No la recomiendo

La vista

No tenía cortinas se veía todo desde afuera, tenía mala la llave del estanque del baño y no cortaba. Salió una araña desde un rincón y el baño estaba sucio cuando llegamos. Afortunadamente no dormimos allí, ya que solo estuvimos durante la tarde esperando el zarpe hacia Chaitén.

Linda vista y comodidad.

Vista muy linda, camas cómodas y las instalaciones acordes al precio y necesidad. Accesible a locomoción y a través de aplicaciones. Muy fácil de llegar, cercano a mercadito, restaurantes y negocios.

Nos gusto todo. Muy recomendable para familias que buscan un lugar donde dormir, y descansar luego de recorrer PttoMontt y sus alrededores.

La atención de Joseline y su disposición destacables y la ubicación de las cabañas son puntos fuertes.

El baño descuidado, la ducha no funcionaba pq no tenía presión. La ampolleta de la lámpara de velador estaba mala, las almohadas tampoco estaban en buen estado. Las instalaciones en general deficientes, sin baranda en parte de la escalera, Peligroso y muy pero muy basicas

ME SENTÍ ENGAÑADO.

La vista, muy buena.

Cabaña sucia. Mal ventilada. Insegura, la escala no tiene pasamanos, lo que implica un riesgo muy alto de accidentes, casi tuvimos uno con mi esposa en la escalera. Falta de manutención, paredes sin pintar y con manchas y hoyos en la pared, tasa sucias con manchas de te, etc..

Excellent spot for our night before travel.

The view is fabulous and was the main reason we chose the property. Josseline was great. Very responsive and helpful which made checking in easy.

Some things were in need of some repair.

The view was great. The host spoke good English although seemed to be in a hurry. Accommodates more people than we had.

VAT should not be charged. Other accommodations in Chile do not charge it to USA tourists. Could use a microwave, they are inexpensive and helpful. Should warn people they must climb stairs. Dining choices are not good.

Beautiful views and a great guest experience overall.

Owner forwarded a video ahead of time which was very helpful both in locating the property, since we arrived in the middle of the night, and in locating the keys. LOVED the view. Owner was EXTREMELY helpful with our very inconvenient arrival arrangements - our flight was seven hours late, so we arrived 3:30am.

Property was a little more "rustic" than I'd expected. Could use a little refresh, but, for the price, it was absolutely fine. The many steps up to the property from the street are a bit worn and borderline dangerous when carrying luggage.

the location was great and close to walk to Angelmo area with many restaurants, fresh seafood and fish. there are stairs to climb to get to the cabin, but okay since it is short. fine for short stay.

The flat is in a great location with great views through the spacious glass front. Joseline, who handed us the keys, ist outstanding. She is the nicest person you can imagine!

As others have stated, I agree the flats need a deep clean and renovation. Also, view to the front is superb, in the back we looked at a hole with lots of rubbish (which is less important as we only slept in the room but doesn’t add to a great atmosphere either).

The place has a nice architecture but unfortunately is not well maintained. It just needs to be refreshed. It is unfair for the cleaning ladies to say that it is not clean. It needs to be repaired, repaint and deep cleaned
