Great place to stay at if you are dressing up for Disney Halloween.

They have really upgraded their service since last year I stayed there. It’s a great value hotel and I strongly recommend it if you are visiting the Disney parks. It takes less then 20min to walk from the station to the hotel.

Too small

The bus transfer to Maihama station was convenient and it was close to a convenience store. The bus drivers were very nice.

The room was tiny and way overpriced considering that it's a 20-30 mins walk to Disneyland. We came as a family of 4, the hotel room would be too tight for 2 people, but advertising it for 4 people and charging extra fees for that is just too much. Our 1 big suitcase lived in the shower room, because there was absolutely no space for it elsewhere.

フロントにあるクレーンゲームのアームの力すごいです。狙えばかなり取れるのでおすすめです。お部屋はもちろんお風呂やトイレも綺麗でした。

喫煙室がない上、近くのコンビニにも灰皿がなかったので喫煙者は苦しいかもしれません... あと、化粧水や乳液、メイク落としなどのアメニティはないので持参か購入が必要でした！

クレヨンしんちゃんのお部屋に期待していたのに、違う部屋だった。殺風景。

受け付けの操作に皆さんが時間かかりすぎて、時間の無駄でした。

部屋は清潔でトイレ風呂が別々で､ビジネスホテルに比べて広くて良かった

ディズニーランドからの送迎バスの本数がもっと多いと便利なのに。30分暑くて待てなかった。

This Hotel is nice but really catered for familys

Location close to Disney sea and Disneyland, room was tight didnt expect tight room , good for 2 people. breakfast was great didnt expect to pay cash had to look for ATM.

Eenvoudig, but does the work.

Schoon, alles voor handen. Pyama, scheermesje, tandenborstel, shampoo, conditioner. Redelijk kleine kamers, heel efficiënt ingericht. 7/11 en Lawson dichtbij.

Inchecken wel grappig. Denk zeker voor kleinere kinderen, maar hotel zonder personeel heeft ook wat onpersoonlijk gevoel. Geen lekkere, leuke restaurants dichtbij. Bedden vrij hard, en de kinderen vonden kussen niet lekker.

Great for big kids and little (something different)

Had free shuttle bus to Disneyland /maihama station Loved the Dinosaur checking us in. Great to have hygiene accessories on offer. Great location for many supermarket snd eateries in walking distance.

There was a lot of variety for breakfast but guess as I’m from uk I like a choice of cereals. Had cornflakes one day on offer and the other cocoa pops which I can’t stand.

Fabulous Disney Trip

Fantastic location! Great shuttle too and from near the Disney parks, fun quirky check in with dinosaurs, amenities in the room and in the reception so there is everything you may need which is fab! Convenience stores close by, and vending machines, microwaves available in the hotel too. Room was a great size and came with everything you need.

The little robot in the room was very difficult to switch off - needs a button to turn off completely if not wanted.

エンタメ最高！！家族でとっても楽しく過ごせました！

ドリア美味しかった　恐竜の演出に大人も子供も大興奮で楽しめた！部屋も清潔感がありマッサージ機や便利な家電が揃っていて素敵だし変化していく事を約束するホテルというのもすごく素敵だなって思った

ビュッフェスタイルだからしょうがないですがスタッフが料理の残り状況をこまめにチェックしているのと料理をとっていく導線や順番が分かりづらかったので(決まっていなくても譲り合えるモチベーションのお客様だけが集まっていれば問題ないのですが)落ち着かなかったですでも混雑する時間を前もって掲示してくれていてやっぱり素敵だなと思いましたが変化を約束するホテルとうたっていたので勝手に期待してしまいました皆様の苦労も知らずすみません心地よく過ごさせて頂きました！！応援してます！また行きます！

最高！

他のホテルには無いとてもユニークなものが置かれており、フロントの恐竜たちが圧巻だった。自動販売機も自分の部屋の階にあったりととても便利で、お風呂もトイレと別で清潔感もあり、とても良かった！また宿泊したい！

今回はGW直前で急いでホテルを手配したので次回は変なホテルをもっともっと楽しめるように予約したいと思います。

ロボホンが子ども達とクイズしたり遊んでくれて楽しんでくれたので良かったです！恐竜が案内してくれるのも斬新で面白かったです。

子ども用のガウン等があるといいなと思いました。

とても快適でした

泊まってみて部屋は清潔感がありとても快適でした。アイスと飲み物の自販機があったり、朝食もとても美味しかったです！

ホテルのチェックインでわかりにくくい所があったのでもう少しわかりやすいようにしたいです。

Better suited to the Japanese domestic market than foreign visitors.

The rooms were pretty good. Facilities were decent. Located in a reasonably accessible position for public transit to local attractions like Tokyo Disneyland & Disney Sea. Convenience stores were close by and very handy.

The robot reception whilst a cute gimmick, are not terribly helpful if check-in / check-out is not straightforward, Guests often had to ring for assistance. Food options for breakfast, which was expensive, were not very accommodating of Western tastes / diets. The location was not in easy walking distance of local attractions or a selection of eateries.

Just what you need when staying at lots of other hotels for a break

The dinosaurs are unique.

Not enough space inside the room. We have luggages and it was really so hard to move inside the room with very little space. Breakfast buffet is the same everyday.
