful. The apartment suite is spacious and well-maintained, therefore, a very good choice for families. The beds are comfortable. The WiFi and the internet also work well. (We didn't have breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and we didn't have time to use the gym, so, no reviews about them)

The room service can be improved a bit by cleaning more thoroughly, especially the tiles and tables. However, we are not dissatisfied :) Also, the armchairs and sofa are getting a bit out-of-shape, so, they can be exchanged for newer ones.
