Needs a good clean

Location was great! Had everything you could need to be amazing!

It was so dirty in the bathroom- the shower literally had pink mould all over it!

Convenience of location, layout of cabins cumbersome

Self contained

Separated master bed from rest of cabin made using whole space problematic. Cleanliness of tiling in the shower

Stunning views with prime location

Absolutely loved the location and the cabin. The view was spectacular. Very spacious. The location was so close to everything I could walk everywhere.

I had a little gripe. My cabin didn't have a BBQ, when others did. And the pan to cook breaky needs to be replaced. As it was not non-stick anymore.

Disappointing

Location is good,

We stayed at the property for a family event in Bermagui. 2 family members booked on booking at the same time for the same rooms, what we got were world's apart. The cabin i stayed in was a bit old, with a poor layout that restricted its use with average creature comforts compared to the cabin my sister got for the same price. My cabin had a bedroom that was separate to the main cabin, which if it was in use and someone would need the bathroom either you need to give them the keys to the cabin or leave it unlocked as it is opposite the balcony. Terrible. Then there was the fold out bed that couldn't fold out as there wasn't enough room. If it was able to be opened it would block off access to the bathroom from the room outside the main cabin. Shocking design. The lights were terrible, very dim, the TV on the wall in the master bedroom was mounted where the door opened. And if the door was opened it blocked the TV and also blocked the walkway at the bed end. There were cobwebs everywhere, I don't think the fans had ever been cleaned as they had half an inch of dust on them. The bunk beds are unmade, which presents a challenge if you are not an olympic gymnast, one of the mattress protectors had urine stains on it which was a bit average. The cabin was very cold even when running the AC flat out. When comparing to the cabin my sister got, it was new, good layout that allowed you to use the whole cabin, it had a dishwasher and a pod coffee machine, A full size fridge with a freezer that worked, all things I did not have for the same money. They give you room with some cabins to park 2 cars but don't even think about bringing a second car, you'll have to park down the road somewhere. Even though they market these cabins to groups bigger than can fit it 1 car. There are 2 ladies that answer the phone, 1 is very nice and helpful, the other is far from nice or helpful. I wouldn't stay here by choice again.

Overall, I had an incredible stay at your establishment, and I am grateful for the exceptional level of service provided

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. It was evident that great care was taken to keep the premises in excellent condition. The room I stayed in was immaculate and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job in ensuring that everything was spotless and well-stocked. Lovely place with ocean views & all amenities in walking distance.

Great 2 days away from it all.

it was clean and spacious and in a great position

Only on bed was made up. They assumed because there were 2 of us we were a couple, we weren’t. I think electric blankets would be a good idea. We were a bit cold when we went to bed.

Was okay but would not recommend to others

Location was great!

Asked to check in half hour earlier to do some washing (not to access the cabin) but couldnt get in the gate. Staff at reception very unfriendly ( I guess she was going to lunch and we held her up) Cabin was average for price. lights not very bright - needs a good clean, Park overall very untidy, weeds everywhere

Location was good, close to town and beach

The cabins weren't that well equipped, for example sleeps up to 6 people, but kitchen ware only accommodated 4 people. Didn't use cooking ware, looked old and dirty.

Loved it and would go again

We stayed in Cabin 80, which I believe is possibly in the best location in the Holiday Park. It had uninterrupted view of the beaches. The cabin was very clean and the toiletries supplied were good. The walks to the centre of town and the Blue Pool were an easy distance.

It would be good if the coding for the operation of the boom gate could be reduced to 4 digits, as 6 digits would prove difficult for some people. Nothing else to report.

Beautiful Bermi

The new cabins are so fancy. There decked out with two tvs - one in the bedroom/large one in the lounge. Furniture is stunning. Main bedroom is huge and has king bed and soooo comfortable. Outdoor patio is semi private and so relaxing.

Considering the updated luxury option for a caravan park. It was missing an oven.

My stay was relaxing and convenient, close to beach and shops and most of the time quiet.

I didn't get breakfast. I liked the view of the ocean and the quietness. Sometimes people in caravans were a bit noisy.

Caravan noise from children next door. No cover for car and my car was damaged by the hail during a storm Concerned about the chemicals used to clean the communal barbecue. Needs. to be a sign to instruct patrons on the cleaning steps and how to eliminate chemicals if needing to be used.

Superb

Top location - across the road from the beach and minutes walk to shops/cafes etc. Premium cabins are brand new and beautifully presented. Had a wonderful time here - highly recommend!!!

We were not told prior about the construction going on we could not sit on veranda as workers and dumpsters were directly across , the noise was loud and constant not relaxing at all

I love the cabin I will definitely come back next year

I liked how close to bermagui.

the accessible bathroom was easy to get into the shower the only thing I would change is the tiles were really slippery when having a shower and I think a seat at the basin and there was no where to put the towels.

Loved our stay and will likely go back.

Booked property late, two days prior to arrival so believe we picked up a larger, more expensive unit that wasn’t booked. A lovely surprise, beautiful views, lovely clean facilities, very enjoyable stay for two nights. Great pub down the road, beautiful sightseeing everywhere.
