Hôtel idéalement placé sur la plage mais chambre vétuste

Hôtel sur la plage. Bord de mer animé.

Salle de bain vétuste et sale. Pas d'ascenseur. Pas de piscine. Lit peu confortable. Pas de pression d'eau pour la douche. Mini bac de douche.

Excellent

We loved the view from our room. It was beautiful both day and night. The room and bathroom was clean. There was a small kitchenette with utensils available for you. The fridge kept our drinks very cold. The breakfast was excellent greek breakfast. The staff was very welcomming and helpfull. We felt good taken care of. We would definitely come back

The seaview rooms has a beeping noise that you could hear at night.

Perfect place for everything

Very nice, pleasant hotel with Maria as an excellent hostess as well as the very friendly staff. Top location directly on the beach, everything you need (supermarkets, bus stop, cab stand, motorcycle rental, restaurants, stores and much more) is within walking distance. Very good breakfast, everything is abundantly available. For parting there was a small bottle of excellent homemade olive oil as a gift. All highly recommended and thank you very much for the pleasant stay!

The apartment was as described, everything was good. The room and the bathroom are small. For one person absolutely sufficient, for two people over a longer period too small. Better to book the larger unit.

Great value!

Sea view room was stunning. Beach is good, beach bar is not expensive, there are always free sunbeds. Bus stop is 1 minute walk from the apartment and you can get to city centre in 20mins. Breakfast is okay also. Maria, the owner, gave us complementary olive oil after we checked out.

There was some strange industrial fan like sound at night.

Superb

The hotel is beautiful. The location is excellent (just about 50 m from the sea). Maria and employees were a super kind and friendly. Our apartment had a sea view from the balcony and you can sleep to the sound of waves. The restaurant in from of Troulis Apartmens serves excellent food and drinks. Thanks for the rest.

Dream holiday!

Everything was very good! The location is great, right on the beach. Alot of shops and restaurants are around. The owner Maria is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anybody. The price/quality is good.

Nothing, i stayed 3 days and it was all perfect. Maybe the weather could be abit less windy. But everything was very nice.

Wonderful time!

Maria is extremely kind and friendly! A nice breakfast is provided each day.

The beds were a bit hard, but this is a personal preference and may be fine for others.

it has sea view

no one was available at late check in. the rooms are not cleaned every day. the furniture is quite old and I found a huge cockroach arround 23h. the host did not care about it at all. they told me it would be sorted in the morning… next day it was my check out… not even an apology. do not recommend

The room was very different from the photos that you see on booking, in fact it was not the room, that we have booked, but something quite old and badly furnished.. Very disappointed.

very cool place. sea in 2 minutes. near the sea cool restaurant waves. The price is cheap and the food is very nice. I recommend.

I recommend to visit the hotel.

The check-in process was without any problems. The cleaning service was regular and made great job. The owner was helpful when we looked for a doctor and also to get favourable price at nearby car rental. The location of the hotel is splendid, just about 50 metres from the sea. The breakfast contained a lot of meals, made it possible to satisfy different tastes. WiFi was solid without any connectivity issues. There are sufficient parking places nearby.

The space in shower cabin was a little small. Water flow in the shower was very weak, which prolonged the washing.

Superb

Maria was a super host. Our apartment had a partial sea view from the balcony, a mini fridge and functional bathroom. Towels were changed almost daily. Amoudara beach is windy and hence there are quite some waves in the sea. The swimming area is hence small. However the sand is fine, the restaurant in front of Troulis Apartments serves excellent food and drinks, and you can sleep to the sound of waves, not a bad deal at all! Be reminded to get your own bath products (or buy them at Amoudara) if you stay here. We expected this since it is not a hotel. Maria is kind enough to lend hair dryer to guests, as they are not provided in the rooms. The breakfast has moderate variety, but it was good enough for an awesome start to our day.

The apartment is a perfect choice, good location, nice host, the beach is right next to the building

Maria, the host lady is very kind and helpfull all the time. The location of the apartment is perfect, the building is actually next to the beach, it takes less than a minute to get to the sea. Shops, restaurants are in close distance. The bus stop is 3 minutes from the house, the city center is 15 minutes by car or scooter.

The air conditioner was old and a little bit loud at night.

Overall, I really recommend the place

The hotel is on the beach, which is fantastic. Very clean place, excellent service, very good breakfast, very close to bars, resturants, shops and bus stop.

Short but very pleasant vacation, it is very important that the hotel is right on the sandy beach.

Very close to the beach. Good location, very friendly staff. Free parking next to the hotel, there are always free places.

location good for the beach

The Balcony given seemed to be home to pigeons that flew in and out of an old sheet hung above ‘seating’ area. Looking nothing like the pictures.This resulted in pigeon mess everywhere. We did not sit on balcony at all, was way too small and a mop bucket in the corner seemed to be collecting a leak. There seemed to be an awful problem with the toilets, I have stayed in a lot of cheaper options in Greece and never had this. The smell was awful, we were told ‘toilet was being fixed’ but every night trying to sleep was impossible and disgusting, even with bathroom door closed. We actually stood outside our room to get some air in the corridor. I know in many rooms 2 single beds are pushed together to make a double, but there was no point in this, as bed frames were big and a massive gap in the middle. Location was almost industrial, nothing around except a shop and a couple bars but felt very depressing. (not their fault)This was my 6th place in Greece this summer, the most expensive, and the worst. Hate leaving bad reviews but please save your time and money.

Cosy hotel with a direct access to the beach and a beach bar. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom needs some renovation. Construction near the hotel. Poor WiFi connection.

Eventhough short, we had a lovely stay at Troulis Apartments.

Maria is an excellent host. She provided us with lots of information, even before we left home. When we arrived, we were given the choice between 3 rooms, wich was a nice suprise. We feld very welcome and will definitly go there again. Higly reccomended.

Maybe some more outlets to charge phones and camera's.
