Exceptional

Everything about Ribalta House was fabulous - the house, the view and the location - Ericeria is a very chilled fabulous place to stay. I would really recommend this house to stay - we stayed for a week and could have stayed for a month!

A very enjoyable week.

The houses are in a great location overlooking the beach in a quiet area of the town, but within easy walking distance of the centre of town and the town beaches. Excellent bakery very close by. Houses are well equipped and Pedro is an excellent host, answering any queries promptly.

Perfect. In a word. Perfect. Already booked another stay.

We are world travellers. And, if you like the pictures, you will LOVE your stay. Fabulous beach view from both floors. Fully equipped kitchen. Highly responsive host (e.g., quick reply to texts, concerned about our stay and well-being). Cool and breezy. Heaters when needed in evening when preferred. Great bed, and we have bad backs. Cleaned spotless mid-way through our 10 day stay + fresh towels. Easy key pickup. Wonderful location (right up to the coast with no houses between you and the beach views; totally quiet except for the amazing surf sound when the huge sliding door/windows are open on both floors; 3 minute stroll to an excellent grocery store; 1 to 10 minutes easy... easy stroll to get to world class beaches, surf, coffee, restaurant, surf stores; 35 - 45 minute taxi drive to Ericeira from Lisbon).

Stunning view in highly walkable spot to lovely restaurants and downtown Ericeira! The decks are positively dreamy and the bed is super comfortable!

Very good!

A fantastic location, very clean house with good sized rooms. Beautiful view from terrace and balcony.

Air con would have been good as it got rather stuffy. It would also have been good to have a little shade in terrace during afternoon as well. But these are minor issues.

Stunning views

This is such a gorgeous apartment! The view is absolutely stunning, and I spent many relaxing hours reading on the balcony and terrace to the sound of the waves. The apartment is really comfortably furnished and has everything you would need. I definitely hope to return!

The view, the upstairs balcony at sunset, everything you need in terms of equipment, close to the beach and the restaurants with a parking really close!

noise from the cars driving in the cobbled street behind us. not a massive issue though

A nice place to stay our final 2 nights on the ocean with a 45 minute drive to the Lisbon airport.

The house was in a wonderful location above the sea wall. Very roomy and clean with ocean views from the master bedroom and living room and a nice veranda and also a balcony to sit and watch the sunset over the ocean. Lovely! The town is a very friendly surfing spot with nice restaurants, a town square and white sand beaches to walk along. Ask ahead of time where to park as we were confused but otherwise communication was ok and our questions answered as needed.

We were a bit confused where to park but later found out that parking is free in the city so we were relieved! We only had to walk a short distance to the door on the cobbled street and walking around the town from the house was easy once we got oriented.

Perfect place for a good holiday !

Amazing apartment, stunning view. - huge comfortable bed - good kitchen - good shower - good coffee machine - close to the city. And next to a nice market. Everything was good!! We will come back for sure.

Exceptional

My favourite thing about the property is that it directly overlooks the ocean with an unobstructed view. You can see the ocean from the main bedroom when you wake up in the morning. The apartment was very comfortable to stay in.

Superb

Really excellent location with amazing views down the cliff to the beach and waves. Property was spotless and had everything needed for a self-catering stay. Very spacious and light inside. The terraces are connected by a gate so moving between the properties was easy.

Panorama sea view

Excellent location and apartment with great facilities and kitchen. We loved every hour at this spot.

Don't ask when we leave. We know check out is at 11am.

However many reviews you read of how beautiful the view is from the property, nothing prepares you for it! Genuinely breathtaking the first time you see it. Stunning view, lovely house, great location, no complaints!

We spent wonderful weeks there ... the house is fantastic in everything ... the water at your feet ... the sunset is amazing ... fantastic views from the bed ... modern equipment ... smart tv ... huge house ... relax armchair .... huge terrace ... we go back every year ...😍😍😍😍thank you everything😊😊
