About this house rental
Situated on a quiet street, Teo House is a 5 minute bike ride or 10 minute walk to Elk Street with its restaurants, spas & shopping. Parking is available for 3 cars in the driveway, a nice feature as parking in town can be tight!
While we know it's getting harder to find a pet-friendly rental in CB, we really cannot accommodate your furbaby, we have allergies in our family.

Winter:
We’re a block away from the last stop on the Town Shuttle to the ski base, so it's 5 minutes bus ride up to the resort. Many of the ski rental outfits at the resort offer ski valet so you can choose to leave your skis on the hill, making your ride gear-free! The mudroom entryway is set up to neatly accommodate all your boots, helmets and jackets. You’ll find ski/snowboard racks in the garage for your gear.
You can also walk, snowshoe or Nordic ski on the beautiful local trails from the end of the street.
There's a new sledding hill 2 blocks away in the new Aperture Development and sleds for you to use in the garage.
Summer:
We’re a block from the stunning playground at Rainbow Park and a few blocks from the town’s amenities including the tennis courts, the basketball courts, and the disc golf course.
You can find the Recreation Path at the end of the street leading to Coal Creek and the gorgeous trek up to Mt. Crested Butte.
If you’re inclined to be a homebody, there’s a small sport/basketball court in the back yard along with lawn games in the garage for you to enjoy in the large fenced back yard.
The back yard is landscaped with hammock chairs, a two-person hammock, and an enormous smokeless fire pit.
And of course you can park yourself on the porch, front deck or back deck and relax.
But we think the best way to spend summertime is exploring the world-class day hikes and the extensive mountain bike trails in the area...CB is a paradise in the summer.
We are honored to have you in our home and hope you fall in love with Crested Butte as we have. You will find information in the home to help you take advantage of all the amazing things the area has to offer on your vacation, and please feel free to call us as you plan your trip for any help we can provide.

Spacious home filled with tons of natural light. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Back deck and backyard were definitely highlights of the property. Amazing fire pit and beautiful wildflower gardens. Perfect spot for our two week vacation in our favorite town.

This was our second time staying at Teo House, and although I thought it impossible, the house impressed even more. This time we visited in the summer (previous trip was in winter), and the decks, the yards, and the gardens were all top notch. I've never seen a neater fire pit, I've never sat in a more comfortable adirondack chair, and I have never seen so many different colors of columbines. I am obsessed with this house - it's so kid and family friendly, I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

The floor plan was perfect for our family of 10. The back yard was great and we loved the fire pit where we could stare up at hundreds of stars. The grandkids got much use out of the basketball courts. It was near to central part of town as well as many hiking trails and paddle boarding on the river.

This wonderful house has a modern flair, was well-stocked, and is conveniently located near the shuttle and a short distance from the restaurants on Elk Street. The Sonos system was a nice feature. The only thing I wish the house had was a hot tub. Deb was very friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

The property is lovely, well appointed, and an ideal location in the town of Crested Butte. To reach the mountain for skiing was a quick bus ride, last stop going up the mountain and first stop coming down. The property owner was wonderful in communicating not just about the property, but tips on ski rentals, shuttles from the airport, grocery shopping, etc. and all inquiries were answered in a timely manner. Our group was 5 adults, 1 infant and a 9 year old.
Perfection.

House was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped from beds and baths to the kitchen and outdoor toys. Great location in CB—walk to everything.

We travelled with another family, 9 of us total, and this house had plenty of space and was super comfortable. The two seating areas on the second floor were perfect for the older kids to have their own space to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked as far as utensils and there were spices in the cabinet to use (sometimes there aren't). There were also toiletries to use in the bathrooms which was nice, even though we had brought our own since that is usually not the case. Plenty of games in the house and in the garage to keep everyone entertained. Beds are comfy and house was very clean. Would definitely stay here again and hated to leave! Thanks Deb!

We enjoyed our stay at the Teo House. The location is walkable to town and the bus stop is super close to go to the mountain for skiing. The house was well equipped with dishes and kitchen wares like tin foil. The loft area was great for our kids and there is plenty of living space for our group. The long driveway allows for parking our cars rather than using the street. Our communication with the owner was responsive and super helpful with tips. It would be a fun place to stay in the summer as well.
