Comfortable stay

It was easy to find. There was secure parking with a code entry. The lady at the desk was very welcoming. The room was large and very modern. Nice bathroom etc. Short walk, across the bridge ti the old town - with lots of restaurants. The view, walking from the hotel was stunning

Whether you stay for a balloon ride or not, this location is worth the stay. Modern conviences, very clean and comfort

New and modern facility with all comforts. Very clean though out and staff was great! Free parking and gated property. Walk time to city center is only 10 minutes across the bridge. Quiet location.

Great location in the heart of the Loire. Ideal for 1-2 nights stopover.

Great location with plenty of parking, easy to find by car. The building is very new with an aeronautical theme. Staff were very nice and check in straightforward.

Hard to think of anything, potentially the walk into town but that was fine for us, and worth it in our opinion for trouble free / secure parking

Far nicer than the external appearance would have you believe.

Don't be fooled - it looks like a rather characterless box but it's really nice and all the staff we met were lovely. Large modern rooms, really good breakfast and easy walk to the bridge across the Loire

Just the location: it's effectively in an industrial park so you're not next to the pretty things but it's only about 40 metres from the banks of the river and this really isn't a big deal at all.

Too noisy

It was clean and new

We had the window open because of the noise of the air con but: It was very noisy all night there was mechanical noises- factory, delivery lorries- Builders merchants, trains, main road, not sound proof rooms- baby cried nearby our room twice in the night

AC, good shower, and comfy bed a lifesaver!

Amazing bed, air-conditioning was so helpful, secure parking, across the river from old city, staff directed us to closest grocery store

Breakfast only served from 8-10 am,but we needed to leave earlier.

My second stay was exceptional due to kind staff.

I liked the fact that I stayed here two weeks previously and complained that the pillows were far too thick, very uncomfortable to rest your head. I arrived yesterday to find that I had been specially provided new, much thinner pillows which were very comfy. I had an excellent nights sleep and did not have a stiff neck next morning. Now that is exceptional customer service, provided by a hotel and staff that go the extra mile to ensure its clients have a wonderful stay. Formidable !

New and clean!

New and clean. Parking was convenient. Can recommend if you are coming with car and couldn't find a hotel in the village.

The location - We came with the car but thought going to the village center was easier by foot as it wasn't easy to find the parking there. So we walked from the hotel to the town. It was like 10min but felt a bit scary as there was almost no building, nobody and really dark at night after the bridge to the hotel. The stairways felt a bit like hospital ( the design and color. But not a big deal).

A Great place to stay enroute South or North.

Everything else. End of. Staff exceptionally helpful, rooms comfy and clean, a decent comfy bed, air con and secure parking. A great position just outside Amboise , a ten minute walk into this stunning town beside the Loire. Breakfast is only Continental at the moment but quality and plentiful. A great place to stay for a night or two, and they do hot air ballooning over the area, but thats for another time. A short drive off the motorway near Tours this is a comfy stop off.

The pillows are way way too thick, and firm. It was either use one and get a stiff neck, like I did , or sleep with head on mattress which I find impossible. They need to replace the pillows with two slimline ones so customers can build up a comfortable stack for their neck and head rest.

Clean convenient hotel with very nice staff

Clean, modern, with enclosed secure parking. Staff very hospitable and helpful. City center a short walk away. Excellent stay, we warmly recommend.

Great Stay in the Aerogare

Friendly Staff, Clean room, brand new and very good value for the money with an hotel close from the city center

Minor things, while 2 Btl of Water were offered complimentary and a water heater there was no coffee (instant) not sure if it is meant to be, but it could be a nice touch to have Instant coffee (Since there is the water heater anyway)

Exceptional

Exceptionally clean, really modern, lovely breakfast, secure parking. Was absolutely fabulous and only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Amboise. Highly recommend and will definitely go back
